I love this as an everyday foundation. This would be my holy grail if it didnt make me so greasy. & I wouldnt mind it looking greasy but it also feels greasy. oddly enough though, i still loved to wear it every single day. i typically don't like to wear foundations if they feel greasy but i would repurchase this again.

Polishes -Essie - Sand Tropez

So far, this is my first & only Essie nail polish. At first I didn't like this nail polish at all. It was so sheer & I had to do 4 or 5 coats & it still wasn't opaque enough. I pulled it out again & decided to give it one more try. Ive fell in love & this is now my favorite & most perfect nude with a hint of pink. I can now get away with 2-3 coats.

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Oatmeal

I have yet to try this as a mask but I've used this as a cleanser and wowwwie! I only used this every morning & night for about a week & this stuff is amazing. I was intrigued by bubzbeauty's video like many other people & like any other product that I'm interested in, I spent what seemed like forever gawking at makeupalley reviews. I used it just like bubz except I used regular Quakers oatmeal instead of the instant kind. I get a handful of oatmeal & run it under lukewarm water (not sure why it has to be lukewarm but bubz emphasized on it) while making a fist and then I put a little bit of water in my palm, squeeze out the milky oatmeal liquid into my hand & run that over a wet face. You can do this dry but I feel better doing it wet. Then I just scrub my face with the oats & wipe them off with a paper towel to keep my drain from being clogged, then rinse. It feels like it never rinses off cause its a weird residue. I also put a paper towel over the drain after spreading the milky substance but before scrubbing & that catches the oats as well. So what has oatmeal done for my skin? Well it hasn't done anything to prevent breakouts. It hasn't done anything to treat them. However it doesn't break me out. So what's so amazing about it? It's gotten rid of almost all of what's left of my hyperpigmenation!! I also found that when I focus on scrubbing around the crevices of my nose, the horrid cakey foundation I get there doesnt happen either! I stopped using it everyday because it's kind of a hassle in the mornings but I am definitely keeping this in my skin care routine.

Like gandiko, I went to cvs looking for this & couldn't find it in the skincare isle so I asked a pharmacist if they carried it in the pharmacy. Not even knowing what the hell I was talking about (had to spell it out, give them a description, show them a googled picture on my phone) he looked it up in the computer & couldn't find it. So sad I wasted my time, I asked a worker if he knew where it'd be & he took me to skin care & tried selling me cetaphil (hate that crap). Wish I looked in the sun tan section lol. I went to Walgreens & found it in the skin care section (where it belongs) for only $13.99 which gives me about a pound of product with the pump. I personally don't care if there's a pump or not but it's handy, even though it looks awkward with the pump. Now down to the application: the first time I used it I followed Jen's (from frmheadtotoe) instructions of adding a few drops of water in it & then apply it to your face. I didn't like it. It felt too heavy, especially when I woke up the next morning. Mind you my room is the garage & it was 90 degrees in my room. The next time I applied it I left my face a little damp from washing it & it went on smoother, absorbed quickly & moisturized like no other. This is my preference in application but to each their own. I also use this as a hand cream & it works beautifully! My hands are the type that still feel dry no matter how much lotion I put on them. I use about half a pump for both hands. I've read you're not supposed to apply under makeup but I do when I can't find my regular daytime moisturizer (just not as much as usual) & it works fine for me. Maybe my foundation applies splotchy without me knowing, who knows. Oh yeah & it hasn't broken me out! I love this stuff & will keep repurchasing. For the amount of product you get at the price, it's such a steal! So why not try it out?

This is "okay". Not amazing but doesn't suck either. Its cheap but it doesn't necessarily "do the job". I see a slight difference but not as much as Id like to see. Also, it looks like it'd be a men's cologne & it kinda smells like it too.

