OMG! yummy, yummy, yum-yum! this stuff smells soooo good (just like creme brulee). =0) however, if u're not into heavily scented, "foody" scents this is not the product for u. i love how sweet this smells but i would never wear it out. i love this for night time use after my shower b/c it's super moisturizing and feels so luxourious! great product except the scent is a bit too strong. n-e-ways this stuff is fun nonetheless!

i have this in Raspberry and i looove it! it's very moisturizing and not too sticky/shiny when u just want a simple lip look. Raspberry makes my lips look a bit darker and even a little fuller! the price is great and the packaging is awesome (i love the slanted applicator!!!). very impressed...will definitely buy again! =)
Eyeliner -Urban Decay - Heavy Metal Eyeliner in Pyrotechnics

my second UD Heavy Metal e/l purchase! i was originally planning on getting Spandex when i went to Ulta but once i got there my hands went right to Pyrotechnics? must be the awesome name! =P n-e-ways, this stuff is great. shimmery irridescent white glitter packed in a clear gel formula that goes on easy (u can add more layers for extra *wow* factor). this stuff can be used alone or over e/s and/or e/l. super fun and easy to use. these glitter liners really make ur eyes pop. plus, these UD glitter eyeliners r much bigger than the MAC ones! would repurchase again but to be completely honest i prefer Mullet over Pyrotechnics (Mullet is simply beautiful!). n-e-ways i hope to get Spandex or Headbanger next.
i've always been drawn to Nymphette when at various MAC counters but never bought it b/c everyone is always saying how sticky these lipglasses r. i finally caved in and bought this after purchasing Spring Bean lustreglass since i loved Spring Bean so much. Nymphette is a gorgeous pink w/ golden shimmer. my only real gripe is that i find this to be a bit too frosty. if it wasn't for the frost i'd give this 4 lippies but since i find the frost to be a bit much i'm giving this 3. also, i prefer the lustreglass formulas over the lipglasses. the lipglasses may last longer but they don't feel as nice on my lips. will not buy again.
this is a very unique e/s but i find the color a bit difficult to work w/. sometimes it looks good on me and other times it's kind of blech! trax is a plum w/ gold/copper flecks. i haven't tried using this wet yet but i doubt it'd work out well...i think i'm just too pale right now. =/ n-e-ways, this is a lovely shade so i will keep playing around w/ it to make it work for me.
i'm so happy i bought this. it's a vibrant green/blue w/ shimmer. this reminds me of a mermaid. i've only tried this wet as a liner so far and can't wait to play around to find more looks. i will definitely repurchase b/c i have no e/s quite as lovely and unique as this.
Concealers -L'Oreal - AirWear - Brightener [DISCONTINUED]

'kay...this deserves 4.5 lippies b/c it's pretty damn amazing! i've seen so many ppl raving about this product and happily enough it has lived up to my expectations. i've got some awful dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep and have been putting off getting concealer b/c both foundation and concealer scare me. i'm so happy i was finally able to find this at a local CVS.-->it blends into my skin very nicely and doesn't cake...it covers my undereye circles very well too. AND this stuff *really* does brighten up ur eyes! i'm thinking of going back and stocking up on these since it was so hard for me to find!
Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Eyes Cream Eyeshadow- #192 Envy

