BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

This BB cream completely separated and settled into my pores within the span of 30 minutes (my skin isn't bad or even that oily). Short and sweet, I think you can find a better alternative with a tinted moisturizer or sunscreen if you've tried a few drugstore BB's without success.
Foundations -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-hour Full-Coverage Foundation SPF 15

The Amazonian Clay foundation and brush are a great product for getting the basics done without all the work. It has better coverage than a lot of liquid foundations without the "pancake" feel. I was really surprised with the amount of time this foundation-brush combo saved since it spreads and covers so evenly. I use a slight amount of Lancome's loose powder to set it since I have an oily t-zone, but it lasts throughout the day, and is easy to reapply if necessary.
Purchased this on QVC after watching the demo's on various women with very different skin types / ages. The demonstrations were no joke!!! It's the best self-tanner I've used since Clinique's self-tanner (also had that "bronze" color to see where it was applied). They reformulated it a few years ago, and after trying everything from Clarins to Jergens, Tarte's Self-Tanner w/Mitt is the BEST!!! The scent is very mild with a slight tropical tone. Exfoliate, dry off, apply "normal" lotion to dry spots like feet, knees, elbows, neck, etc. and whip out the mitt! A little goes a long way! You can even use this on your face (I recommend a clean cosmetic sponge).
I bought the knock-off version, bye bye blemish but it worked like a miracle. While it doesn't really clear things up overnight, it does help without drying or irritating skin like Benz peroxide/salicylic acid products do. I was impressed at the drying lotions ability to tackle cystic acne. It doesn't make them go away immediately, but it does keep them from "coming up to the surface" if applied as soon as you feel one of those preliminary bumps building under your skin. The NEGATIVE: yes, it smells, yes it's ugly...but it puts other on the spot treatments to shame, so it's worth it!!!
Moisturizers -St. Ives - Oil-Free Moisturizer [DISCONTINUED]

The only moisturizer that doesn't break out my skin. I'm oily but I still deserve a moisturizer & most cosmetics companies do not understand this. So far, the best I've found & the price makes it an insanely good buy. Squeeze tube/bottle is easy to use & doesn't waste product. The Negative: I can't find it in my local area anymore, so I ordered multiple bottles at an online drugstore.
My veins run with GAP Om. Spicey, woodsy, transitional scent that plays well with others. I like to mix this with Coconut scented body products & I adore GAP Om for downplaying my JLo Miami Glo because as much as I like the fruity Miami Glo, I don't need that much of the Jennifer Lopez on me. Gap Om is very original, and clean & doesn't smell heavy even though it has such a warm, woodsy scent. I bought my sister a bottle & she said it smells too masculine on her, but she's also a fair scented gal who can wear a heavy vanilla or floral fragrance, so I think it may not be the kind of fragrance that works on everyone.
A fine milled powder makes a difference. Better than Clinique's oil-free loose powder, Estee Lauder's lucidity loose powder & the numerous drugstore brands I've tried. It does what a loose powder should....helps foundation stay & minimizes shine.
I found this after using the last of my backstock of Revlon's Shine Control Mattifying foundation. It's heavy, but it lasts all day and doesn't break out my super oily skin. I like to blend sand beige and medium beige or wear them separately depending on my pale/tan factor. So far, the best oily skin formula with best coverage I've found. Also mixes well with St. Ive's oil free moisturizer for a lighter coverage.
Reading through the reviews, I have to agree with all who mentioned the undertone of peach in this. This is a mature scent that is not "light". Though I find it hard to believe anyone would classify any Burberry scent as "light". Definitely not an everyday scent, but it's one of my favorites for November-January. I'd wear this one to the pumpkin patch with a wool sweater or for an impromptu late night outing for coffee. I think Burberry lasts all day, all night, but beware, if you are a girl who likes to spray a cloud & then walk through while wearing your clothes, be prepared to dry clean as it likes to stick around.
