I have been using CAT for years, the old version, and now this one. This is liquid gold in a bottle. Its truly a miracle product. I was having crazy breakage from a bad chemical straightening (and I mean horrible.. my hair was destroyed) and from my GHD iron when I started using this. When the breakage was bad, I used it twice a month, now I use it once every 8 weeks. I use it like this: 1. Clarify 2. Towel dry a bit and spray in CAT, I leave it in about half an hour 3. Rinse, towel dry, and apply moisturizing deep conditioner, leave in for half an hour 4. Rinse and style You MUST use a moisturizing conditioner after this, and any other protein treatment! If it didnt work for you, or left your hair tangled, this is why! I recently went to see Steve Tcherkezian (best stylist for TR in Toronto) and he put my hair through numerous tests, including hooking it up to a trichometer, which measures hairs strength. The normal range for my hairs density and all that is between 60-70, my hair came in at 92. So my hair is very strong now and I truly attribute its strength to Redken CAT. I love this product and will never be without it.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dry Fast Dry Nail Color

Im so torn with my feelings on this polish... The bad: It can get thick and gloopy (gloopy? you guys know what I mean) It does chip fast even with a base and top coat It seems to stain my nail when I'm removing it (my biggest issue with this polish) The good: Dries very fast One coat and its perfect (mixed feelings about the brush) I cannot get enough of the Peachy Breeze shade, and this is why I will buy over and over and over again. I just love it. I do plan to try the mint shade and maybe a couple others, but peachy breeze is amazing

I found ClipFancy when I was looking for super thick extensions, just doing a random search on google. After sending numerous emails back and forth I decided to order a 20 inch set, 200 grams in jet black. I have pretty fine hair, and big clips don't stay well in my hair. Luckily because they are custom made, I asked if they could be made with small clips, and she had no problem accomodating me :) During the time I was waiting for the extensions, Raelene updated me every step of the way. I feel bad because I probably drove her nuts, I asked her a million questions every single day lol and she answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I asked her why it takes a couple weeks and its because she has to order the hair from her supplier. I got my hair in two weeks. They came in a beautiful purple box, which is perfect to store them in, and she gave me a cute clip too! When I opened the box I could not believe how thick the hair was, it was like a rope of hair. The hair itself is soft, shiny and silky. Very nice hair. But of course all hair looks like that when you first get it. So I wore them right away, I didnt even have to wear the entire set, they are so thick. I waited to do my review because as with all my other reviews on extensions, I wanted to see how they wear and wash first. I washed them and they dried pretty straight, no tangling or matting. Styled them and they came out perfectly. I have not had any shedding or issues of tangling when I wear them and i've beem wearing them daily for about a month and a half now. These are my new favourite extensions! Please read my other reviews (I also have headkandys(these were my all time fave until CF), luxy(worst by far), Foxy Locks, Hello Gorgeous (still need to review), Dollie etc. I\m already planning my second set :)

I'm really torn about these extensions. First off, the customer service is fantastic. Really great service, I emailed a million times and I got nice, patient response every time, and was usually emailed back withim the hour. Really can't beat that. I ordered two sets, one in 16 inch and one in 20 inch. The hair itself is beautiful. Just thick, silky gorgeous hair. The only problem for me, was its a little too silky for my hair texture, but it was still ok. The other thing is the clips. They are rather large and didn't hold very well. Once as I was driving, one of the wefts actually slid out :( The 16 inch blended perfectly with my hair, I had no problems, it looked great. The 20 inch was not so good. They cram it all onto just 5 wefts and I think thats the problem. It just wasn't enough, and you could see my hair sitting on top of the extensions.. its not a good look. I think two sets of the 20inch and it would look nice, but I shouldn't have to buy two... So, overall, I wouldn't repurchase, but they are worth a shot, especially if you only want 16 inches.

I wanted to do a thorough review on Headkandy Hair extensions since I get so many messages by muaers and there's no reviews. This will be long, so get ready :) Some background: I got into hair extensions after having my daughter turned my curly hair straight and left me with shoulder length hair (i've always had long hair). After having negative effects from weaves, fusion and microlinks I decided to try clip ins. I tried low end brands (Euro next, premium too, glamour etc) and they were just too thin and crappy. You could tell I had extensions :( Then I found Headkandy. My first set was in 2007, I bought the 12-14 inch set. They were fantastic! They matched my colour perfectly, blended seamlessly, looked perfectly natural. I was hooked. After a year, they were too short, so I bought a 16-18 inch set, same effect, they looked amazing! I ended up buying 2 16-18inch sets because I went through a hair dying phase and you arent supposed to dye these lighter. Anyways, so now i've been wearing my latest set for 2 years and they take a lot of abuse, I iron them daily. But I do take care of them as well, with frequent treatments and heat protector. On to the extensions themselves... They are amazing, the hair quality cannot be matched. They are silky, but strong, super shiny, and thick right to the ends (no stringy ends!) The clips grip perfectly, and the quad weft really blends everything together. I love them! There are pics in my profile. Pros: Amazing hair quality Super thick Low shedding Create a natural look Excellent clips Fast shipping Good customer service Cons: Pricier than other brands (but you get what you pay for I guess) On the shorter side (for example, if you order 16-18, expect 16") The don't come in the long storage plastic thing, I just find that thing useful lol I tried many other brands out of curiosity; Luxy, Foxylocks, Dollie, SuperStrands amongst the more popular ones, with the exception of Dollie the rest are crap :( I wasted a lot of money. I will not be trying any other brands from this point on, if anyone wants reviews of the other brands, feel free to pm me :) Hope this helps!

Moisturizers -Ole Henriksen - Pure Perfection

I got this as a sample and I applied it at night after cleansing. It did sting a little but thats probably because I exfoliated prior to applying. Anyways, I woke up in the morning and WOW my face was glowing and radiant. I ended up buying the full size jar, its a great moisturizer.

Mascara -Too Faced - Lash Injection

I use this when I want a softer more natural looking mascara. This gives me a "your lashes but better" look. This definitely is not for a dramatic look. It does flake as well. Im not sure if I would buy again... they are pretty cheap on ebay though

Scrubs -Murad - AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser

This is hands down the best exfoliator I have ever used. I use it often, about every other day, sometimes everyday if I feel a need a bit extra cleansing. Its very gentle, and my face looks amazing after using it. The beads are small and gentle and this bottle is gonna last me a year easily cuz you only need a little bit for your whole face. Highly recommend and will def buy again!

This did nothing for my lashes... It just made them look a little spidery and it did nothing for volume. It also flakes. Will not buy again.

This conditioner really sucked for me... I've tried using it many different ways, like leaving it in for 5 mins, leaving it in for 30 mins, using a warm towel, using a plastic cap etc. No matter what it does nothing... honestly my shampoo leaves my hair feeling more moisturized than this (and it has no cones). I will never repurchase

Smells great, but again another neutrogena that feels like it doesn't really cleanse my skin. I dont have acne i just wanted something to keep it clear, after using this for a couple weeks i started getting breakouts and i realized its cuz this doesnt really clean your skin!

This definitely should not have 'Deep Clean' on the bottle... i feel like it just sits on top of my face. When i use astringent after I see all my makeup on the bad, this stuff does not clean...

These come in a box of 5 tubes, each tube is 2 treatments for me. My hair is noticeably stronger after each use. I alternate this with redken CAT and my hair is loving it.

This is a nice light leave in. Perfect for people with fine hair, it definitely wont weigh you down. It smells like candy, its a very pleasant scent. I prefer schwarzkopf moisture kick but i alternate with this, good stuff
