it really does SUCK that you purchase a expensive product, then you have to invest in some brush heads. its not something i want to do, is buying replacements. so yes this is a very very big investment in my opinion, because if your charger breaks- you have to buy another, its a magnetic charger. its not a common battery easily available to easily get hold of. replacements for brush heads every 3,6 months, depends on how much you use product. it is overrated, but luxuary product to have if you have money to spend and don't really mind. so overall 5/10.

i really like smut, because it is one of those colours hard to describe. its really lovly when doing a smoky eye. i use it under a brown or black base, then as i highlighti ricepaper, and in crease sketch, but i like to use smut mainly as lid colour or line lower lash line. a different colour from mac. i love it.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Shadowy Lady
bebokaur 9/11/2012 1:05:00 PM
i swotched this in mac, and it was not pigmented , this would be very hard to work with. you would have to pat in your eye brush around 8 times, to get a reasonable colour payoff. this shadow was raved about thats why i decided to check it out at mac. overall i think its not got a great colour payoff, one touch with my finger and i see nothing! i overall do not like this shadow, not reccomended

Palettes -Stila - In The Light Palette
bebokaur 9/7/2012 3:49:00 AM
stila cosmetics in uk is so under rated, its not very well known i feel. they need to do more advertiseing to attract the make up lovers out there, because they don't know what there missing. i love this palette and it was in my local boots store, but what pissed me off there was no stila counter in my city, there is just a section of stila cosmetics where there are limited items, and they do not sell all of the palettes, like in the moment, in garden palette.! stila was not even in debenams or house of fraser that sucks!. but im happy i got my hands on this palette in boots. stila's uk website needs to improve too,, its not very imformative, its just straight forward , pay and get lost, thats how it feels when you visit there website. there are no delivery options, no customer reviews. however stila make up i can not fault it, it is smooth and shadows apply like butter. stila needs to be in uk more, like benefit, dior, etc

Blush -MAC - Love Thing
bebokaur 8/30/2012 4:48:00 AM
this is for all skin tones, you got to remember a swotch makes no differance, its how you blend it out with a brush. if your lighter skin tone, you will need very little product on brush,, its very very pigmented blush, nice colour, i use with stippling brush or 168 brush and blend out the colour.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - 134 Large Powder Brush
bebokaur 8/22/2012 9:34:00 AM
i love this brush but its quite a costly brush, but worth it id say, because most other brushes from other brands are not so dense and mostly are just fluffly and soft. i really did not know weather to get this brush because i hate the price, but overeall i think this is how a powder brush should be shaped for all over powder application. before this brush was around 34 pounds now its 38, so mac do increase there prices. . the 138 and 134 are most expensive brushes!! but i think they do a great job. the denser the brush the more product it can pick up and apply all over face. i think the 150 brush is different this is way bigger, but shorter handle, and 150 has a bigger handle. i think this is great for bronzing holding the 134 on the side and sweeping it up and down [ blend] ... this would be useful if your in a rush to go out, it would do all your powder make up on face just perfect. i would never buy this again, i don't think i would need too, i also love bdellium tools powder brushes, they are dense too..like mac brushes.

Makeup Brushes -Sigma - F35 Tapered Highlighting (was SS165)
bebokaur 8/19/2012 3:44:00 AM
i did want the mac 165 but its discontinued, and i hate limited editions, i wish mac made 165 permanant as 165 looks like a very handy brush. sooo i could not get hold of 165 i decided to get the sigma one, which people are saying is a dupe to the mac 165. put it this way mac brushes are denser and sigma ones are much softer and luxurious feeling. i think the sigma one is just as good, and it does a great job,the price £16. i like this brush overall, you will need brush guards for all brushes, and especailly this one because it is tappered and can flare out. i think having a brush like this is very useful it can used as blush, bronzer, and highlight, a strong contour can be done with this brush too. im kinda gald sigma made this brush, because it is very rare you'll see one like this, that is egg domed shaped. very pretty little brush :-)

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #116 Blush Brush
bebokaur 8/15/2012 9:12:00 AM
a very nice brush for highlighting, contouring and blush. i think i was confused at first because i have the sigma f10 and thought yeah these are gunna be both dupes, meaning actually the same brushes. but i was wrong, the mac 116 is much taller then the f10 and its hairs not flared out, 116 is more tappered, the handle has more shine and more quailty. 116 is way better overall id have to say, it feels fuller and i also think mac brushes are worth it. i wanted the 165 tappered brush from mac, rather then 116 but sadly thats discountinued and the sigma version of 165 is not very good, not pointy at all like 165, the sigma version people are saying is the f35 brush.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Cinderfella Mineralize Eyeshadow
bebokaur 8/13/2012 12:07:00 PM
this is a great mineralized eyeshadow, for people who love smoky eyes, and glitz etc. i love cinderfella i don't find it hard to work with at all, and its just beautiful on eyelid, once you have done your crease colours and blended well, i usually get fix plus apply ciinderfella on 239 brush and apply the shadow wet on eye lid area.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - 109 Small Contour Brush
bebokaur 8/13/2012 11:54:00 AM
why do people use this brush for foundation, i think it's stupid really, sigma does really good foundation brushes which they sell in sets and seperate too. id say this is for contouring face or applying blush. people who are complaining about this shedding, then simply stop using this as foundation brush,.. gentle washing and reshaping with hand whilst wet is best , then applying a brush guard to maintain your brush shape, then your shape will stay in perfect condition. 109 is a really good brush, you just need to look after your brushes.. i mean i use basic baby shampoo, i don't even use any specail brush cleaner, and the brush looks good. also too keep the writing on brush i just put it back in packet wrap it came in. that way mac brushes will never get looking old and tierd.

Palettes -NYX - Makeup Artist Kit s102
bebokaur 7/21/2012 9:27:00 AM
the colours look pretty of course in palette, but they are so powdery, easy to blend, but the some colours in this palette get everywhere on face. most nyx shadows do this!! the bronzer blusher and highlight in this palette are really pretty, as well as the lip colours. i love them......... not too sure about the shadows, you need a good eyeshadow primer- like mac paintley and nyx jumbo in white, then these colours will show up more viabrant. if you use these on their own you won't get a good colour payoff. the palette is chunky and the shadows and bronzer blusher etc will surely last you forever, not bad if exploring with make up.. i would not call this a artist palette at all, i don't think a artist would carry this around..!! and i will never buy this again, anyone that does buy this, trus me you get a lot of product. overeall i have done looks with these shadows, and the end result is not bad,, i quite like the outcome of the looks you can acheive with this palette.

Blush -MAC - Sheertone Shimmer - Peachtwist
bebokaur 7/21/2012 9:15:00 AM
this blush warms up your skin for sure. you have to use a good brush id say to blend this out, it does require quite abit of blending if you want this actual colour on cheeks, but if you use with bronzer then you can apply this slightly as highlight or light hand blush. i think the price is no good, i mean your paying £17. or so it should be £9.50, and i also think mac blushers should have a bigger compact. im not happy with the size..overall this is flattering colour, one of my favourites, i usually pair it with sunpower bronzer from mac. i love the warm look on skin, one of my favourite looks.

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Peach Petal
bebokaur 7/17/2012 2:47:00 AM
not bad-- it looks good if you apply nude lipstick for example creme d nude from mac or nude attitude from revlon, then apply this lip gloss on top, it pops out well. the price should be more like £5.00.
