I've been out of the makeup world for a while, but these have lured me back in! I really love these glosses. They smell great, the colours are fab and they're a great consistency. The packaging is a little boring however. I bought Enticing and Sweet, and use them all the time.
I think this is the best makeup purchase I've ever made. Seriously! I'm almost tempted to get rid of all my other makeup (ok, maybe not :P). For once, Stila has actually come out with solid packaging- perhaps a little bit too stark for my liking, but certainly very classic and chic. I didn't own any of these items beforehand, but I'm having lots of fun playing with the shades, and what's more, I don't think there's a shade here I don't like. The shades are mainly neutral. My highlights are the generous amount of Lip Glazes, the Cheek Mousses, Eye Mousses and Major Lash. It was expensive, but it was worth every cent in the amount of joy I've already gotten from it! :P
Wow, this is great! A very subtle highlighter with a light, non-greasy texture. I love how it doesn't have outright sparkles, but more of a dense shimmer. It's much better on my less than perfect skin. I LOVE that it is oil-free. This is a keeper.
Not a bad mascara, but not the best I've tried. Made my long lashes clump unfortunately. Also, it was very, very flaky. My lashes also felt quite stiff. I prefer more natural mascaras, I think. I was surprised that the big brush was actually very good! For dramatic effect mascaras, YSL Faux Cils kicks DiorShow's butt!
I'm surprised by how good this mascara is. No clumpiness whatsoever. No flaking either. I've never had a problem with smudging with Star Lash. It's a very natural mascara and gives a similar effect to Lancome Flextencils. The brush is excellent for a bit of curl and the mascara holds the curl too. It's a great mascara BUT I'm not sure that I would leave my HG Flextencils for it.
The novelty of the scent of this gloss quickly wore off. The watermelon scent is very sickly. It's a mostly clear gloss. Looks good over pink lipsticks for a bit of enhancement, but otherwise nothing special.
Great liner colour! Shimmery olive green with a touch of brown perhaps. Works really well for a smoky nighttime look. Bit too pigmented to wear as anything but a liner. This and Jade are my favourite Stila shadows.
Gorgeous opaque watermelon pink that instantly warms up my complexion. I was also pleasantly surprised by the smooth and non-gluggy texture of the gloss. Very wearable.
Not really my sort of shade. In the compact, it's a warm sparkly light bronze shade. On my skin it's more a peachy shade. A bit too bronze toned for my liking. Also, it is quite pigmented. A shade for warm-toned people only. Excellent quality blush though.
Nice product. Hopefully the shadow won't shatter on me like my last Bloom purchase. Very wearable mint shades, although the slightly darker shade is probably the more unique of the two. Not really anything different, but so nice and pretty that it's hard to complain.
This reminds me of Bloom lip gloss in Tint. The same deep shade in the tube, but on the lips a sheer, natural pink tint. On the cool-toned side, but still wearable for me. Shimmery, but not glittery. Very nice!
Really like this light, slightly olive green. Shimmery, and turns a bit gold on my lids. Perfect level of pigmentation and lasts well.
This colour, a light yet still bright blue with shimmer, doesn't really work for me (clashes with my eye colour). It's just a bit too pigmented. Looks better as a liner.
Quite pretty. A pale yellow shade that turns quite gold on my lids. Not bad but nothing special.
Excellent quality shadow in a lavender with shimmer. Great with my green eyes. Good for a wash of colour or as a liner.
