Someone gave me this product and I didn't know how to use it at first. I kept putting it in my palms and trying to rub it into my roots and it wasn't really doing anything. My friend who's a hairdresser showed me how to use it the right way and now I really LOVE IT!! I sprinkle a little on right at my root and it's instantly awesome and huge. You don't need that much to make it look good. I just wish it didn't come out of the container so fast- the powder is so fine and the holes in the lid are just a little too big I suppose! I'm always afraid too much will come out. Besides that, I really like this stuff a lot.

It's the perfect volumizing hairspray - best I've tried (so far). Really gives a lot of volume and great hold that lasts all day. To me, you can't beat this one, nothing has ever worked better for me.

Highlighters -Illamasqua - Surge Liquid Metal

I LOVE this color. It's absolutely gorgeous. The second I saw it I needed to have it. However, the first time I tried it, I wasn't too impressed with its staying power. Some cream shadows are better than others and don't crease throughout the day, but this one does. (Most likely because it's not waterproof). I didn't return it because I want to use it with primers and powders over it in hopes that it will stay on nicely. I still have a lot of hope for this product because it's so gorgeous! It looks good on the tops of cheekbones as a highlighter and also on the collarbone.

i got this product as gratis and probably wouldnt have bought it and used it otherwise. it is not as white as i would want for an eyeshadow base, but it does not crease, and i have oily eyelids. shadows stick to it amazingly well. i do not like glitter for the most part, so im not crazy over using this color. but if you want a good base and you like glitter, this is great for you b/c the glitter definitely stays on and shows through. i love it as a base, i just dont like the color b/c it doesnt come up as white as i expected.

i love the color of this. BUT, when i put it on its more gunmetal than i would like. i was expecting more of the taupe to show up. its very sheer but when i let one coat dry then layer on a next its fine. its absolutely perfect for putting powder eyeshadows on top b/c its kind of sticky. it does not crease at all, and i have oily eyelids. it functions well besides the fact that you really do have to layer it to get the color you (probably) think its going to be, and i feel i need something on top.

im a little obsessive compulsive with my brows, and ive tried every clear brow gel where i work (ulta). this one is absolutely amazing and i would buy it again in a heartbeat. nothing compares (that ive tried). i usually try to buy different products every time i buy something, but this is something i wouldnt stray from. amazing.

this is great if you want a lengthening mascara. i got it as gratis and probably wouldnt have tried it if i hadnt gotten it for free. it dries hard but i think its worth it because it makes my lashes look so good. the color is very intense black and i love that about it.

Powders -Smashbox - Halo Hydrating Perfecting Powder

i love it!!! i like the finish on it-its kind of dewy and fresh and very smooth. if you prefer matte foundations you probably wont like this b/c its kinda dewy, but if not its great. if you use the kabuki brush that comes with it, it comes out really nice with better coverage than i originally expected.

Mascara -Smashbox - Lash DNA

i didnt like it at first but after i used it a few times and got the hang of it I LOVE IT! i usually prefer volumizing mascaras but i really like this one. also, once it dries its not too hard and stays soft. it doesnt get clumpy on me either.
