OKAY, I can't really understand WHY so MANY people HATE this product. First, just make sure u purchase it from the COUNTER or from Bobbi's WEBSITE. U must use it properly, after taking a bit of the product, recap the bottle just by putting it upside down if u still want to use it, so air can't come in and dry the product off. Make sure U have the right BRUSH, if possible purchase the bobbi eyeliner brush, if u wanna cheap one, purchase a fair-good quality brush. Before applying on ur eyes, make sure some unwanted products that is bulging on the brush is pat away.. This product NEVER EVER smudge, and how come some people experience the smudging... and the STAY power is super GREAT and the color never fades from morning to night, I never reapply till the end of the day. This product is AMAZING!.. Eventhough it comes in so may shades, and some people it is quite the same, so, don't purchase the "like-to-be-the-similar-color", only purchase the one U think the best and u can use it everyday..I live in Asia, its hot and humid, rainy, sunny, sweaty, but it does great, it never washed off or away. No bulging, smudging or whatever U name it.. I have no cons with this product. It is quite expensive, but it is worth a satisfactory! I will purchase this product again and i want to try a more colorful color. now i only have the espresso as a marker. since I am satisfied with it, i will purchase more.. NICE TO SEE NICE T HOLD, ONCE TRIED, i AM SOLD! (with this product)

a quick review from me.. it's expensive but worth it.. great in removing make up.. wht so ever..very good never dry out skin, my skin is dry.. prefer the packaging to be in a tube..not jar and, please note that this is not to be used at the eye area. please be logically thinking.. helloooo... great!! s i will repurchase it again..

Cleansers -Shiseido - Benefiance Creamy Cleansing Foam

i purchased this cleanser online after reading really good reviews on this product. unfortunately, this product really stripes of my skin, i feel so tight after using it. and i'm afraid that continuous use of this product will irritates my skin. however, i like the after effects after washing, my skin then feels quite smooth. the thing is, i'm very doubtful about the online product that i bought, is it originally or i was cheated by purchasing an imitation. to find out, i will going to shiseido store and try it for myself, and update this review for u guys to know. if i have the same drying effects even after trying it in shiseido's own store, so i will totally say that this product is doomed...

okay, now i'm updating about this review again... after thinking of that this is way too expensive for a Uni student like me, so i started drugstore or even changing to new famous brands becoz i think i juz haven't had enough. i used this product and i admit it is so great... i never used anything so wonderful in my whole life.. i started changing to Bobbi Brown, shiseido, nanowhite and start to think to purchase other products and i finally gave up.. i must return back to this, bcoz it will never ever do anything else and maintained like any cleansers can do. i have dry skin all year long, and this help my skin to look moist, not dry, not patchy, and what ever so great wors that u can find in the dictionary. i regret spending money experiencing other ranges after i finished a bottle of this one. i never break out, i feel soo clean and confident,,, wow!! so hard to tell u guys.. rather that experiencing unpredictable things out there wasting money, later on, i will still return to this product. for u guys out there who purchase them online, i bet u all to be careful, sometimes they do sell imitations that cause ur skin to have adverse effects. well, compare and see,.. if a prduct works so well for u, just continue using it as long as it is worth it and i learned my lesson. pricey? yes, but it is not a 5ml tube, it lasts a year!! helloooo..u guys,..
