Super cute packaging and I love how it looks sitting on my vanity. The product itself is lacking though :/ It feels nice and light once applied, but then fades pretty quickly and needs to be reapplied often to keep lips moisturized. The green apple scent is nice and light, not overly artificial like other green apple scented products which give me a fierce headache. I wish that it stayed on longer and did a better job of hydrating the lips, Will use it up since it's all natural but won't buy it again. Wish it had SPF as well..

Lip Treatments -Korres - Mango Lip Butter

I bought the mango lip butter in a trio set with pomegranate and guava. The product comes in a cute little pot (not so hygienic but very cute to look at - it looks very European to me) and looks like a bright coral color in the pot. IMHO it doesn't smell like mango at all (just like how the guava didn't smell like guava at all either). It just smells artificial, but still pleasant. If you read the ingredients, it's not all natural. When you apply it, it feels like real slightly melting butter. Silky and smooth to the touch. It also imparts a lovely peachy coral tint to the lips. The lip butter is soft, light and not sticky but doesn't last very long. I always feel like I have to reapply to keep the tint on and to keep my lips hydrated. I don't think I would purchase again. It's expensive and I'm looking for really NATURAL products.

I got a package of these (sensitive) as a free gift from Ulta from spending so much money there :p I must admit, I wish I had found and tried these earlier! The sensitive ones are great. They don't have that sickly strong fragrance that other wipes have and they are more affordable in the long run since they won't ever dry out! Normally, I will use a separate makeup remover to take my eye makeup off and for one swipe all over my face before using a facial cleanser. It makes traveling so much easier since you won't have to worry about them drying out or having to pack a separate makeup remover, cleanser AND cotton remover pads! This is gentle yet effective enough to remove my eye makeup. I don't know how well it works against waterproof mascara since I try not to wear that in fear that all the rubbing will eventually make my eyelashes start balding. One wipe removes everything on my face from the day. Will buy again!

Mascara -MAC - Haute & Naughty Lash

My lashes are pretty long to begin with, but I was intrigued by the new two brush concept so I went out and bought the Haute & Naughty to try. The color is a rich inky black which I loove. The packaging is cute too with the glittery purple and hot pink ends. This mascara didn't give me much length when I used the pink wand, but did volumize my lashes when I used the purple wand. The formula turned out to be very wet, and it took a while to dry and I found that it easily smudged onto my lids as I was waiting for it to dry. Also, I don't think it holds curl very well. I never ever curl my lashes after applying mascara as doing so breaks and damages your lashes, so an HG mascara has to hold curl for me. I wouldn't buy again since it is expensive and I don't really need the lengthening part of it. I'll stick with my Maybelline Falsies Mascara for now until I find one that trumps it.

Lip Treatments -Aveda - Lip Saver

I went to an Aveda concept school and this was one of the first products that I tried. Lip Saver is a wonderful little lip balm with a matte finish. It is thick, but smooth on application with a lovely scent that reminds me of gummi candy :D The natural ingredients and SPF 15 are bonuses. I haven't found the need to be constantly applying this as it is nice and thick (but not heavy) so its staying power is longer than those other lip balms that are too thin and need constant reapplication. My only gripe is that it is a bit on the expensive side. I bought this for my friend and she absolutely loves it. I would buy it again perhaps after I use up all my other lip balms. I have a ton and am trying to use it all up before buying a new one, but lip saver is on my list :)

I've been tempted to purchase this product every time I go to a Sephora or Ulta, but always talk myself out of it since it is just fancy water. One day I had a coupon for Ulta and didn't really want anything else so I decided to try it. I loooove it! I use it as a setting mist and for a cool, refreshing misting during the hot summer months. It also comes in handy when I'm training my kitten to stay off the kitchen counters. The packaging is so cute and the can gives a true mist and not uneven droplets the way Mac's Fix+ does. I will probably alternate using the Evian in the summer and Fix+ in the winter. It is a tiny luxury so I will buy it again once I run out and when I deserve to splurge on it :p

