Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear (old formula)

I would just like to say that I absolutely LOVE this foundation. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing because of the price as I usually go for drug store foundations. I really researched this product and read many reviews some of which stated that this wouldn't be okay for dry skin. Personally, I think it just depends on your own skin, I have dry skin and haven't had any issues with my skin breaking out or becoming even worse from using this foundation. However, I only wear it when I am going on a night out or to a special occasion as I am trying to "not" rely on make-up every day and improve my skin condition. It is a heavy coverage, so if you do not like that kind of thing I would stay well clear, this was one of the things putting me off most - but I actually love how it looks on my skin, it makes my skin appear flawless. Cover all of my spots and blemishes, and I had so many compliments and people looking at me it was unreal (I am not by any means being big headed, just wanted to be honest). It was all down to the Estee Lauder Double Wear Make-Up! I would say because it's quite heavy that it looks best with a "done up" face, as I didn't have any other make-up on and although my skin looked fantastic, I personally feel it would have looked better with eye-liner, mascara, eyelashes and a pop of lip colour, to really make stand out from the crowd! I have so many drug store foundations and I hate they way the look on my skin, they never seen to give me that excellent airbrushed finish and do not cover spots. I am so glad I took the plunge and spent a little extra I wouldn't say £23 was much, considering how great this product is. Packaging it lovely, as it the matching concealer and powder you can purchase. Just look after your skin and continue to moisturise! Would recommend to everyone! ♥
