This isn't the greatest shampoo/conditioner duo that money can buy but for 87 cents it's pretty good. It smells wonderful, is very moisturizing (at least for me) and kept my frizzies down to a minimum. My only complaint is that the shampoo left a weird almost sticky residue behind but when I followed up with the conditoner it was fine and my hair was silky! This was a decent product and I probably will purchase again. I might try another scent next time though just to mix things up.
I have mixed feelings about this foundation. Here's why: Pros: -Good color selection makes it easy to find a flawless match -Leaves a pretty finish that isn't too heavy or powdery (in other words it's not cakey as long as you're careful during application) -It was good for my sensitive skin. It didn't make me break out - It stayed on as long as I wanted it to (basically until it was removed) -I liked the fact that it covered breakouts fairly well on it's own and didn't draw anymore attention to them Cons: - I really hate the "Click, Lock, Go" packaging because I feel like I'm not getting the same amount of product that I would if the container would just open all the way - It takes too long to apply (at least IMO) -It's overpriced for the quality of product that it actually is. At times when applied it can just look cheap, streaky, and fake no matter how hard I try to blend it. *Overall I wasn't very pleased with this foundation and I don't see the reasoning behind all the hype. Honestly I think you could get a better foundation (mineral, liquid, cream to powder, etc.) at the drugstore for pratically a third of the cost of BM. Even though I liked the makeup somewhat I just wouldn't buy it again because I feel like it's not worth it. BM is kind of a rip-off. My advice to you would be stay away...far away!!!!
I don't care how much hate this mascara gets on MUA! I will never stop using my beloved Great Lash!!!!! I don't seem to know why everyone else has such a big problem with it....it's been around for years WITH REASON and it's still one of the best mascaras around. Whether you're at the drugstore or the department store. LONG LIVE GREAT LASH!!!!
Liquid -Neutrogena - Skin Clearing Oil-Free Makeup

I've been searching high and low for a HG foundation (in drugstores and department stores) then remembered this old faithful. This is the very first foundation I ever wore in middle school and I was so happy to be reunited with it!!! As soon as I got out of the store I pratically ripped off the cap and applied some 40 Nude to my jawline and fell in love with this foundation all over again! It is so creamy and leaves a beautiful silky finish on your face. The packaging is my favorite kind for liquid foundations because I like to be able to control how much product I get out and you can't really do that with pumps. The salicylic acid in this product is .5 and it helps me control oil and breakouts throughout the day so I really like that. If I sweep on some translucent powder over this it stays all day...even in hot weather. I'm so glad that I repurchased this foundation...I don't know why I stopped using it in the first place!!! HG Quality in a bottle.

I was sick and tired of all of tugging and pulling that came with waxing and wasting 10 to 15 dollars a visit was becoming such a joke. So, I did my research and came across this cream. I was super excited to try it so I ran out and bought it as soon as I could. Application was easy! The tube has a slanted edge (like a squeezy lip gloss tube) which is a nice added touch for sanitation, but I found it easier to put the product on my finger and apply it to the desired area. I left it on for 5 minutes, as stated in the directions, and it did an amazing job on my upper lip. The upper lip has always been my problem area, and I was so suprised that it did so well that I did my eyebrows too!!! I'm still waiting for the redness to go down, but I always have that problem no matter what product I use. I'm really pleased with this Nair product because the last one I used were the wax strips that you rub between your palms to "warm up". Those are a big epic fail...get this cream instead, it was cheaper than the strips (at least in my area) and you get way more product. I love this and will definitely introduce it to my sister who is a fellow peach fuzz sufferer!!!
This is definitely my favorite BBW Signature Scent!!! It smells delicious (fruity and oriental) and the staying power is amazing. If I layer this scent with the body wash, lotion, and body mist before bed I can still smell it in the morning and all day. It's more than I usually spend on a bath or body product, but you gotta splurge on this every once in a while or bring it out for a special occasion...it's the best!!!