Treatments -Revlon - Crazy Shine nail buffer

This buffer works just as well if not better than the 3 to 4 side versions. The green side really works out the ridges and the white side produces such a high sheen without stripping the nail of anymore layers. I would have to complain about the shape though. The edges are the first to wear down and the middle usually remains untouched because it's hard for me to get to. If Revlon shaped this buffer differently so that you could have easier access to the entire surface area of the product, then it would be perfecto. I like to buff my nails in between polish changes to let them breathe a little and this is my favorite tool to get them nice and shiny :)

Not a fan really. I feel like it just sits on top of my lips with that horrible white film. It's a pain to only be able to use this at night. If I use it during the day, I look like I'm a corpse. If you check out the ingredients list, it's not all that natural either. Oh, it smells nice (but nothing like guava to me). Will not be purchasing this again.

I personally really like this stuff. No, it's not really necessary since you can exfoliate your lips just fine with a washcloth or with your toothbrush, but a girl needs to have her tiny indulgences to prevent her from making bigger indulgences! It tastes wonderful and does scrub those flakes off. I like to use the Honey Trap lip balm once I'm done to keep my lips nice and soft. It comes in a little glass jar and you only need a little bit to do the job so this should last a while. One thing I know for sure is that it keeps me from eating an entire box of chocolates.

Simply horrible! At first I tried the smaller strips on my face, but they did not even pull out a single hair! Then I tried it on my forearms and it did pull out some hairs, but quite inconsistently and I had to use more than one strip on the same spot.. even though the thought of waxing at home is cheaper than going to a salon, using this wax kit is more expensive because it just plain sucks! Don't waste your money.

These remind me a lot of Boscia's Green Tea blotting sheets. They are very thin and most of the time I need to use two, but they do not pick up my makeup and they are just so cheap! The package it comes in will surely get beat up in my bag so they could work on that, but for a dollar these are worth it since they do what they are supposed to do! I will be buying these from now on instead of Boscia's because they are so much cheaper!

I've tried BE in the past [what a waste of money!] but it made my face itch and burn every time it got hot, or if i was working out or even when I blushed! EDM does NOT do that! The free sample kits provide very generous amounts and I found my color on the first try! Well, actually, colors. It turns out that both Olive Medium & Sandy Medium match me! My face is an oil slick and the matte formulation does a superb job in keeping the shininess at bay. Smashbox Primer goes under my foundation and Mineral Veil from BE goes on top for even more matte-ness. I still have some liquid foundation that I feel bad not using up, but I can't go back to liquids anymore! It feels like I have no makeup on at all!! Total convert.

I was excited to find out that the ULTA near me started selling NYX cosmetics & that there was a BOGO free sale. I ended up getting TS08 & TS11. Apart from that ridiculous "sexy babes eyes only" thing printed on the case, I truly love these e/s! They go on very smooth and are very pigmented for their price! I think I will buy my crazy colors from NYX instead of MAC since I am a broke college student after all :p I didn't have much fall out on my cheeks either. Will definitely buy more! The sale ends Jan. 12 people so get your butts over to ULTA! but call and make sure that they have them because some ULTA stores don't sell them..

The pores on and around my nose are prone to clogging. I've tried other pore strips, but they would only pull some blackheads out and were disappointing. The first time I've tried these new ultra deep strips was a week ago (there was a sample in my magazine). When they say ultra deep, they mean ultra deep! These are especially good with the blackheads on the sides of my nose. There's this refreshing tingly feeling while it's hardening and after I pulled off the strip, I ended up staring at the strip and at all the gunk that was chilling in my pores. How can all that stuff fit in there? Will definitely buy more and more. It is pricey [6 strips for $7], but well worth it's quality. The coupon that comes in the box is pretty sweet too :)

Target was having a sale of these [$7.99] and it also included a Sublime Bronze Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion. I've been wanting to try self-tanners in towel form for some time. I'm really glad I did! The box came with 6 individually wrapped towels which were huge! More than enough for my face, neck, and chest. It smells pleasant compared to other self-tanners and dries fairly quickly since it isn't a lotion. It did not sting or irritate my skin. The resulting tan was streak-free and a believable hue. I could see that the tan started covering up the broken capillaries on the sides of my nose! Sweet! I will probably use this every other night since they are a little on the costly side. Will buy again!
