first off, my skin is oily/acneprone/sensitive. i have a problem with foundations always making my face feel like an oil slick after a little while of putting it on. i went to mac to try the prolongwear and am extremely pleased with the results. i normally use estee lauder's DW as it's the only foundation i've tried that doesn't make me a oil slick but i find that the mac prolongwear is even better and the finish is much more natural and lighter. needless to say i am pleasantly surprised. i've been using for a few weeks now and so far no breakouts either. i've tried so many foundations in all different brands that you could possibly think of from high end to drug store and i think that the prolongwear is a definite winner. i also love that its in a pump bottle. i apply with either my fingers when i'm in a rush or a foundation brush, both work fine. controls oil beautifully and looks very natural (not cakey). lasts all day until i take it off at night. no touch ups needed and i don't even really need to powder to set it either. i'd definitely recommend if you have oily skin and have trouble finding a foundation that will stay put.
been using this for over a month and i absolutely love this product. i use it every day after i've toned my face with thayer's lemon witch hazel. it has a thick consistency that has a yellowy/green-ish tinge to it. i apply to my face immediately after i've finished toning to a damp face so that it is easier to spread. i've tried using on a dry face and its a little harder to get it evenly all over the face. the cream is quite thick so it takes a few minutes for it to sink in but it does not leave any oily residue or feel sticky. afterwards i use a light moisturizer on top. i have problems with picking at acne [resulting in scars] and my face gets all red and irritated; i also have redness around my nose/lip area but now that i've started using this cream redness/irritation is minimal, acne heals a lot faster and scars are almost all gone. i highly recommend this product; definitely give it a try if you have issues with redness and acne that is slow to heal and prone to scarring.
i bought this along with nars' exhibit a. this is a brightbright orange with shimmer in the pan. i loveee the colour but wasn't sure if i'd be able to pull it off since it is such a bright colour. again like all nars blushes it is very pigmented, a tiny bit goes a long way. applied with the nars yachiyo brush i literally lightly tap the brush in the pan once and it is enough for one cheek. i gently tap the color onto my face and blend. this gives a very warm flush to the face [i am a mac c3, nars fiji/punjab, laura mercier sand] i tan very easily but i find i am able to wear this whether i am pale in the winter or darker in the summer. this is a beautiful color for all seasons. would definitely repurchase if i was to run out [but i'd probably be able to use the same pan forever since it's so pigmented]. i also have beaute cosmetics neon [bright orange gel stain for lips/cheeks] and i love the color as well, very similar affect/look as nars taj mahal on the cheeks. don't be scared by the bright orange, i think that it is a really universally flattering color for all skintones.
this blush looks extremely intimidating in the pan. it is a bright bright red and when i first saw this, like many reviewers below me, i asked 'who would buy this!?' like all nars blushes it is super pigmented, a tiny tiny bit goes a long way. i use the nars yachiyo brush to apply; dab very gently in the pan to pick up a little product and lightly tap onto my cheeks and then blend blend blend. this gives a beautiful natural flush look that i absolutely love. it just brightens up your face and makes you look 'awake'. i think someone mentioned below about a 'i just was out for a run' kind of flush. very natural, and lasts all day. this shade is would most likely be very flattering on all skin tones whether you're dark or light. fyi: i am asian with yellow skin tones; nars foundation in fiji/punjab, mac face & body in c3, laura mercier sand. although this blush is a higher price point [$29 at the nars counter @ the bay] this will probably last me forever with the amount you have to use, so it's definitely worth the price. i don't recommend buying this online without testing, you definitely need to try this blush before purchasing. if i was to ever run out, i would definitely repurchase.
looovvee this scrub. i use the other products in the sebium line and i use this around three times a week. it's a gel with very fine granules; it leaves my skin super soft and clean without feeling tight. i've been using this for weeks now and have noticed in a reduced number blackheads and less oiliness in my tzone as well. skintone has improved as well. extremely happy with this scrub and i will definitely continue using. definitely worth a try!
i absolutely love this. i use this at night and i wake up with smooth fresh skin; not oily on my tzone & cheeks [which previous creams have left my skin like an oil slick when i wake up in the morning]. theres no fragrance and i love the way my skin feels moisturized but not greasy. this has helped reduce the oiliness in my tzone, smoothed out my skintone and helped reduce the blackheads on my nose. hg for me!