i'm surprised i like this so much b/c i'm not too fond of green e/s on me but this is a sheer shimmery green (it isn't as bright on as it looks in the tube!). it really brightens up ur eyes and is great under powder e/s for extra staying power.
i love this SOOOO much more than my Shu curler! this is my HG of all curlers...my search is over! =) this is much easier for me to use and doesn't nip my eyelids. best of all, this doesn't rip out my lashes! also, there are refills for the Shiseido curler whereas Shu doesn't sell refills. HTH!
Lips -Vincent Longo - Lip and Cheek Gel Stain - Liquid Kiss
asianeyes 1/12/2005 11:32:00 PM
ahh! i'm so happy i bought this thanks to 3 fab MUAers recommendations. i just bought this today and am in love. i must say these VL Lip and Cheek Stains really scared me at first...they look awful till u put them on. Liquid Kiss is the perfect rosey red on and i'm so surprised i like this b/c i never thought i'd be able to wear red on my lips. this stuff lasts about 4-5 hrs. on me. u can eat, drink, kiss, etc. the price is a bit higher than i had hoped for (~$24) but this is well worth the money. as far as packaging is concerned...i like that this comes in a tube w/ sponge applicator but i hate the outside of the tube itself (it's just too plain or something...looks like a mascara tube). will most def. buy again. wonderful product! =)
this curler deserves 3 and a half lippies. i'm still a little torn as to where i stand on this product, but overall i guess i like it (at least more so than my last eyelash curler). n-e-ways, the reason i'm not entirely happy w/ this is b/c it tends to pull out my lashes. i find that i have to be very careful w/ how much pressure i use and at what angle i curl my lashes. sounds crazy, but it's true. if i do everything correctly...well then, fabulous lashes in no time! this just seems like a lot more work than my previous curler, but the results r much better when used correctly. so in conclusion i'm thinking of getting the Shiseido eyelash curler. yay or nay?
i have both Sand Dune and Sugar Plum. these Jane Lip Polishes r great LORAC knockoffs! =) i love Sand Dune...a pinkish color w/ some golden shimmer (this stuff smells like a creamsicle too...MmMmM). i'm not as fond of Sugar Plum, however...it's more of a pink/muave and the scent isn't as yummy as Sand Dune. btw. both lip polishes having fairly good staying power and i love that these r so tiny and cute (they look like mini nailpolish bottles). n-e-ways, i hope i can find another Sand Dune lip polish after i run out b/c it's been a long time since i bought these...not sure if they're still sold.
i have a mark Kissink in Pink Tease and like the color, but it's just a little bit too light. i should've gotten Red Siren b/c i wanted something w/ more color. :( n-e-ways, i like these Kissink Lip Tintmarkers...great stain for lips w/ cute packaging, but sadly enough Pink Tease deserves only a 3 in my book. want to get Red Siren next...that should be a 4 or 5 (hopefully!).
OMG!!! such a beautiful color. this stuff was well worth the running around and jacked-up price on ebay! i love that the gel is not clear...it's the same lovely color as the glitter (a teal w/ a hint of blue). sooo pretty and it stays put. a bit pricey since u don't get much product, but this isn't an everyday makeup accessory. this stuff makes ur eyes *pop* =)
Eyeliner -Urban Decay - Heavy Metal Glitter Eyeliner - Mullet
asianeyes 1/3/2005 2:07:00 PM
i really don't know what's gotten into me, but i've been on a glitter e/l kick as of late. n-e-ways, UD's Mullet is a beautiful bright green glitter e/l (the glitter is suspended in a clear base as opposed to colored like UD's Spandex glitter e/l). when i say bright green i don't mean chartreuse (bright green/yellow) like MAC's Divine Lime. Mullet is more so a kelly green or almost emerald green. usually i shy away from green n-e-thing for my eyes b/c i think green e/s looks awful on me, but i decided to give this stuff a try since it's a glitter e/l that isn't too overpowering. i like that u can keep this e/l simple or build up the intensity w/ more coats. this stuff is sooo pretty and makes my eyes *pop* =) easy to use, nice packaging, great color, and okay price (~$17). i want to try UD's Spandex [navy blue base w/ rainbow glitter] next b/c a friend of mine wore it the other day and it looked just amazing on her! go try these eyeliners if u love glitter!!!! =P so fun! UPDATE: i get tons of compliments when i wear this e/l (more than when i wear MAC's Peacocky glitter e/l...who would've thought?!)...i usually pair this w/ MAC Steamy e/s used as a liner and add this stuff on top...greeeeen eyes!