Brows -Revlon - Brow Fantasy in Brunette

I LOVE the pencil. I love it. It matches my brows perfectly. Usually other brow pencils are too dark or light but this looks so natural on me. Butttttt, I can't stand the gel.. I thought it was my foundation making my browns look grey or something but it's the gel. Hopefully Revlon makes the brow pencil alone minus the gel because I'd hate to buy this again just to use only half the product, but it's the best match for me that I'd actually do it. :/

I love this stuff because of how heavenly it smells. But it doesn't give me the moisture I'm looking for. My lips need all the moisture it can get & this...this just isnt cutting it. :/

I received 2 travel sizes of this product from different swaps & I didn't like it to be completely honest. Sure, it made my colors a little more vibrant but isn't primer supposed to keep your shadows from creasing also? Didn't get that with this. I'm sure I'll get negative feedback for not agreeing with the rest of the bunch (which people need to stop confusing the difference between whether something is helpful & whether you agree/disagree). Anyways… this doesn't keep shadows from creasing which is the main reason I'm in the market for a primer. Oh well, on to the next one..

I thought I had yellow teeth beyond repair. I spent (more like wasted) $50+ on crest vivid whitening strips plus the corresponding mouth wash & tooth paste. I was discouraged when I didn't see the results. I saw a YouTube video about this & followed my usual routine: checked out other reviews on YouTube, googled blog reviews & checked makeup alley reviews. They were all swamped with positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was kind of hesitant because recent reviews on makeupalley were saying it was runny & it had to do with the new batch. I figured, it's only $5 what can I lose. So I picked this up & 2 mouth guards at walmart (the ones for football players). I followed Kandee Johnson's tips on how to make my own custom mouth trays & then squirted the product on the trays & spreaded it with w q-tip. **I think the key note here is the directions say the bleaching effect STARTS after 5 minutes. So if you have pretty stained teeth like myself, i suggest keeping it on for about 20-30 minutes. I experienced no sensitivity like I did with crest but I did experience excessive foaming & spit so keep a little cup & napkin handy. When the time is up I rinse my mouth a few times & gargle the water as I'm rinsing, then I brush my teeth. Sometimes I brush em before but I always brush them after. Then, I enjoy my pearly whites!

Moisturizers -The Body Shop - Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream

I bought this because I have more grease on my face than a pan after cooking bacon. So a mattifying product will always catch my eye. This moisturizer is thin & very easy to spread so to all you dry ladies, you're not going to get any moisture. But to all my very oily ladies, you're not going to be mattified. It's smells okay, not the best. Its just...okay. For $16 I think you can get something similar at walmart. It's like The Body Shop mixed a moisturizer with water to thin it out. But it's definitely not a walmart.

While it gets the job done, it leaves an oily residue & burns my eyes when I try to take off eye makeup. & it doesn't take off mascara very well, & mine isn't even waterproof. I much prefer the up & up target generic version.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal Waterproof

I got my makeup done for my senior pictures a few months ago & the MUA used this mascara (not sure if it was regular or waterproof) & it made my lashes look phenomenal! So since then, I've been meaning to pick up this mascara & I finally did last week. I have to say, this has been reached for every day since then. It separates my lashes but gives them tons of volume at the same time, the brush can be thanked for that. I looovvvveee the way it makes my bottom lashes look especially. This is a great mascara & is quickly becoming my HG.

I loved the coverage & finish... Natural but covers great & not necessarily matte but far from dewy. It's matte in a way but doesn't look flat. I wish it could have been a holy grail for me because it didn't make my oil slick oily at all during the day. BUT the foundation was too yellow & it didn't cover redness all that well. I feel like my tinted moisturizer has that part beat. After a while of wear, the foundation wasn't so yellow & matche well but I feel like if I'm gonna spend $30 on something, it better wow the crap out of me in every way possible.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - master drama eyeliner

The eyeliner is sooooo creamy it's like a dream. I saw a YouTube video by nguerreiro19 & she compared it to urban decay 24/7 liner. Amazing results. Go watch it. I picked it up in midnight master because I like blackest of blacks for my eyeliner & mascara. I feel it brings out my eyes & makes my lashes look thick & gawwwwjus. Anywho, i thought the eyeliner was broken, like another girl said, but you just have to keep twisting. But be careful because if you twist it too far up... Don't even think about twisting it back down. It stays great. So great its a bit hard to take off (I set with eyeshadow though) Best eyeliner I've ever tried! & it's pretty cheap so why not give it a try. You might find your hg eyeliner. :)
