I've read many reviews on this saying how its too think a consistency however I found mines and thought I'd have a little go. What i found worked was after using your moisturiser i applied a small amount of primer on my index finger applied it to parts of face which is more oily ( mines seems to be my cheeks, nose, and forehead- i have a fringe) after i gently rubbed it in and waited for a couple of minutes, then i used a liquid foundation ( True match-L'oreal) and applied it using a stippling brush( real techniques) and buffed it in. I think by using this method of applying foundation doesn't cause the primer to clump, stretch, or look horrible as your not spreading the foundation over your face, you're buffing it in which makes such a difference. Also i bought That Gal by benefit and i would say this wins hands down, half the price and i can see the difference. Hope this helped and invest in a stippling brush...! xx

This primer by benefit is actually good if applied properly, however the packaging make it look nothing less than a glue stick with a fancy design, yeah it does smell good, but it doesn't give the 'glow' i was ensured to get by the saleswoman, so i would still wear it with make up, but if you have this be careful! put a little on the back of your hand then pat on to you're skin rather than blending on because the primer ends up stretching your foundation. Trust me not a good look. on the other hand if its applied well it does actually keep your make up on most of the day. so... Packaging: 3/10 Texture:7/10 Smell: 9/10 Price:2/10 (seriously £22 i think it was!!) Appearance With make up: 7/10 hope i helped :) xx

Liquid -Bourjois - Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation

Finding the perfect foundation for pale skin can be pretty tricky but I bought Bourjois healthy mix serum in 52 and its brilliant! 1.It gives a good overall coverage, its good as it covers all imperfections, also gave a nice matte finish so no need for powder! 2.The texture of the foundation is really light and you don't need alot one pump did my whole face and it went on really smoothly. 3.It's also quite moisturising but always moisturise anyway! 4. I bought this foundation this morning and it does stay on all day not had to re-touch once which is a change... a good change obviously 5. I have normal/dry skin and it goes on perfectly it doesn't dry out my skin or leave it oily as its not a heavy foundation so it will accommodate for all skin types! so overall a really good product 10/10 from me! xx
