I have to say bare minerals in a great product and made my skin totally clear up. HOWEVER i have VERY oily skin, touching up within 2 hours usually and the original is actually better than the matte. with the matte the fairly light colour is slightly orangey and sits on my skin shows all my pores becomes patchy and yeah... this is just my skin but if your skin is very oily i would recommend the original, i still have to touch up using it but it is better than the matte (and cheaper)o

Primer/ Corrector -Boots - No7 Shine Free Make-Up Base

As everyone else says on here, yes it is hard to blend in. ive found a way to make it work though. even if you have oily skin use an oil free moisturiser and then put the primer on bit by bit on the most oily parts of your face. eg, nose, forehead etc. dont put it on your cheeks because then it is hard to blend and will look patchy. but i do recommend it because it does keep shine at bay for like 2-3hours for me anyway!

Foundations -Max Factor - MAX FACTOR LASTING PERFORMANCE

I initially wrote a review about this saying how good it was, however it is not. it just does not stay on, not a good coverage and is patchy after a while i was powdering my face (as i have oily skin) Pastelle is actually VERY orange it seems to change to a more orange colour when it dries on your skin? so definitely not recommended for people with very oily skin. and the packaging is in a squeezey bottle so if you use too much it is a waste as you cant put it back into the packaging.

i used to use this quite alot before i realised how BAD it was. for oily skin it accentuates every pore (especially around the nose) you need to put ALOT on for a good coverage, and it did look like i had no make up on at first and its very light but throughout the day it comes off SO easily, and for oily skin you would have to put on powder and re-apply all the time. i now use max factor lasting performance and this works well, lasts all day and no need to powder alot!

Mac is not too great for VERY oily skin. the coverage was good but i kept having to powder my face alot during the day, by the end of the day it didnt stay on, if you were going out after work/school then you'd have to re-apply. very expensive! after this if your looking for a new brand try MAX FACTOR LASTING PERFORMANCE its alot better, and you wont have to powder your face as much. still doesnt give a natural look which is what im looking for but no make up has done that yet!

i have very oily skin and this product did not help. its very heavy and sometimes can be hard to blend into your face, it doesnt look natural when put on and can go a bit orangey. im sure it has broken me out with spots and once ive put it on im needing to contantly powder my face. before this i was using MAC studiofix and i changed because it didnt stay on too well and i was needing to powder my face alot. at the moment im usuing MAX factor lasting performance. this is alot better and you wont need to powder your face as much, still doesnt look quite natural though!
