I like the texture of this concealer and it goes on pretty smooth. It covers my dark eye circles and pimples pretty well and it doesn't look cakey even if I put more than 1-2 layers. This is better than the Dermablend concealer that I was using previously. It's a tad pricy though, so if I find something cheaper that's better, I will not repurchase; but this is a very good concealer.

Treatments -Mario Badescu - Buffering Lotion

I've always suffered from cystic acne, esp. during TOM, and whenever I feel a cystic acne brewing, I slather this on and it does a good job at keeping them at bay; doesn't make them disappear, but def. prevents it from growing into those gigantic, grotesque monsters. I believe it also shortens the time it takes to flatten and heal. The instructions say to apply every other night, but I didn't follow them as I become obsessive with ridding these awful bumps as soon as I get one. Saying that, I've never gotten any irritation from my overzealous applications (sometimes 3-4 times a day).

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Linacare Transforming Face Cream

I have pretty dry, sensitive skin that always seems to be "thirsty" for more moisture no matter how much moisturizer I put on. This cream is very good, if not the best (that I've used so far), in retaining moisture. Previously I was using Dermalogica's intensive moisture balance and I thought that was pretty good, but this is better. It makes a pretty good primer for makeup too. I'm also surprised this is made in my hometown (Vancouver, Canada)! Price is more than what I'd like to pay for ($67 w/taxes in), but it works and I would def. recommend this to all dry skin ladies!

Treatments -Clinique - Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it made me breakout like no other. The first few days of usage, I was impressed with how quickly it improved and brightened my skin tone. My skin scars easily and I have many dark spots left over from old and new zits that I would've loved to get rid of. I was seeing improvements for the first few days, then I started noticing new pimples popping up randomly. I didn't see the correlation as I really wanted to like to product, but I had to stop as one night I actually sprouted 4 new (huge!) pimples in areas I haven't broken out in a while. Sure enough, after stopping the product, I stopped breaking out. It's too bad I purchased this on ebay and can't return it. I hope this works better for someone else.
