The product itself is quite dry and hard to spread evenly. Therefore it must be used over moisturizer & eyelid primer. Then it gives a perfect finish, easy to rub in. It does not crease at all. Perfectly evens out the skin tone on the eyelids. I do not use it as a concealer like some people do, though. I think the color is way off to be used under the eyes. I will definitely buy this again, it's become an indispensable part of my makeup routine.
I got two shades of this (nr. 1 & 2) in the confessions of a concealaholic set. It is quite thick and at first I had problems setting it under my eyes, but the problem resolved when I started with an eye moisturizer. Once that is applied, Boi-ing glides on nicely. Nr 2 covers undereye shadows and I use nr 1 to cover a nasty cyst that's sitting on my cheek now. My husband saw me before / after and he commented "wow, whatever it is you're using, it covers up your acne perfectly". I apply some primer only over the acne spots to prevent flaking of the skin, and boi-ing gives a beautiful finish. It should be used as a thin layer under the eyes otherwise it makes under-eye lines stand out. The best part is that it never breaks me out. I will definitely buy the full sizes of both shades when I run out.
Lipstick -Avon - Ultra Color Rich Renewable Lipstick - Satin

I have this in Red 2000, I'm also posting a swatch here and what you see on the swatch is just ONE swipe of the lipstick on my hand. So it's really creamy and rich in both texture and color. Creamy red lipsticks are rather difficult to apply because it's easier to make mistakes, so I apply with a lip brush. It isn't the best in terms of staying power and fades into an ugly pink when I eat/drink. The best solution to prevent this is to lock it into place with lip primer and lip pencil.
It's a beautiful shade (check out my swatch), looks great on my light/neutral skin. It isn't too dark or brick red (which is a color that I hate), it's just a dark rosy shade. When I want to use this shade I apply flawless-skin makeup, and some subtle blush. It's matte and when used along with e.l.f.'s plump & prime it lasts super long. When I eat or drink something it fades beautifully instead of leaving a ring around my lips, and that's a very important criteria for me in lipstick selection. If you're not a fan of matte you can spice this up with a lip balm such as the body shop's born lippy or any other lipgloss. I will definitely buy this again.
I got this one in the 5-piece set and I have never used it so far because mine is cut the wrong way. The tip is a very thin v shape and the rest is also cut non symmetrically which makes the brush useless. I had no chance to return the set because Ecotools isn't sold where I live and I had to order it from usa.
This is my favorite bronzer, and only at £3.50! The package is very sturdy and big. There's enough product to go a long way. You can see from my swatch that it has a subtle shimmer to it, it gives my face a very nice glow. I swirl the elf flat top brush on all four shades and I do the usual "3" shaped application -temple, cheek, jawline- , then I use a bit more of the orange shade to give some color to my cheeks. Usually I also add a compatible coral shade blush on the apples of my cheeks and voila! Perfect sunkissed look.
I love all BE products, however the Matte formula just doesn't provide as good coverage as the original. I uploaded a swatch of the two formulas in Fairly Light shade, the matte formula is clearly orangey and it also shows orange on my face, which I absolutely dislike. The texture and ease of application is just as good as the original formula, but it doesn't cover up my acne scars at all. I will never go back to this again and stick with the original instead.
Lip Gloss -The Body Shop - born lippy - strawberry

This balm is very moisturizing and it gives my lips a very sheer pinkish color. Some balms give out a bright pink color and my light/warm toned skin cannot hold that well, but it turned out this gives a very subtle hue and shine. It's a bit greasy, so I use a light hand. Besides it gives a very nice shine when worn on top of a nude shade matte lipstick. I hate the glossy look so I always prefer this balm over clear gloss. Watermelon flavor is also very nice so when I run out of strawberry I'll switch to watermelon. The fragrance does stay because when i wear it people often say it smells of strawberries and they try to find the source :)
This product stinks so bad that the moment I opened it I got the awful smell and I didn't even want to apply it on my eyelids. It went straight into the dustbin.
As long as E.l.f. doesn't come up with a grayish dark tone for this product, I won't be buying it again. Not every lady has eyebrows in a shade of brown. The tiny brush that comes along with it is also of bad quality.
Pros: - Doesn't clump / flake - Lengthens lashes very well - Smooth application, no dryness (especially when applied over lash primer) - Solid package, the top part closes tight - The wand has a neat shape. It stays clean without gathering too much of the product and deposits the right amount on the lashes. - Easily buildable - Very affordable - Stays on all day long - Easily wiped off with any regular eye makeup remover. Cons: - Doesn't really volumize. - Doesn't curl much. - The product is quite wet; have to be careful during application to avoid transfer. I will definitely buy this again as it is a good mascara for general purpose daytime use. Not for the killer looks, but it does improve the appearance of lashes quite remarkably.
This shampoo saved me when I was visiting Holland for the winter. The weather is extremely dry there and I come from a humid climate, so my hair went crazy with loads of static electric the entire time. No hair product helped it, nothing...until I came across this one. It stopped all the frizz and static electric. It leaves my hair soft, smooth and shiny. Definitely worth the buy.
The color payoff is very good, packaging is sleek. It's not drying at all for me because I always use lipbalm + e.l.f.'s prime & plump before I apply the lipstick. I have this in "ripe rose" shade which is a very cute color on my skin (I am BE fairly light), ripe rose isn't a light shade but it's not too dark and heavy either. This shade is my favorite when I go for a retro-look with slightly backcombed hair, flawless foundation and black eyeliner. Good for a not-too-brave look that still stands out somehow :)
This pencil is just too dry, impossible to line the lips as it is. I used a cigarette lighter to very gently soften the tip, only then was I able to apply this. There is nothing special about it, it's not soft, color payoff is very poor.
This is a total waste of time. I like e.l.f. products in general, but this was a let-down. Color: It has no pigment at all. The shade I got is called "fire coral", however it is not a coral shade, it's a cool toned sugar-pink which is more suitable for people with cool undertones. I have light / warm skin so this looks cheap on me. Hence the name is misguiding. Texture: It feels quite sticky, but what irritated me most is that it just sits on top of my lips. When I rub my lips together I don't feel them, I just feel this slippery layer of gloss. No way I can keep it on my lips, besides it looks very messy with streaks and all. Plumper: Does not work. It doesn't give a tingling sensation, but just a cold minty kind of feeling. It just adds to the thick slippery layer. Packaging: The brush is very bad and it increases the streaking. No way to distribute the product evenly. I keep getting a line of gloss build up on the edges of my lips. This goes into the dustbin.
