Mascara -Korres - Provitamin B5 & Rice Bran Mascara

This mascara is pretty good but definitely not my favourite. It has a very dry formula which makes it quite hard to get enough on and doesn't really lengthen lashes. However it is very build-able and you can put as many coats as you like on without it clumping, it also has great staying power - no flakies or smudges even in humid conditions. Washes off easily with warm water. Once on lashes feel soft and flexible to touch.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Telescopic Explosion

This has such a bad formula! Firstly the colour comes out more as a charcoal rather than black and THE FLAKING!! Whenever I put this on I look in the mirror a few hours later and my eyes are completely surrounded by black dust. It didn't really lengthen my eyelashes but did separate them out nicely which made them look thicker. This mascara is too expensive in New Zealand to be worth buying again ($32)

Eyes -Revlon - Color stay mascara

I paid over $30 for this mascara (woohoo living in NZ...) and am very disappointed! It claims to be a lengthening mascara but I can only seem to get stubby volumised lashes from using it. The formula is very dry and flaky, when applying it leaves black dust all over my face and is very hard to get onto all my lashes. It does have good staying power and once you get through all the dust it creates when applying it lasts all day without smudging or flaking. Will not be buying again as I can't stand dry formulas.