I love squeezy tube lip glosses but Lancôme Juicy Tubes was getting to expensive. I tried this and I love it!!! It smells and tastes better than the Juicy Tubes and it's not as sticky. BBW has a buy two get one free deal on these lip glosses, so I think I am gonna stock up on this flavor!!!
Even though this can be used for any skin type and any age, Proactiv has all of these celebritiy endorsements these days (I'm looking at you Justin Bieber). The use of Justin was trying to appeal to teenagers like myself who suffer from breakouts. But don't buy it just because of him...it really doesn't work and that's all there is to it. It is horribly overrated and putting Justin in the picture doesn't help because you know his fans hang on every word that comes out of his mouth. I don't even like Justin Bieber...he really bugs. Oops I'm sorry this kind of went from a review to a rant about JB. Anyways the bottom line is don't waste your money and hope on this junk. If you want an effective 3-step acne system splurge and get the Clinique Acne Solutions Clear Skin System (review for that to come).
Misc Beauty Tools -New York Color - Eyelash Curler
allmyfriendsarecowboys 4/15/2012 6:50:00 PM
I love this curler!!! It gives me the flirtiest lashes and the curl stays all day. It can pinch your eyelids if you aren't careful but I'm still getting used to it since I haven't had it that long. It does have a tiny price tag but it should be taken seriously. And this review is coming from someone who previously owned a Shu Uemura eyelash curler!!! Why can't all eyelash curlers be this easy????
Gels/Soaps -Suave - Naturals Body Wash-Wild Cherry Blossom
allmyfriendsarecowboys 4/15/2012 6:42:00 PM
I wanted to like this sooooo bad!!! Well, actually, I did like it but I had an allergic reaction to this particular body wash. I was sad because I really liked the floral scent. Right now I'm using the Suave Creamy Cocoa Butter and Shea body wash and that's more gentle for my sensitive skin. I've used other Suave body washes in the past and absolutely adored them...now I can't use this yummy smelling one. Highly recommended if you don't have such sensitive skin. - I will write a review for the Suave Creamy Cocoa Butter and Shea body wash and lotion sometime soon.
Lip Treatments -Carmex - Click Stick Original SPF 15
allmyfriendsarecowboys 4/15/2012 6:27:00 PM
This is the only lip balm that ever touches my lips. I have tried others before (Blistex, Soft Lips, etc.) but none of them have lived up to be as good as Carmex. It's cheap, effective, and easy to find almost anywhere. My friends think that I am addicted to reapplying my Carmex all day at school, but I would argue and say that it's my strong love for Carmex that keeps me reapplying. It also treats my coldsores better than anything else I've ever tried (my coldsores are brutal...sometimes I get more than one at once). What else could you ask for? OH before I forget....Carmex is also great for drying up annoying pimples or breakouts. It contains salicylic acid which is an ingredient found in many acne washes and cleansers. P.S. It tingles on your lips!!!!!!!
LOVE IT!!! For once, my face is finally clearing up. My breakouts go away faster and are less severe. I usually put this on the first speed and use it with my Clinique Acne Solutions Cleansing Foam (review for the Acne Solutions Clear Skin System to come). I love using that cleanser with my Mia 2 because it foams and I can really see it working. The Mia 2 sells for around $149 bucks but I got it as a birthday present from this nice lady I know (I'm looking at you mom). Now that I use the Mia 2 regularly I have my skin care regimen figured out and hopefully my face will be completely clear real soon. I will update on that later.
Lip Gloss -Clinique - Superbalm Moisturizing Gloss in Rootbeer
allmyfriendsarecowboys 4/15/2012 12:52:00 PM
I have this in Rootbeer 04. Even though it's more than I would spend on lip gloss my mom decided to splurge on a bunch of Clinique makeup and skincare for me since my birthday is coming up. When it is first applied it is very sticky, but it goes away within a few minutes. The color is basically clear with a nude tint to it. I like this color because it is really shiny and it enhances my natural lip color. I have seen plenty of lip glosses that have moisturizing in the name but this one really lives up to that promise. I actually don't have to put lip balm underneath this gloss which I like because I can apply on the go even if I've forgotten the balm. Great gloss...I will probably purchase again.
Oh gosh not this...never again. I was excited to receive this in a Vera Wang rollerball trio for Christmas. The trio had Rock Princess, Princess, and Preppy Princess. I loved them all except for Rock Princess. It smells really sour like oh I don't know...white wine? Way to strong. The other two scents are sweet and not overpowering. I'm trying to pick a favorite of the two so I can ask for a full size for my birthday. I was disappointed that I didn't like all three scents : (
I went to the drugstore searching for a cheap lipstick to go under a pale pink NYC lipgloss that I already had. I saw this for 93 cents and I thought "What the heck...NYC stuff is always good I might as well try it." I got it in Petal 314 and it matched the NYC Liquid Lipshine that I had in Prospect Pink perfectly. The lipstick itself was kind of stinky, but it faded away after a few minutes. The packaging is a little bit cheap, but it does the job. I might be better up applying this with a lip brush except I haven't tried that yet. The formula is smooth, creamy, and moisturizing. I will be buying this again.