i really like the texture of this cream; it leaves my skin smooth and matte. some reviewers mentioned a fragrance but i don't mind it at all. i gave this gel-cream a 4 because although it leaves my skin matte it only lasts for a few hours before my face needs blotting [but i have to say out of all the mattifying lotions i've tried this one is the best].
i fell in love with bioderma's sebium line after using this product. it's gentle and effective and it's worked wonders to my oily skin, helping to minimize the pores and reduce the number of blackheads on my nose. if you have oily/combination skin you should definitely give this gentle cleanser a try.
Cleansers -Bioderma - Sensibio H2O (aka Crealine H20 Solution micellaire)

i absolutely LOOOVVEE this cleanser. [i use this as well as the sebium h2o]. it is so gentle and super effective, leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. i don't wear too much makeup on a daily basis [concealer, mascara, a little foundation] so i have no problems with his taking everything off. i also use this as a toner on the days when i have a little more makeup after i've cleansed my face with sebium cleansing gel. the SA recommended that i soak a cotton pad in water and squeezing it dry before using sensibio h20 that way you don't need to use as much product as the cotton pad won't absorb all of it and it works beautifully.

love love loovvvee this brush. i think i have like 3 or 4 of them. it is super soft, dense and picks up just the right amount of product and is so nice to use when buffing powder on the face. i have so many and none of them shed even after washing! would buy over and over again!
this is my hg eyebrow powder! i absolutely love this as i find that it matches my brow color perfectly. i'm chinese with dark brown/black hair and it matches better then any other brand i've tried. i will buy over and over again.

i've been using this for months and this product is amazing. can be used as a spot treatment or all over; i usually dab on to the spots where i need it, or use a thin layer as a makeup base. works great either way. covers redness amazingly and can be layered if more coverage is needed. they now have more shades available and would definitely recommend this to anyone who has trouble with acne/redness. a HG product for me!
i was suffering from really bad breakouts and my cousin suggested that i try proactiv as she saw it on tv and thought it might work for me. i was so depressed whenever i saw my face in the mirror cause all i would see were those stupid zits and redness all over my face. i started using this and noticed that the pimples were clearing up but it was drying out my face badly. my skin was flaking, especially around my nose/lip and cheeks area. i kept up with the routine even though my skin was peeling because i figured it was just part of my skin getting used to it...and i was just happy that the pimples were clearing up. this stuff worked to clear up the horrible acne i had but didn't really do anything to prevent hormonal breakouts. i'd break out every month even when using proactiv and my skin felt more dry and tighter than ever. i finally stopped using proactiv after almost a year since i didn't know any better. to me, it was at least minizing the amount of acne i was getting so it was better than nothing. but after researching further about BP and other ingredients, this stuff is seriously not good for your skin or for prolonged use. it will probably age you faster with all the chemicals in it. i am now on a different routine using jan marini's bioclear cleanser and cream, grapeseed oil and my skin has never been better. i strongly suggest using other products as i find that proactiv has too many chemicals that are very harsh and drying to skin. the only reason why i think this product is so popular is the marketing. people see the commercials and think 'all those celebrities endorsing it must mean it's good right?' wrong!!!
i really liked the way it looked when the MA used this on me when i was at the napoleon perdis counter; which is the main reason why i purchased this. it gives a nice glow without being too pink or too bronzed like some reviewers have said below. it's easy, quick and the MA even used a little water and used this on my lips as well.

i love love loovvee this foundation. of everything i've tried this one beats them all. i have combo/sensitive/acneprone skin and it has yet irritated it or clogged any pores. it feels like you're wearing nothing at all while having really good coverage. i don't like wearing much makeup and i absolutely hate the 'mask' look that some girls get when caking on foundation, but there are no problems with this foundation. i apply with a damp 187 brush as i find the foundation dries pretty fast and it leaves me with a nice airbrushed finish. anywhere i need a little more coverage [under my eyes] i use a concealer brush and it works perfectly. i have an oily tzone but i find that this foundation holds up well and doesn't disappear like other foundations i have tried nor does it leave me as an oil slick. on certain days when i need a little more oil control i just dust a little powder onto my nose and i'm good to go. i could not be happier and i reaaallllyyy recommend going and getting colour matched. it's a must have if you are going for the nude, no makeup look.
