Self Tanners -Fake Bake - flawless self tan liquid

Okay, so I usually don't write many reviews but I feel like this would be helpful for other acne-prone gals like me. So I always avoided self tanners not because I didn't want to be tan, but because I was afraid it would worsen my chest and back acne. I have very very sensitive acne-prone skin, and I was afraid that putting this will clog my pores on my chest and back and will create madness on my skin. Oh, and when I say I have ance on my back and chest I mean it is craycray. Anyway, I'm quite pale since I wear spf 50 on my face everyday and I avoid spending time in the sun because I want to prevent wrinkles. After extensive research of different sunless tanner products, I finally chose to pick this fabulous product since it was relatively cheap and it got good reviews from Amazon.com and by Youtube gurus. I picked it up 3 days ago and since then I've been using it every night and haven't experienced any breakouts at all, if anything my back and chest look clearer and my acne scars are starting to blend in more. Oh, and by the way I did not have the courage to put this on my face or neck so I can not comment on if it will break you out there. Okay, on to the product itself. When I went to Ulta they ran out of the regular size so I purchased the travel size instead. It comes with two blue gloves, a mitt to help distribute the product, a spray pump, and the bottle of self tanner. You can choose to use either the spray pump or just pour it out, but I suggest you use the spray pump, it's a lot easier. Since this is the first time I have ever used a self tanner, I am not an expert so there were some streaking but the I am the one to blame for it since I did not use it correctly. I fixed the problem the day after by applying lemon juice to the streak and it was not noticeable anymore. This self tanner does not make my skin look orange, it just makes me look a very nice golden bronze. Remember, you must exfoliate and moisturize only your dry parts (knuckles, elbows, knees, ankles) before applying self tanners. I apply this at night time because I don't want to ruin my tan by washing my hands throughout the day or anything. If you're searching for a self tanner and have acne-prone skin, I highly recommend this product :)

Okay before I begin with the actual review, I want to share my skin background first. I have combo skin. My skin is SUPER oily, like I will wash my face, sit and watch tv for an hour and I already look greasy. Just imagine what happens when I actually am outside doing things. Anyway, I have SUPER acne prone skin, meaning I barely ever try new things because it's will most likely break me out, and my face will get dried out easily too. Yay for my great skin, LOL. Anyway, I started using this concealer with no foundation just to cover up some spots and under eye circles. For the under eye circles it was okay, nothing AMAZING. If I forgot to put under-eye cream before using the concealer it would be very chalky and cakey looking though. As for using it on my acne spots, it looked amazing. I was seriously loving it, until 3 days later when I broke out massively. I recommend those who are acne-prone skin to avoid this concealer, for it is pretty thick and will probably break you out, and the packaging is unsanitary. If you're skin can tolerate heavy products, by all means go ahead and try this bad boy out.

I'm on my 4th tube of this so I think I am qualified to write a pretty solid review of this moisturizer. First here's a little background of my skin: I have VERY oily, VERY acne-prone, and VERY sensitive skin, you can say that I am super lucky. Well anyway, I am very cautious before I try any new skincare products because 97% of the time, my skin will start a riot. After some extensive research of reviews and ingredients of this product, I finally decided to try this puppy out. This moisturizer never contributed to any breakouts, AND it never made me produce more excess oil than usual. It moisturized my skin to the right amount, leaving my skin feeling very supple. As for the packaging of this product, it could be better considering it's in a plastic tube, which is a little unhygienic, but I always make sure to wash my hands super well right before I open it so I guess it's not too bad. I wouldn't recommend this moisturizer for dry skin, but it works wonders for oily, acne prone skin. It is definitely a staple.

I understand why other reviewers very much enjoy this natural acne face wash, and I did too, at first. Being an oily acne-prone girl, I thought it would be perfect for me since it contains all the correct ingredients to help banish those annoying pimples. Too bad I didn't consider the fact that it would be too harsh on my ALSO sensitive skin. It dried my skin which caused even more breakouts. At first I was blaming other products I was using, but I eventually found out this was the culprit for my skin's bad behavior. OH, and also another big downside about this product is the packaging. It is a squeezetube but the product literally is always dripping out of the container, so using this product was a pain. If my skin was not so sensitive to harsh products, I would probably be loving this cleanser, but for now I will just stick to Philosphy's Simple cleanser. Oh, and if you also have sensitive skin you should check out Ann Webb's other product, her Coconut Water cleanser.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Double Extend Beauty Tubes

Ok, so here's the deal. If you want a mascara that will deliver long lashes without flaking or smudging, do yourself a favor and go out and buy this gem. I have been buying this product for the past 2 years and it has yet to fail me. It creates a fake lashes look, which is something that I adore. Word of advice: When removing this mascara, you must use warm water. Soak your face (or eyes) with warm water for about 30 seconds and viola! It will literally come off like butter. Oh, and when applying this mascara, do not wait for the primer (the white side) to dry!! Must apply the mascara immediately after to get the best results.

I've purchased this item 2 years ago and it finally ran out (I purchased the biggest size), and one thing I have to say is WOW. Ofcourse during the 2 years I've tried out other cleansers as well, but I always ended up going back to my big pump bottle of this stuff. It wasn't any miracle worker, but it got all my makeup off and foamed up pretty well when using my clarisonic. It was just my basic, good cleansing agent to get off all of my makeup at night. Def will purchase again.

Okay so I was in LOVE with this product, but if you have acne-prone/oily skin like me I suggest you stay away from this. When I first bought it I used it for 2 weeks like a dream, then came the nightmare. The 3rd week I broke out with little whiteheads! My first thoughts were that it was a coincidence and I'll just cover it up with more powder. Little did I know three days later my face was covered with cysts and white heads. Horrible, my face is still recovering. It's a awesome foundation, doesn't oxidize but I guess I wasn't lucky enough to have skin that wouldn't react so badly with this formula. :(

This is such a good product! I have it in the blemish kind, and it works so good, it has big grains, and it takes off all of my makeup and it feels so good, like a nice massage. It also has such a good smell to it too! Pros ; It takes off ALL of your makeup, unless your not doing it correctly. It really does help clean your face, ever since I started to use this product, my face is so much clearer! It also smells awesome! (: You always feel so refreshed after you clean your face with it. Pretty darn cheap for that much of it, and each time you use it, you barely need to use any. Cons; It might be a little bit too harsh on some peoples skins. I can't think of anything else. Sorry (: Hope I helped, and i totally recommend this to all fellow MUA members (:

Okay, so I have a long rocky relationship with this bundle of fun. So I first of all I used it, I had bad acne, on my forehead, chin, and cheeks, but not everywhere in the cheeks. So after I've been using this product for like maybe a week or so, my acne was dried up and it just cleared up, even though I had some scars, I was so ecstatic! So after a bit, I had some weird kind of bad looking scratch under my eye, i thought it was nothing so i kept using my cleaner, and after like a month, my whole face was so bad and tight, it was unbelievable. My eye lids and everywhere around it looked like leather, also i was so dry on my chin as well, it was a weird sort of crust feeling, it was horrible. I stopped using it immediately, and I thought I would never have used it again, after my skin became normal again, it started to go back with acne, of couse. So I just HAD to use it again, but this time I used it with Euricin daily moisturizer orginal night creme, I'm still using it and not dry at all! (: and acne free, I guess I just didn't moisturize correctly, so I have to say that the facial and the acne gel is so good, but the lotion literally sucks. If you are going to use this product, make sure you have a good moisturizer, and it does work, id recommend it, but not if you have really senseitive skin tho! (: goodluck.
