I love this stuff! Makes my face really clear. - **QUESTION** Is it bad if i put it around/near my eye area? (I'm careful not to get it IN my eyes). That's where I have the most wrinkles so I like putting it there. I never get any dryness or sore/red/itchy eyes or anything, no reaction
Sunscreen -Pro Activ - New and Improved Oil Free Moisture w/ spf 15

LOVE IT only because I have oily skin. If you have dry skin you won't like this. My skin is actually really weird because in my t-zone I get really oily but I always have dry patches on my chin that are flaking and very noticeable. That's why I like using this. It's very easy to spread out on your face and it absorbs really fast. Doesn't leave my skin oily at all, but its moisturizing just enough to cover the dry patches. And most importantly it doesn't break me out :)
I didn't really like the proactive 3 step system, but I really like this mask. I don't actually use it over my entire face, just on the pimple when I occasionally break out (this shit is expensive so it lasts a lot longer this way). I put this on my pimples before I go to bed and leave it over night even thought you're supposed to have it on for only 10-15 mins. DON'T leave it overnight if your pimple is close to your eye, I did it a couple of times and my eyes were really dry and red the next morning. ANYWAY, the next morning I wake up and.... - If it was a normal pimple then it's usually dried out and is gone by the next day - If it was one of those deep, painful, long-lasting pimples it brings the puss to the surface (you can see the white tip) so that I can squeeze it and it'll heal faster... A lot better than having a painful bump on my face for like a week. The reason I gave it a rating of 3 is because it works maybe 70% of the time, but sometimes it has no effect which is kinda annoying.
AHH love this colour! It's one of those "perfect nudes" that I'm forever on the search for. It's slightly lighter than my lips but it looks really natural. It's more of a lip butter, not really a lipstick, but I don't mind because I prefer lip butters over lipsticks anyway when it comes to nude colours. Feels really nice on your lips. Very moisturizing and it has a nice smell. Definitely would repurchase, I got it at shoppers drug mart for $2.99 :)
There are so many reviews explaining how amazing this eyeshadow is so I'm not going to make this long... I was never able to use any orange eyeshadow. Even an eyeshadow that contains the slightest hint of orange. It would look horrible on my skin, like I got punched in the eye or something (I'm NW20, blonde hair, blue eyes). Soft brown is a brownish-orangey colour, so I was very hesitant to buy it, even though I've seen so many raving about it. I'm SOO happy I did! It looks amazing on me, the perfect crease and blending shade :) I seriously think this colour would look good on anyone soo GO TRY IT!
Concealers -Cover Girl - fresh complexion concealer

This is a great concealer that works well - it covers blemishes and it's easily blendable. I use this for under my eye too but I never get very dark circles so it's perfect for me but if you have veryyyy dark circles it might not work for you. I like to carry this in my bag for whenever I need to touchup. I won't be sad if I lose it because it's so cheap. I also usually use this in the morning whenever I'm going to the gym. This stays on for my entire workout, and I obviously don't want to use my high end expensive concealer when I know I'll be taking a shower in like 2 hours and I'll be washing my face (I don't put foundation on for the gym, but just a bit of concealer on my blemishes because I feel self conscious if I go with nothing on my face so this is perfect!)
Powder -Maybelline - Mineral Power Powder Foundation

I usually use revlon colorstay liquid foundation, but I love this for when I want a natural look. I just use this with concealer on my blemishes and my skin looks amazing but natural. It's never caused me to break out or make my pimples worse. I know i'll definitely be using this a lot in the summer. Btw, the kabuki that comes with this is horrible and veryyyyy scratchy so just use your own powder or kabuki brush - the powder brush from e.l.f. for $3 works great with this.
The WORST is when I get that huge, deep, painful pimple that's going to stay for like a week... And then I try squeezing it and I make it even worse and it starts scabbing. All of the concealers I've tried would not cover a big pimple like this, and sometimes the concealer will go underneath or around the scab, making it very noticeable that I tried covering it up... Gross. This concealer is the ONLY concealer I've ever used that doesn't do that and that will completely cover ANY PIMPLE. It doesn't crease or get cakey and it stays on all day. And most importantly, it doesn't break me out or make my pimples worse. I used to use liquid foundation every. single. day. I felt like I didn't look good without it. But now I just use this concealer to cover my blemishes and any redness and then use a bit of powder foundation and my skin looks great and very even! Also very good for under the eye, but I don't have dark circles so I don't really use it that often in that area. I will repurchase for the rest of my life
Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips in Peach Kiss

