Lipstick -Revlon - ColorBurst Lip Butter in Gumdrop

LOOOOVE this color and the product itself! It does NOT feel like a regular lipstick - it does feel like lip balm. I LOVE the color because it's not "overly" lavender, it has a shimmery transparent lavender color to it - perfect for any time of the day for me! I look great in lavender lipsticks, believe it or not, and I know not many people can pull the color off correctly. I wish they would come out with a light blue shade of this! :) It goes on soooo smooth and creamy. I don't even feel like I'm wearing anything! This is DEFINITELY a line of lipsticks I do not mind wearing all day every day! I hope the others are all like this too! :)

Fragrances -Jo Malone - Red Roses

I am a regular customer of all things 'roses' where fragrances are concerned. I just purchased about 6 various botttles of rose perfumes. I have to say this is definitely my favorite of all of those. I buy a lot of Etsy perfumes, as well, because they tend to stand out from the crowd. Although the Etsy ones smelled as I had imagined, for the most part, this one really outdid itself. It does NOT smell like an old lady. I can't stand old lady-ish perfumes, quite honestly. This is a much more subtle, fresh rose bush scent. It distinctly redminds me of the rose bush my mom used to have on the side of her house. So far, of all of the high end rose scents I've purchased, this is a the #1 winner, hands down. Sadly, since Jo tends to make EDT scents, I don't think this bottle will last long, as EDT scents tend to not last long with my body chemistry (or maybe it's that way for most people?). I really wish this came in an EDP scent, as I would've quickly ordered that instead. It still gets 5/5 lippies from me, as the scent is more than what was expected :)

Makeup Brushes -Coastal Scents - Duo Fiber Stippling Brush

Absolute JUNK! I would NEVER repurchase this brush again. It sheds TERRIBLY!!! Be FOREWARNED!!! It sheds like a replica MAC!! Complete waste of $15 IMO. I don't see how people can stand to use this and leave good reviews like they don't noticed 100 little black bristles all over their face. It annoys me to the point that I think I'm going to give it away. I've tried dealing with it for several months but I honestly don't think I can put up with it any longer. I have about 5 MAC 187's I can use, plus a few others including a Sephora PRO and one from Bridgettes Boutique (Ebay) so I'm gonna try Bridgettes next to see how that pans out. OVERALL EXPERIENCE = 1/5 (and I'm only giving it that because it didn't completely fall apart lol)

Treatments -E.L.F. - Nail Polish Remover Pads

Junk. That's all there is to it. My nail hurts from scrubbing it so hard. I only use a b/c, 2 c/c, and a t/c, so it's not like there was a ton of polish to remover - and there wasn't any glitter or similar. Although they do leave your nails a little more moisturized than most n/p removers, they're worthless other than that. These should be what a child uses with her play n/p. Should also be sold in the toy section :P

Primer/ Corrector -DHC - Velvet Skin Coat

I got several samples of this from the DHC catalog and a few other swappers. So...I thought this product was going to feel disgusting based on my own judgemental assumption....boy was I wrong! I loooove the feel of it and the way it goes on sooo smoothly! These type of primers in general tend to feel a tiny bit heavier than the kind that are oily/watery feeling to the touch - but IMO I like them much better. It's almost as if choosing to put oil or velvet underneath your makeup. I choose velvet ;) The price is RIDICULOUS for such a small tube, BUT I don't mind - I love the product, so I'll continue to purchase it :)

Shampoo -Living Proof - Restore

I absolutely SWEAR by this product! I used the conditioner ONE time without using the matching shampoo and it made my hair INSTANTLY soft!!!! I I know a regular sized bottle is smaller than those of DS shampoos/conditioners, and WAAAAY more expensive (Think: almost $30 EACH) but trust me - I would pay it over and over and over. I do NOT use these as my daily shampoos and conditioners, though - they're waaaay too expensive (man I wish I was rich! lol) but the silkiness of the way it leaves my hair (just speaking of the conditioner) is absolutely revoluationary to me. This is my HG shampoo. I changed from Biolage Conditioning Balm over to this. I will NEVER go back to another deep conditioner!!
