this is great for my normal to oily skin ( seldom have to touch up) i don't have many skin problems but this adds a softness to any redness on my skin. i lovee it :) and the gold packaging is beautiful but i don't like all the finger prints on it..can't keep it clean no matter how hard i try
Eyeliner -Stila - Smudge Stick Water Proof Eye Liner in Moray
anneh08 4/6/2012 4:12:00 PM
Beautiful beautiful liner for dark brown eyes. i absolutely love lionfish as well. These smudge sticks and urban decay 24/7 liners are what i use all the time on my lower lashline. It stays on well too. BUT the packaging of these are horrible, they don't close all the way so the product dries out so i have to keep using it on my hand so i can get to the creamy part again. Such a shame, but i love the color so much i would repurchase it again
this cleanser is great to just clean your skin after you did something else to remove your makeup! i use this w/ the clarisonic and i absolutely love it. it leaves my skin feeling fresh and doesn't break me out! great for those w/ acne and for those who don't wear much makeup. but if you do, then just use makeup wipes or a cleansing milk ( i use l'occitane ultra comforting milk ) to remove it before hand!
this is sooo great. ever since i've stepped away from fancy skincare products (kiehls and clinique) my skin has been thanking me for it. (it's because i have acne) now i only have 1 pimple when i used to have pretty bad acne. I use this as night on top of my neutragena nightly exfoliating acne treatment (clear greenish gel) and it sinks in so quickly and my skin feels moisturized and not sticky at all! it's so basic and great for teenagers who struggle w/ acne. I even use this sometimes in the morning so my spf moisturizer can blend in a bit easier (clinique city block sheer spf 25, which i love as well) if you have acne and haven't found anything that has worked for you..this is great for at night time. it doens't have antioxidants and anti aging properties other expensive products have but if you're a teenager you don't really need that ( like i ). + even if you want something w/ antioxidants just get an antioxidant laden gel you can mix it in w/ this. ( i use beauticontrol brightening elixr) but i hear md formulations gel is great too
I love these...i have the black..shimmery yellow (no idea) ..truly brown, and golden moss..i use the last two the most...these are pigmentend and smooth "enough" i feel as if too pigmented and too smooth eyeliners are too much for me..i like really natural eye makeup and these are perfect! i don't have to tug on my eyelid but it doesn't crumble when i line my eyes as well...absolutely what you call the happy medium. (lasts not all day...maybe..9 hours if you set it w/ a shadow) it IS pencil liner...dont' expect too much!
Scrubs -Kiehls - Epidermal Re-Texturizing Micro-Dermabrasion
anneh08 4/26/2011 1:15:00 PM
This is great! I only need to use it once a week and i absolutely adore the extremely fine particles. you can't even see them when you squeeze the product out! But they do an amazing job! My skin is freakishly smooth and soft after i use this. And it is true that you can control the harshness/gentleness of this product by simply applying a bit more pressure. Leaving it on for too long or scrubbing for more than thirty seconds will leave the skin feeling quite irritated! I do love this..especially paired with my dermalogica cream exfoliant the next day..the two together makes my skin luxuriously smooth and soft for the rest of the week. update: still loving this. not sure i'll repurchase though cause it's quite expensive. it's more of a "treatment" scrub than a daily scrub for me personally. i use it at most once every three weeks and my moisturizers sink in well after that and my skin is noticeably smoother. however not worth the amount i have to pay..it was something between 50-80 dollars canadian. bought it a while ago so i forgot..but it really is a good product
i'm probably the only negative one here...but this product really and truly made me break out! I've given it a go at least 3 times (i only have half a bottle left) so i've really tried to give this product, which has flawless reviews, a try! I don't know what it is..i hope i can spot the ingredient so it''ll help me with my future purchases..i currently use it to clean my brushes to use it up...i won't buy it again.
this product gets a lot of bad reviews but i honestly feel 90% of it is because of misuse. Both my sister and i have tried this and now have pretty flawless skin. -Don't expect clear skin for 3-5 months -Don't slather this on your face for your first time..(some people put it on for thirty minutes..then wash it off...then increase it day by day.) -Why? this product will make your skin peel, burn, and itch like no other (which i experienced quite severely b/c i couldn't wait to get clear skin and put on a LOT on my first night) -It will make you break out....a lot..(purging) -Your life will suck for a while. -BUT IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS YOU WILL HAVE CLEAR SKIN THAT IS LESS ACNE PRONE. (meaning you can reap the benefits of other products instead of worrying of it breaking you out) So..i love this...and it took a while for my skin to get as nice as it is now..it took around 3-4 months for the intense purging to stop...then one more month for my skin to bounce b/t really nice to a couple of pimples here and there...and now..all i get are breakouts from my periods (one/two pimples) REALLY give this a try...and don't use so many fancy products while you do..simple cleanser, moisturizer, exfoliator, and SPF. you need this b/c it makes your skin more susceptible to sun burns. this is my current routine Night: -a-d-e cream cleanser (earth science) -oatmeal "scrub"/"treatment" ( i take plain oatmeal i my hair..i wet it..less water if i want more of a scrub..more if i want more of a treatment..rub this on my face..then wash off..i do this b/c i had excema and it keeps the itchiness away..as well, it soothes my skin b/c retin-a micro is sort of an intense treatment. -no moisturizer (every moisturizer i've tried has broken me out) Every 3 days i'll put on a thin layer of retin-a micro to "prevent" acne. Morning: A-d-e cream cleanser (earth science) oatmeal (maybe) Aveeno spf 30 positively radiant moisturizer / origins vitazing spf 15 i use a microdermabrasion scrub once every..two weeks? the combination of daily oatmeal "scrubs" and retin-a (which exfoliates your skin too..somehow...google it) i don't need, or should exfoliate my skin too much..and this is a pretty intense "scrub" ...it's the kiehls microdermabrasion scrub Masks: i use yogurt masks sometimes when i feel like my skin needs a little moisturizing/hydration.. i tone my face w/ green tea sometimes.. i have normal skin type...not very acne prone anymore! (: and you can be too...if you give this a chance
Eyeliner -Prestige - Total Intensity Eyeliner Deepest Black