I found this lip balm to be pretty moisturizing, unlike the other reviews... and I LOVE the tint in this, it's so pretty! It's like a sparkly nude. It tastes and smells good, although it doesn't smell like peach like I was expecting.... the perfect scent to describe this is the scent/taste of the orange chewable vitamin C pills! yummy!
Eye Shadow -Hard Candy - Kaleyedescope in High Maintenance

I saw this at Walmart, swatched it on my hand and fell in love with the colours. It was about $6 and I had to buy it. I had no idea that it would become my new favourite daily eyeshadow! With this I can do my eyeshadow in 30 seconds and be out the door - I put the white colour on my entire lid and tear duct, and the brownish colour on the outer V. It's so simple but it looks so good, and although I usually use brushes, I use my fingers to put this on. It looks amazing with my blue eyes and blonde hair. Also, the staying power is great, it doesn't crease at all. For example, today I put some on for church at 9am (without primer) and then went to the gym at 5pm. After a sweaty workout I look into the mirror, and I was amazed that this was still on from the morning and didn't crease, it still looked beautiful (even the white shade that I put on my tearduct was still there). I also bought this in "rush hour", also very beautiful but "high maintenance" is my favourite! The only con would be that these break/smash very easily.... when I was buying them there were more broken ones on the shelf than there were good ones... So I take extra care with mine. I would not recommend bringing it in your makeup bag. But you wouldn't even need to since it stays on all day :)
This stuff is great, I always use it to set my foundation. I just swipe my kabuki brush in the entire thing and mix all of the colours together on my face in a swirling motion. I have it in the colour "cool". My skin is pretty oily and I feel like this helps absorb the oil and it keeps me less oily throughout the day. I used to use loose white powder to set my foundation but I switched to this because its just soo much easier. The packaging is also great, I keep it in my makeup bag and it never opens. If my skin starts looking oily, I just touch up with this and it gives me a nice refreshed look. For $3 you can't go wrong!
I got this product in the color ash. When I got it I thought it would be way too light since my eyebrows are dark brown (with blonde hair) however it is PERFECT! I never filled in my eyebrows because every product that I used before made them way too dark, but this is just the perfect colour because it looks soo natural and it fills them in so nicely. I only use the wax side for my eyebrows. I use the powder side for eyeshadow, it's a good blending or transition colour.
Cleansers -Neutrogena - All-in-One Makeup Removing Cleansing Lotion

BURNS LIKE CRAZYYY.... i cannot go anywhere NEAR my eyes with this. it is way too strong, a makeup remover is useless if i cant take my eye makeup off with it.
My HG foundation. I have oily, acne prone skin. This has never caused me a breakout unlike so many other products I've used, and this is the first product that actually kept my face from getting oily for the entire day. I usually use oil blotter sheets throughout the day but I don't have to anymore. Plus the coverage is amazing.
My first surprise was when I opened the bottle - I was expecting to see a normal mascara wand with bristles, but instead it was just a stick with tiny ridges on it. I don't like it, I wish it was a normal mascara wand. - I applied two layers of the silver on top of my regular black mascara, and at first it looked gorgeous! I was really happy with it. However, after about 20 mins when it fully dried it looked DISGUSTING. The clear gel that the glitter is in dries to a whitish/greyish colour and it looks soo cakey and just really gross. I am so happy I was at home testing it, and not going out. I immediately took it off, I couldn't stand how bad it looked. - I think it would've looked better if the wand was a wand with bristles because you could spread it out better in between your eyelashes. I might try this and see if it still leaves a nasty white finish. I'll update this if I get better results.
