This is a new shade for the Apres Collection and is a coppery glittery vein against a sort of neutral mid grey -- mineralized eyeshadow. I was sort of reluctant to buy this because the swatches I saw made it look metallic orange but the one I received is absolutely gorgeous! First I have little copper veining but the two colors together give the dreamiest subtle ethereal shadow to your lids like a dusky sky with little sparkley embers glowing. Nothing over the top though and could be worn any time of the day or night. I have hazel eyes and olive skin and this is total flattering on me. My current favorite shadow because it goes with everything!
This is a new blush in the Hey Sailor Summer 2012 collection. It is a coral with teensy weensy gold microglitter in it and I love it. It makes my GGG skin look really healthy and radiant. It has to be used with a light hand and might be too noticable on a fair one Don't pay any attention to anyone telling you this is more matte (it is listed as a satin) because it is definitely got microglitter -- try looking at it in the bright sunlight. Lovely blushing color!

Beautiful color -- great staying power -- easy to work with -- fabulous to see!
I purchased this at the end of the summer and then felt is was just maybe a little too intense and shoved it to the back of the drawer. I lately have had occasion to use it and I must say that it is lovely on. I am NC30 -- GGG -- hazel eyes for reference. Even though this is highly pigmented using even a medium hand with both colors mixed, it is gorgeous -- the deeper rose side is quite complemented with the gold -- VERY pretty!
This is now my favorite blush -- just gorgeous. I am GGG with strong gold/yellow undertones, large pores and moderate rosacea and this, while definitely having microglitter, does not emphazise any of my negative skin issues. It does have glitter albeit very tiny and if put on with a heavy hand will leave shimmer. One thing I really love is the versatility of this blush -- so many different color combos and textures. I don't think anyone needs any other blush. Absolutely gorgeous but ridiculously expensive and I will never fork out this much for a blush again.
Blush -MAC - Wonder Woman blush in Mighty Aphrodite

When I opened this (I had also just received the FABULOUS Guerlain 2011 G series Noire blush) I thought I would send it back because the Guerlain blush was so much more of everything -- Well -- I put the Guerlain blush on one side (all colors mixed) and the Mighty Aphrodite on the other (mixed) and outside of the Guerlain having a bit more glitz the colors are the same and both just lovely. Needless to say I am keeping the Mighty and I LOVE the packaging just so much fun! This goes on like a rosy peach or I should say when the colors are mixed it is peach with a tinge of rose. I really don't see the gold shimmer though -- it is almost a matte.

What a waste of money. I really looked at swatches of this before buying and it is so pale and pearly that is looks ghastly on my NC30-35 skin. Going back as soon as possible! Hate it -- yep -- hate it!
I Love this blush -- I have tons of blushes mostly high end (Chanel, NARS etc.) but for a beautiful pink that looks completely natural this is my favorite. I am olive with hazel eyes and this makes me look like I am in love. The gold shimmer is extremely subtle and just gives the blush dimension. There is no chalkiness or powdery look to this and it is buildable if you want more or if you are fair just use less. Absolutely the perfect pink blush.
This is a lovely color but I don't like the smell/taste of it so away it goes to MUA. I don't like the way most of NARS lip glosses taste -- they should so something about it!
Not in love with this -- does go on exactly like orgasm blush and barely shows on my eyes which I got rid of some time ago! Hardly any shimmer or color -- really pretty sheer -- sort of like wearing nothing. Think I will return it or maybe swap it.
This is one of the prettiests golds I have used on my eyes. I am a GGG/hazel eyes for reference. Most golds (I am a sucker for golds) go on too opaque, too light, too bright, too garish or just downright ugly but not this one! It is somewhat sheer but leaves a veil of golden sheen. I love it it -- enough said!
Purchased this becuse I was going for the sparkle/glitz but save your money gals -- this is a BLACK pencil with a tiny bit of golden sparkle -- almost can't see it. I own Below Ground which I love because you can see the gold and I also own Dirty which I may swap (French Quarter is up for swap). These truly do stay put and you better be very quick to smudge because they don't wait! If you want to do a really dark eye you will love it but I think the black is just too harsh and who wears that except night owls in bars?
Eye Shadow -Chanel - Soft Touch Eyeshadow - 87 Taupe Grise

Simply the most beautiful taupe shadow I have ever seen or used. Beautiful with very slight lilac undertone. Very definitly taupe though. The shimmer is just right.
Beautiful color for one who is very fair which I am not. Very nice texture. I'll try it again in the Winter when I fade. Right now it makes me look like I am in need of blood.
This is a lovely color on the right skintone which is not mine. Oh how I wish it looked good on my GGG skin but alas it is just too light. Drat! Very pretty cool baby pink -- lovely!
