Lipstick -Laura Mercier - Stickgloss in Black Orchid

Very high quality, lovely sheer color, looks great with my hazel eyes and fair/olive complexion. So moisturizing, easy to apply, and lovely scent. No complaints.
I love these blushes, and used to use them ALL the time. Now, I only use them on occasion. Overall, I find that after time the top half of the blush (the convex part) will sometimes crack off. This seems to be rather inconv. but I have adapted a method of just using the cracked off part on my cheeks. The blush is a great size, I love the brush build into the bottom, and the blush container is very sturdy. These baked blushes are a great buy and the colors are quite diverse.
Such a moisturizing, beautiful color! color isn't too bold at first, but can be layered for a more glam look. My lips don't dry out and i don't feel like I am even wearing lipstick or that I have to touch up all the time.
This lipstick is easy to wear, and can be worn pretty sheer or heavy. I always put on some sort of moisturizer before putting it on, because it does dry out the lips a bit. Definitely exfoliate your lips before wearing this! It does have a frosty like, more lustrous color, and is the prettiest shade of pinkish/gold. I probably wouldn't buy it again, but that won't stop me from using every last bit!
I love this hairspray and would love to try Nick Chavez's plump n thick one after I run out of this. I have fine, flat, hair but a lot of it and this hairspray works very well to keep my hair up when I want it up. Mind you, my hair doesn't typically keep a curl for too long, but this definitely helps with body and curl keeping for many hours. I also use it to absorb oil if my hair is looking a bit beat up after the day. Keep in my mind that I don't typically style my hair, just wash n go, so I the experience I have with this product is occassional. I have no problem with scent and I think it does an excellent job at keeping my hair in place.
Scrubs -Olay - Regenerist Microdermabrasion and Peel Kit

This microdermabrasion set is the best I have used. First, you put the crystals on your dry face in small circular movements for about one minute. Then you apply the liquid, which produces a white foam and you can feel the heat/tingle of this product. Leave and massage on for about one minute, and your face will feel smooth, pores will look smaller, and blackheads will disappear! Love this product and cuts back on the number of blackheads on my nose and chin. Really aids in makeup and other products penetrating and working to their full potential.
Liquid -Laura Mercier - Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation
angelinuh 8/26/2011 6:36:00 PM
I like this foundation a lot, it gives good coverage (not too much, not too little) and generally doesn't budge. I sometimes think the colors are a little limited as there isn't one that is absolutely perfect for my skin. It isn't oily at all, but can be a challenge to apply in large patches (it seems to not want to "move" after putting it on...I apply all my makeup with my fingers). When this is done I won't re-purchase but will try a different brand.
Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free
angelinuh 8/26/2011 6:32:00 PM
This tinted moisturizer is quite greasy but provides fairly decent coverage. It slides and gets streaky so I usually put a touch of powder over it. I actually went back to Sephora after a few months and got the oil free foundation which is much much better and doesn't leaves streaks. I have probably used this for about a year and I am just now running out (full size version). I think this product is better in the winter than in summer, due to humidity and heat making the moisturizer streak and smear.
Way too liquidy, didn't absorb well, too much mica, not enough SPF, not a great choice for a facial cream.
Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Deep Cleansing Cream with Soap Bark and Chamomile
angelinuh 8/25/2011 1:24:00 PM
This is a decent cream cleanser and removes all makeup and dirt. It has a refreshing quality about it, and it has never clogged my pores. The second ingredient is sunflower seed oil though, so it is really good for dry skin. Won't purchase again simply because I have oilier skin and I know of better cleansers.
Treatments (Eye) -Burt's Bees - Radiance Eye Cream with Royal Jelly

A terrible eye cream, gave little moisture, too much mica, and overall not very effective.
Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Orange Essence Facial Cleanser
angelinuh 8/25/2011 1:20:00 PM
Smells nice, but doesn't entirely clean off my makeup and oil on my skin. More of an oily cleanser and quite thick, so if you have dry skin this would be perfect for you. I need a lot of product just to get off my barely there make up.
Lotions/ Creams -Unlisted Brand - EXTRA VIRGIN Coconut Oil (All brands)
angelinuh 8/25/2011 11:43:00 AM
I use coconut oil as a natural way to help with shine and upkeep on my hair. I don't have colored or damaged hair, and I want to try and keep it that way! I use just a bit on my hair (as my hair is greasy naturally a little bit goes a long way for me) and I use it as a makeup remover (works wonders). It is a great conditioning treatment for hair, nails, eyes, and for overall health happiness.
This is just one of those products I buy because I know it will work in a pinch and it is really cheap....so if it melts, it melts and no tears are shed. If your lips are really dry this won't work; the waxy buildup will sit on your lips. I use this in worst case scenarios...as in it is in the bottom of my purse and i have nothing else. It has even gone through the dryer a few times with no melting or staining - amazing and a bit scary!
Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Satsuma Body Butter

Love the tub, love the moisturizing ability of this fine cream body butter. Perfect texture - not too thick and not too thin. Smell is out of this world incredible citrus!!!