ive written rave reviews for the other prestige total intensity eyeliners. i donn't use black that much i use navy, plum, and dark green more. HOWEVER. this is the DARKEST. MOST PIGMENTED black eyeliner EVER. including the new urban decay 15 anniversay perversion eyeliner. these eyeliners are the best things ever!. and i know people complalin about them being too soft and too thick. however, i always easily get a thin line. but it is because i've been working with the pencil liner or years. and consider myself quite skilled at it (: i hold it at a certain angle with very easy light lines. and i assure you my eyeliner line is NOT thick! so if you'relooking for a thin line these DO WORK. another thing you can do is you can take a flat and thin top eyeliner brush (used for gel liner) and brush it against the pencil and apply. you might go" why dont' i just get a gel liner then" 1. pencil eyeliners to me are ust softer and more subdued. i just REALLY preer them over gel so it's preference. 2. these have teh lasting power of any gel liner i've ever had. 3. worth the hassle for the pigmentation, staying power, and the color. i have brown eyes and i feel as if these prestige eyeliners were made for me! using this method you might get a nicer line PLEASE. TRY. THIS. OUT.

Eyeliner -Prestige - Total Intensity Eyeliner-Intense Olive 05

I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE PRESTIGE TOTAL INTESNSITY EYELINERS. i LOVE. them. i have the urban decay anniversary set ( so 15 urban decay eyeliners) i love them too but the pigmentation of these ones are far greater. they are both great and creamy. and i believe prestige last a bit longer. but pencil liners last well on me. these NEVER SMUDGE. on me. they are better than gel liners! and this color is amazing! a gorgeous brown golden color with just tiniest hint o a green. but for the most part a brown golden color...not that much green to be olive though but i guess it could pass for it. IF THESE EYELINERS EVER GO DISCONTINUED I WILL ACTUALLLY BLUBBER LIKE A BABY. so i'm going to buy ive o these...
i was excited to get this ( i got this before i got hte clarisonic, just two weeks ago) this was ok at first i didn tknow how soft the bristles shoudl be! but like..THIS WAS SO ROUGH..NOT SOFT AT ALL. opposite o the clarisonic. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET THE CLARISONIC INSTEAD IT IS FLIPPING AMAZING.

best . e.evvverrr. better than stila and urban decay. if this ever gets discontinued i will CRY. this if the perfect navy color for my brown eyes.
i really liked this first using it but i feel as if..ti's not cleaning my hair very well...i have to wash my hair everyday. I also feel as if it makes my hair get oily faster..and i ahve extremely straight hair..soo..i dont know but yeaa....my scalp is also a lot itchier these dayss..
i bought this with the shampoo. I really do quite like the shampoo but not this...for the price it is NOT worth it. i have straight, slightly damaged hair that goes to my waist. My hair is very prone to tangling and i dn't feel as if this helps. I am currently using a 6 buck silicone free conditioner that leaves my hair feeling more lightweight, shiny, and in better condition than this one does. But the thing is, i thinkt he fact that my hair is straight and not very damaged makes this conditioner too much for me .... i don't know now i have slightly a liter of conditioner i don't like very much to use... :(
