the average curler you buy from your drugstore/pharmacy just doesnt do the job on my dense straight lashes. these curlers do a much better and seem to fit my eyeshape a lot better. they are pricey for what they are, but its a lot better than wasting money on other curlers that simply dont do what they are supposed to do. overall, great product and i would be willing to repurchase despite the price!

Liquid -MAC - Face and Body Foundation

i have been wearing this foundation regularly since i bought it about a month ago. its a sheer, light coverage foundation however if you use a brush and buff it into the skin you can definitely build the coverage up a fair bit more. On my normal skin it does make me oily and shiny on the t-zone, however if you set it with a powder it minimizes this substantially. when i use a primer beforehand and a setting powder to finish it takes away this problem completely. i dont know how it would hold up with more combination to oily skins. however it would be great for drier skins or in the winter months when our skins need that extra hydration. i paid $60 AUD for a whole bottle which seem steep but it works out cheaper than the better drugstore/pharmacy brands. i dont use much at all and i can see it lasting me quite a long time. the package is fine. simple and seems sturdy enough. Overall, i think this is a good product by mac. a nice foundation to use day to day, but not the best for coverage days when you have a few more blemishes but great when your skin looks good. i think i would repurchase, but thats not going to be anytime soon !

Blush -Illamasqua - Lover

Probably is my most reached for blush in my collection. Lover is a true peach colour blush. Like all my other illamasqua blushes, lover is super pigmented and saying 'a little goes a long way' would definitely be appropriate. I've had it for probably over a year, use it constantly and have yet to hit pan. It's a dream to use and just gives a lovely natural looking peach colour to the cheeks. It's a purely matte blush which makes it extremely wearable and just add some highlighter to give it that something extra. The packaging however, leaves a lot to be desired. It's a cheap feeling plastic which makes me paranoid about dropping it as I'm sure the product will then be ruined... But that's the only negative for this otherwise beautiful product.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Satin Taupe

This shadow definitely does live up to hype for me. It's such a beautiful colour and looks great no matter where you wear it on the eye. It pairs well with countless other shadows to create a more natural look to something more dramatic. It blends well and I find it lasts quite a long time too. Overalll, it's definitely become a staple and I'd happily repurchase it

Blush -Bourjois - Duo Effet Sculpteur

Ive been a fan of Bourjois products for awhile now. they are all quite reasonably priced and always come in cute packaging. This blush comes as a compact with a mirror and small brush which is pretty much useless, as most that come with blushes generally are. the blush comes as a matte shade and a shimmer shade. The matte shade works well as a contour just underneath the cheek bone and the shimmer works perfectly on the apples of the cheek to help highlight and reflect light. i also use the shimmer shade just under the brow and anywhere else i want to highlight and it works quite well in that aspect. Im not sure how many different shades this blush actually comes in, but the couple that i have suit me really nicely. Overall, this is a great quality product at a good price. the only improvement they could make is if they got rid of the brush that doesnt get used anyway and replace it with more of the actual blush. i use this blush quite regularly and will continue to buy it. highly recommended
