Eyeliner -Urban Decay - 24-7 Glide On Eye Pencil in Lucky

Lucky is a coppery bronze with a slight orange undertone. A lot of people are using this color wrong, it not meant to be applied to the upper lid! But it looks sooooo beautiful in the waterline! Especially when paired with a deep chocolate brown eyeliner on the top lid.... or you can use it to add a special touch to smokey eyes. I get a lot of compliments when I wear Lucky. It pops my brown eyes without being over the top. Lucky is such a unique color that it is not dupable. This color will pop brown eyes....warm green eyes and especially hazel eyes with golden flecks. If you have icy blue eyes, stay away from this color it will wash you out. edit: To those who complain that Urban Decay eyeliners do not last all day... After your draw the eyeliner on your waterline, you have to hold your bottom lid away from your eyeball for 20 seconds until it sets. Don't allow your tears to wet your waterline as it dries. If you allow the eyeliner to set properly, it should last all day without smudging.

Eyeliner -NYX - 928 Velvet

This is a very complex color. It is a flesh tone-tan-taupe-champagne with a hint of gold. It is a shimmery but not glittery. I like to use this on the bottom eyelid to make my eyes appear larger. It makes the white in my eye whiter. This eyeliner looks especially good with bright dark blue eyeliners. I like to line my top lid with L'oreal HIP eyeliner in Midnight blue then use NYX Velvet on the bottom. These two colors really compliment each other really well.

This is my sister's favorite eyeliner at the moment. She has the typical "Asian" crease that folds over. So a single thick line of eyeliner looks best on her. The blue looks really soft and natural on her. From a few feet away it looks like a soft black but close up it looks like a bright navy-black. When she lines her top lid in a thick winged line, for some reason her eyes instantly look 3x bigger...like anime eyes. Kind of like what circle lenses to do to eyes. Its hard to explain. lol Then she lines her bottom lid with NYX Velvet which is a shimmery flesh tone e/l. This made her eyes even BIGGER! I don't know why this shade of blue eyeliner goes soooo well with NYX Velvet, you will have to swatch these two shades together to see for yourself to know what I am talking about. I was impressed because she made her eyes appear so big and intense without using any eyeshadow or colored contacts. Since the eyeliner is a blue based black, and blue is complimentary to orange. I recommend a blush with a subtle "orange" undertone. She uses Shu Uemura blush in Pink 36D (peachy-pink with subtle orange) and it looks strikingly beautiful because it compliments the blue eyeliner so well! But yet, in a very subtle and natural way! Another great natural orange tone blush that I can think of is Make Up Forever Sculpting blush in #22. To complete her look, she used Rimmel Crush l/s which is a light peachy-pink with a subtle orange undertone. This look is her 5 min makeup face. The look is highly unique and eye-focused yet at the same time very natural. For reference she is MAC NC30 with yellow undertones. BTW, the HIP Midnight Blue eyeliner is on sale this week at CVS for $6.

I love this lip balm. I always put it on before I do my makeup, so that my lips will be soft by the time I put on lipstick. I love the Rose fragrance, but I wish they would make this lip balm in a "stick" form because I am afraid that I will contaminate it by dipping my fingers into it!

Eye Shadow -Flirt - bo-peep eyeshadow

I am NC30 Asian with a yellow undertones. Flirt Bo-Peep is the perfect flesh tone blending color for me because it matches my skin perfectly. I use this color for blending out intense smokey eyes. The texture is matte but not dry. It is really similar to Make Up For Ever eyeshadow in #126. The difference is that the MUFF one is shimmery while Flirt is matte. Both are flesh tone colors with yellow undertones which makes it suitable for Asians.

This tea is delicious! I normally hate licorice but I am in love with this tea. It really satisfies my sweet tooth! Whats even better is that it contains no caffeine or sugars. And no, it doesn't contain any "artifical" sugars either. Just take a sip and you will feel like you coated your throat with honey! The price is a bit expensive though, but a lot goes a long way...I think the bottle will last me for at least a year. You will get more bang for your buck if you buy the loose tea leaves in a bottle for $24 instead of the individual packets. Or if you are cheap then you can make your own tea for a fraction of the price. lol 1-1/4 C Licorice Root 1 C Peppermint Leaves 1/8 C Fennel 1/8 C Basil Leaves ****Just a warming! If you have high blood pressure you cannot drink this tea since it contains licorice.

Eye Shadow -LORAC - Starry-eyed Baked Trio Evening Star

Lorac Evening Star contains 3 different shades of gray, but what is unique about this palette is the "GREEN" undertone beneath the gray. Pair this eyeshadow trio with an ORANGE blush, and OMG it is soooo beautiful! The orange blush makes the green from the eyeshadow pop! (Since orange and green are complimentary colors). For the orange blush, I highly recommend the Make Up For Ever blush in # 22 which is an Iridescent Orange Coral. It has such a super high rating on MA: http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=95390/Sculpting_Blush_22_-_Iridescent_Orange_Coral/Make_Up_For_Ever/Blush On my NC30 Asian skin, orange blushes will show up as a medium fresh peach color. Kinda like the healthy flush I get after running the treadmill for an hour. I tried the Evening Star palette with the MUFF #22 blush on during my last trip to Sephora, and I fell in love with it. <3 <3 <3 This look is for someone who wants to try something a little bit different! If you don't have the Make up For Ever #22 blush, then you can use the Shu Uemura Orange 55 blush,. If you want a bolder orange blush then I recommend the Illasmasqua blush in Excite or even Nars Gina.

Lipstick -MAC - Impassioned (Amplified)

For reference, I am MAC NC30 Asian with neutral warm undertones. I wore Mac Impassioned over Nars Sex Machine lip liner to give it more of a fushia look. I chose this lip color to go with my Little Black Dress outfit with Hot Pink accessories. For my eyes I did a smokey black look using Mac Coppering with Mac Carbon in the crease. Then I used Mac #34 lashes which looks great with smokey eyes. I completed my look with a light handed swipe of Nars Orgasm blush using the Mac 187 skunk brush. This is one of my favorite clubbing looks <3 <3 <3

This is a pinkish mauve color with some purple undertone. It is super moisturizing and doesn't dry out my lips at all. I like to fill in my lips with Nars lip liner in Sex Machine then apply Rimmel Vintage pink over it. Looks so pretty!

It swatches very similar to MAC Viva Glam V and NYX Thalia. It can be a really nice everyday lip color for light/medium tone girls or...a very nice light pink nude for darker skin gals. Super moisturizing. I like to wear Airy Fairy on my lips when I am doing a pewter gray, black or navy smokey eyes. The cool undertone pink really balances out dramatic eyes. For reference I am NC30 Asian. To those who are warmer/darker in skin color and want to pull off this cool tone lipstick without looking "dead".....you have to wear dramatic eye focused makeup to balance this lip color. Then pull the look together with a nude blush. Think sexy and sultry makeup....like Kim Kardasian.
