Lip Gloss -Avon - Autumn Comforts Lip Balm--Butterscotch

This is my favorite lipbalm in the 2004 Autumn Comforts line. It smells fantastic, just like butterscotch pudding! It's dirt cheap (I paid less than $1 for it) and it is slick and moisturizing. Highly recommended!

Scent:
My first thought on this when I smelled the tester was EWWW! It reminded me a bit of the scented dolls I used to get when I was a kid. I tested some on my hands and gave it a chance to settle down while I was shopping. After the drydown it actually smells pretty good! The artificial part of the scent goes away and it smells like chocolate and I also detect some floral? smell.
Packaging:
It comes in a tall thin bottle with a pump! That is definitely a plus.
Cost:
It was $15.00 for 8 oz. They also have a scrub and a body butter in a tub.
Overall:
I would buy this again if I actually managed to use up the entire bottle. Unfortunately I have tons of lotions so by the time I use most of this it will probably be discontinued.

Skincare - Body -Burt's Bees - Baby Bee Dusting Powder Drum

I used this on my son's bottom when he was really little and I love it. It smells way nicer than regular baby powder and the price is reasonable. Now that he doesn't need powder on him anymore I use it myself after a shower.

Hair Color -Manic Panic - Temporary Hair dye

I faithfully used Manic Panic until I discovered Special Effects hair dye. Here are some of the reasons why I do not recommend Manic Panic:
The colors fade really fast. I always used them over bleached hair and I was redying about every 3 weeks on average. Yes I know that they are semi permanent but they fade and bleed horribly. Say goodbye to your pillow cases!
The packaging stinks. I used to be able to find the gel in the bottles but now it seems like I can just find the really runny dye in the tubs. It makes SUCH a mess during application.
I started using Special Effects dyes and RAW instead. IMHO they last a lot longer than Manic Panic and they come in nice squeeze bottles.

The Blood scent is terrible. It's bright red in the vial and reminds me of cherry Kool-Aid mixed with the red hots candy. I suppose I don't know what blood should smell like but this was NOT what I imagined at all. It is by far the worst scent I have smelled from BPAL.

I seem to be the only person that really likes this scent. I received it as a sample and actually got a couple compliments while wearing it. It does smell rather unusual but I would purchase a full size bottle.

These are my Holy Grail lipglosses! The staying power is very good and the texture is perfect. I am a PPP and I manage to pull off almost all of the shades available.

I was able to find some of these tarts on ebay. They smell more like packaged cookies than fresh baked cookies. I would buy these again though because the scent throw is decent and they dont smell too artificial.

This works great and it is reasonable priced. The smell can be a little off.. someone else mentioned cat pee?! Unfortunately it does remind me of cat pee. But it has helped my dry skin and the packaging is nice too.

Fragrances -Smell This - Spearmint Gum Fragrance Spray

I really like this spray. The staying power is only so-so but the Smell This scents are true to their names and I think they are even better than Demeter. So if you want a refreshing scent, try the Spearmint Gum.

Redken AntiSnap did not really do much to my hair it all. I understand that it is just a protein treatment and not a moisturizer but my hair still breaks off. I was so sad about it because I really wanted to love this product after all the rave reviews.

This is a great summer scent. I prefer the body creams over the regular lotions since the quality is better. It smells great! Reminds me of a hot day at the beach.

I have fallen in love with this cheap little gloss. It's a sheer pink with tiny sparkles. To me it smells and tastes like cherry jellybeans. I'm not too big on sticking my finger in it but the rubbery feeling of the gloss is kinda neat. The staying power is pretty bad but for $2 I'm not going to complain.
