Lip Gloss -NYX - Mood Lip Gloss
rated 5 of 5

I have been searching for jelly lip glosses that have no shimmer, frost or glitter. That's a tall order these days. I picked the Sensual shade of this Mood gloss when I read a review comparing the color to Clinique Black Honey. Soft and super shiny, the color was just perfect for me (a great dupe of Black Honey) and the stain and soft lips left behind after the gloss wears off is just wonderful. Will be hoarding these because I have a track record of products I love being discontinued.

Lip Liners -Avon - Glimmerstick Lip Liner CLEAR
rated 5 of 5

Had to stock up on this on eBay because it is so hard to find. Best lip liner ever. I just rub some on my top lip line before applying lipstick or gloss. It keeps everything in place. It does the trick simply and easily.

Lipstick -Avon - Glazewear Lipstick
rated 5 of 5

Shiny, sheer, light feeling, does not bleed, great color payoff. What more could I want in a lipstick? This is a fantastic product for the $$. I have Raspberry Glaze which is the perfect MLBB color and the Raisin Glaze which is deeper and sexier, will be perfect for fall. I have Pink Toffee with is a very deep pink/brown nude. I'm ordering the Punch right now for summer!

Lip Gloss -Avon - Ultra Color Rich Lip Gloss SPF15
rated 5 of 5

I adore this lip gloss but apparently it's been discontinued. I've been buying up whatever stock I can find on e-bay. My rep could only find one for me. My favorite is Pink Punch but I also have Sandy Pink, Raspberry and Grape. This gloss is light, super shiny, sheer with great color payoff. It does not bleed and smells and tastes pleasant. Why do companies insist on discontinuing great products but keep pushing lousy ones. The Glazewear gloss is not good.

Lip Treatments -Sally Hansen - Line Freeze for Lips
rated 5 of 5
andrabell 5/4/2007 8:21:00 AM

I have been blessed with skin that's aging pretty well (thanks Mom, Auntie and Nana!) but I have a few fine lines above my upper lip that have been vexing me. I saw an add for Sally Hansen's Line Freeze for Lips in InStyle magazine recently and went on the hunt. It must be selling like hotcakes because I nabbed the last box at ULTA. The retail price was $9.95 but I got it for 5 bucks and change with a ULTA store coupon. Worth every penny, even at full price, this stuff really works. My upper lip is so smooth, I can't even believe it. The effect is temporary, but is said to be cumulative with continued use. It's very gentle, too. I'm super sensitive but I've got not redness or breakouts from this product. The little jar is cheap and nasty and will probably be tough to get the last bit of product out, but the stuff inside works wonders. It's meant to have the same ingredients as some of the very high end lip line treatments. It's a great find!

Lips -Cover Girl - TruShine Lipstick [DISCONTINUED]
rated 5 of 5
andrabell 4/20/2007 2:34:00 PM

This is such a great find! Not sticky or slippery, it feels just like a lip balm, smooth and slightly shiny. It has good staying power and when the balm feeling goes away, a very nice MLBB stain remains. I chose Currant Shine, which for me, is a perfect substitute for Clinique Black Honey Almost Lipstick. I'd love to try the Cherry Shine next.

Lip Treatments -Too Faced - Lip Injection
rated 5 of 5
andrabell 4/5/2006 11:53:00 PM

I was blessed with good lips, but I love these lip plumper things. I had a terrible allergic reaction to City Lips, but Too Faced is really nice. It really works. It makes my lips plump and pink and works really well with my favorite lipsticks. (Psst...Sally Hansen makes a $6 one that's almost as good, though!)

Lip Gloss -My Lip Stuff - Cannoli Tinted Lip Gloss

While the cannoli scent was delish, this product was dreadful. Thin and oily, it disappeared in minutes leaving my lips horribly dry.

Lips -My Lip Stuff - Pink Cake
rated 3 of 5

I love the balm, but I'm not overly keen on this flavor. It's a bit powdery and not sweet or pink enough.

rated 5 of 5

I got my Mixed Mystery as a freebie and I love it. It smells and tastes like Juicy Fruit gum. I love the shine and how soft the balm makes my lips.

Moisturizers -MMU Cosmetics - O-live a little
rated 4 of 5
andrabell 6/14/2004 6:26:00 PM

This is a nice lotion. Not nearly thick and moisturizing and I need and like, but it's nice for a rush job because it sinks in so quickly. I chose That 70's Scent and it's lovely. It's an orange and patchouli blend. This does not smell like diry hippy feet at all. The oranges are juicy and the patchouli is earthy and almost sweet. A nice scent.

Lotions/ Creams -MMU Cosmetics - Soy Good Whipped Body Spread
rated 5 of 5
andrabell 6/14/2004 6:23:00 PM

This is a really nice cream. I like the Shea Butter Body Souffle better, but this is a close second. I asked for a blend of Amber, Honeydrop and Milk & Honey and it smells just like Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab "O" scent. It's wonderful!

Lotions/ Creams -MMU Cosmetics - Make Me Smooth Body Custard - Various Scents
rated 3 of 5
andrabell 6/14/2004 6:21:00 PM

I got a sample of the Body Custard with my last order. It's a nice texture by is NOT moisturizing enough for my sun dry skin. Not at all, unfortunately. But the scent gets 10 lippies. On the Heavens smells like almond cake at first then smells just like Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab Dana O'Shee. It was heaven!

Lotions/ Creams -MMU Cosmetics - Shea body butter souffle
rated 5 of 5
andrabell 5/27/2004 9:43:00 PM

This is the most decadent body cream I've ever used. It's very rich yet light. My skin is silky, smooth and drenched but not greasy in the least. The perfect balance I'd say. I got the Milk and Honey fragrance and it's clean and light and very pretty. It does not compete with my BPAL fragrances. I'd reorder this. I thought it was pricey when I ordered, but a little goes a long way so my small jar will last a good long while. Update 6/14/04: I got another tub of this in the Amazing Grace dupe call "Graceful". It's identical and wonderful. The scent lasts and lasts and lasts. I applied the cream to my body after the shower and no other fragrance. It stayed like a lovely cloud all around me until I went to bed that night!
