Love this lipstick, the color is so pigmented and rich! It brightens up your face instantly, especially if you just have a very clean natural look for daytime. This is the perfect shade I was looking for to give a pop of color. It is a fun youthful color that I think is an easy alternative to a bold red lip. It reminds me of what the models for Kate Spade wear- always a bold poppie lip. A little goes a long way if you find that the color is too intense. Definitely not a color to be afraid of. Love it for the daytime for a polished fresh modern look.
So sad because of all the rave reviews but this lipstick makes my lips so chapped that the color breaks up into gross little pieces on my lips because it is starting to flake. Even after trying to clear off the skin from my lips with a tissue in order to apply lip balm then reapply- it just doesn't cut it. The color is beautiful "I love that pink" and "Kiss my coral". The pigmentation is great and goes on creamy but after a couple of hours my lips are so incredibly dry. Tried to tough it out for a few days because I just love the color, but alas I will be returning it. Flaky lips with spotty color by mid day is just not worth it.
I love this color, its a beautiful coral- leaning closer to the pink side. It is enough to give you a clean pop of color but not overdone so it's good for an every day lipstick. Love the cream finish which feels really good and moisturizing on the lips. I would not say that this wears the entire day with eating / drinking. Would need to reapply every 3-4 hours I would say. It is not too pigmented but enough color for a medium coverage. Really pretty on asian skin.
This pencil is so easy to use and natural. Love how fine the tip is and how it goes on the brow. A light hand and soft strokes goes a long way. The pencil looks so tiny for the price but I think it goes a long way. I use it every day to just fill in the ends of my brows after applying a brow powder- for when I want a more defined, clean strong brow. It blends in well with my eyebrow hair and the fine strokes of the pencil really make it look more natural and not drawn on stencil brows. It stays on all day without getting greasy or somehow disappearing / get splotchy / shiny at the end of the day.
Love the brush on this mascara, it really separates and applies the mascara evenly, coating each hair with the right amount so that it doesn't clump together. Each lash is separated and fanned out. That said, it coats the lash pretty evenly and thin. It does a little bit for thickening but I would not say this is a volumizing mascara. It is good for a really pretty natural, fanned out lashes look. It does more for defining and perhaps lengthening. The formula lasts all day and does not come off as easily as other non-waterproof mascaras. You do however, have to find the right cleanser to wash this off your eyes because with regular water you will just get raccoon eyes. Only down side would be that the wand gathers a lot of excess formula at the bottom and I have to wipe it off on the edge of the tube which gets a little messy and wasteful. I wish The end point of the wand were better designed so that formula doesn't collect on it in a big goop. Otherwise, I was really surprised by this mascara- it gives nice separated, defined, fluffy lashes. I would not say it gives your lashes a "wet" look though or that it particular does anything in regards to curling. It does not make my lashes droop though because the formula is on the dry side and not too wet so it gets a plus on that.
Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Facial Hair Removal Spring

VERY PAINFUL! makes my eyes tear up every time, and there is no way to clean the hair out that gets trapped in the spring so depending on how often you use it, its pretty much gross and therefore un-usable after a few months. Its a good idea / invention but the price of around $20 is a little much for this. Its really only good at getting the sides of upper lip hair, its pretty difficult if you want to get it entirely clean, ie the area around where the dip of your lips are under the nose. Hurts a lot, better off manually plucking each one at least the pain is controlled and this is coming from someone who is used to using an epilator for underarm and legs.

this product works better than toms for a natural deodorant but it only really works for a few hours a day, without any physical activity. this needs to be reapplied otherwise i do start to notice low odor in the middle of the day. its not something anyone else would notice but i definitely can tell at the end of the day when changing out of my clothes. i have not been able to find a natural deodorant that performs remotely close to ones that contain aluminum. i am trying the crystal roll on now and hope for better results.
useless, it does not cover odor except for the fact that it is scented. it does not last more than a few hours at most, and all i am doing is walking to the subway in the summer then sitting in an air conditioned office. but i immediately notice odor in the middle of the day. this product does nothing for me.
this was just ok. like i said about the CG lash blast, volumizing mascaras dont do it for me. it does not hold a curl, as soon as i apply the mascara weighs it down and my lashes look non existent because they are straight and even though this mascara does a decent job at volumizing, i have a heavy lid so it covers a lot of it. i recommend a lengthening mascara if you are asian and have fine long lashes like mine. i like the l'oreal telescopic one.
this was just ok for me. i have asian fine lashes that go straight down. they are long and curl well. however i found that this mascara weighs down my lashes right after application and a lot of the volume benefits are lost because of my heavy lid. i would recommend a lengthening mascara for those who have similar eyes / lashes as mine.
it holds a curl and love the black! its rich and deep even for my asian lashes so it really makes your eyes pop. the wand is a little tricky, you cant do the traditional wiggling on the base and then continue to coat. it makes your lashes clump but if you just go up it gives a wide eyed doll face look. i think it actually does a decent job at defining and volumizing. its just enough to not weigh down my curl and make your lashes look fanned out. got it at rite aid for nearly $10 which is a little pricier than the other mascaras. love the packaging and the tube is long and skinny. very feminine and luxurious looking not like the CG chunky tubes. but the big winning aspect is that it holds my curl and really opens up my eyes. im asian and have a heavy lid that covers a lot of my lashes and find that normal volumizing formulas dont do anything for me.
love this, great product for the price! it goes on soft and natural, and the pricepoint is amazing. the color fits just right and i am asian so i have fine brow hairs but dark in color. its a large pan that lasts more than 6 months so far, and way better than even the more expensive brand like Anastasia which costs $23. for 1/4 the price, you just cant beat Maybelline. I apply this with a eyebrow brush I got from Sephora and it gives just the right amount of color and not too stiff so that it goes on natural. I then apply a clear grow gel to set it and help the powder stay longer throughout the day (I tend to rub my face and forget I have make up on). love love love.
Its ok, I dont find that it makes my lashes any more voluminous although it does make them feel soft and natural. It is a more natural look. It separates and defines and goes on fairly well. So far have not seen it smudge with the waterproof although it is a bit harder to take off even with the Maybelline make up remover. Wish it plumped up my lashes a bit more and gave it some va-va voom, true to the name....I dont think it makes my lashes FULL but it does feel SOFT. Its an ok product but I am on the hunt for something better.
Terrible, it requires several coats to get anything onto the lashes and then it starts to clump and make you look like you have spider legs for lashes. The wand is a little too bendy, I don't feel like it adds anything. Not very good, does not go on silky and makes lashes look spiky.
I really like this mascara, it gives a very natural look. It goes on smooth with no clumping which I attribute to the bendy brush. It s rubber and thinner so it really adheres to the lashes. It makes your lashes look long and slick- like you had just wet your lashes with a splash of water. Can get a little spidery if over done though. Does not give any volume or curling. Purely for lash definition, exaggeration of length. Too bad it is not waterproof. I find that it gives me a bit of raccoon eye by end of the day.
