Lip Treatments -eos - Limited Edition Alice in Wonderland 3-Pack Lip Balm Collection

Call me obsessed with these lip balm spheres.. I have had every single flavor including the Limited Edition ones (Pomegranate Raspberry and Passion Fruit) with Sweet Mint being my favorite overall. When I found out about this new Alice in Wonderland collection, I went to my local Target to snag a few boxes. I love anything Alice and Wonderland and anything eos so this was a no brainer. This set comes with 3 lip balm spheres. The flavors are Sweet Vanilla Nonsense, Blueberry Potion and Watermelon Wonderland. My favorite so far is the Sweet Vanilla Nonsense with the Blueberry Potion coming in second. The vanilla smells like real vanilla and not fake at all. It doesn't give me a headache like most vanilla scented things can. The blueberry is a very real fruity scent and almost like a blueberry punch. I like both of these very much. The watermelon is well, watermelon, and I'm not a huge fan of watermelon so maybe a little biased on that one. The funnest part about these spheres is the Mickey Mouse silhouette on them! It definitely makes them stand out from the other lip balm spheres that you might currently have. These lip balm spheres are not incredibly moisturizing but I love the fact they are 95% organic and packed with all natural ingredients you can actually pronounce. I actually love reapplying my eos lip balm spheres in public because people always ask me about it! This 3-pack was $7.99 at my local Target. I picked up 2 boxes because I knew I would probably want more than one. I was right! I might have to go back to buy some more.. Cute fun eos lip balm spheres to add to your lip balm collection!

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Mega Plush

I love the Colossal Volum' Express line (yellow tube) but was swayed into trying this new mascara because of the packaging (bright turquoise tube). It's just OK. Nothing to write home about and definitely doesn't give a lot of volume. I like the gel formula and the brush but it does seem wobbly at first. It takes a few times to get used to it. I feel like the application was better the 5th time I used this mascara. I would not buy this mascara again though. Going to stick to the Colossal line.

Polishes -Essie - Turquoise & Caicos (Resort 2010)

I love the color turquoise so this polish had been on my list for awhile now.. The sales gal at the store even said it was her favorite color! You do need to apply 3 coats of this polish but it looks great on tan skin! I have gotten lots of compliments on this color too. Fun for spring and summer. Good for manis or pedis! As with any nail polish, you need a good top coat to make it last. My first Essie polish and I am on the lookout for more..

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Yogurt Mask

I love this face mask!!! I normally eat plain Greek yogurt anyways so this mask is just another way for me to use it. If you are breaking out from this mask, try using ORGANIC Greek yogurt. The hormones in regular yogurt are horrible for your skin and body! I use FAGE 2% Greek Yogurt. You can buy it at Safeway, Whole Foods or pretty much any big chain supermarket. I use a big spoonful of this yogurt straight from the fridge and smear a thick creamy layer onto my face and neck. 20 minutes later, I wash it off with warm water and my skin looks plump and glowy! Yes, it smells gross and can be strong at times but it's definitely worth it! Not to mention how cheap it is! I will use this face mask forever! I think this mask would also be good for a sunburn because it cools down the temperature of your skin.. Try it!

Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Denman Grooming Brush

My hair gets tangled easily because I am trying to grow it out. It is the longest it has ever been! My Rusk paddle brush was just pulling out my hair and the knots and I ended up losing more hair than I was growing it. I heard that boar bristle hair brushes are the best for hair and the ones with nylons quills are the best for my hair type (thick, wavy and frizzy). I was trying to debate on whether to fork out $200 for a Mason Pearson or $20 for a Denman. I ended up picking the Denman and figured if I liked it enough, I could get a Mason Pearson later on. This brush was only $20 at Peninsula Beauty. The only size they had was the medium which is good for my hair but I think the large size would have had a bigger handle, which is what I originally wanted. This brush is great! It made my hair very static-y at first but now it seems to have gotten used to it. It detangles my hair very easily and I feel like I can actually groom my hair now. This Denman brush is only for grooming and not really styling but I don't really style my hair anyways so it works for me. The boar bristles are supposed to help distribute the natural oils in your hair to the ends and help promote shine. I have noticed my hair does seem to look healthier but I really just love how easily this brush glides through my hair especially when it's tangled! A very good and cheaper alternative for a Mason Pearson!

Great conditioner! Free of: Parabens, Pesticides, Petroleum, Propylene Glycol, Phthalates, Sulfates, Artificial Colors & Synthetic Fragrances. I use this conditioner with the PomSmooth Shampoo and they are both amazing organic products! My hair is thick, wavy and frizzy and no conditioner could ever tame my horse hair! Until now.. Juice Organics PomSmooth Conditioner is thick and creamy with shea butter and flax seed to help keep my hair at bay. Leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth! I keep it on for about 5 minutes while I do the body wash and shaving my legs thing. It smells like grapes and berries but doesn't leave an odor when my hair dries. You can purchase this product at Pharmaca or Whole Foods. The price is just right at $8.99 for a big 10 ounce tube. This is cheap considering I used to use Pureology! If you have fine, oily hair, Juice Organics makes a Brightening line that smells like oranges. Check out this conditioner out if you are trying to go organic!

Love this shampoo! Free of: Parabens, Pesticides, Petroleum, Propylene Glycol, Phthalates, Sulfates, Artificial Colors & Synthetic Fragrances. I have thick, wavy, frizzy hair and had almost given up hope on finding a good, organic, sulfate-free shampoo. I'm so glad the girl at Pharmaca recommended this brand. You can also buy it at Whole Foods. Smells like grapes and berries but leaves no offensive odor when your hair is dry. Because there are no sulfates, it doesn't foam up as much as traditional shampoos do. This shampoo is very gentle yet still cleanses my hair without stripping it. There is also NO WATER in this shampoo only organic juices! If your hair is more on the fine and oily side, there is a Brightening line that Juice Organics makes as well and it smells like oranges. Not a bad price point at $8.99 for a huge 10 ounce tube. I use this with the PomSmooth Conditioner and it is just as awesome! Try this shampoo if you are trying to cut out sulfates and go organic!

OK, so while I have been trying to go totally organic and natural, my skin just wasn't getting enough moisture from olive oil or coconut oil. My arms were getting really dry too! I ended up just biting the bullet (and my pride) and buying this lotion from Target today. I am reviewing it now (3 hours later) because it totally worked in ONE application!! I have to say, I'm pretty wowed by this stuff.. Thick and creamy texture with no greasy after feel which I like. No, it's not organic and yes, there is petroleum in it but I want soft baby smooth skin in the winter, not dry and flaky. I will repurchase this lotion but only in the winter when my skin freaks out. Kind of pricey at $7.99/14 ounces but worth every penny!

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I started using Extra Virgin Olive Oil because I read online that it would help with this rash that had appeared on my face. I decided since it was so moisturizing, I would try it in place of my Dermalogica face lotion. Holy amazing skin! My skin felt baby soft and looked perfectly dewy in every way. I am going to try this stuff for a facial cleanser and my hair next! I only use Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil because it's my body I'm applying this stuff to. I am also a huge fan of cooking with this oil!! Great for your body inside and out!! UPDATE 04/25/12 If you noticing clogged pores from using EVOO, you are probably not using REAL ORGANIC EVOO. I now only use Kirkland Organic EVOO from Costco. This EVOO has been tested and is 100% Organic and Extra Virgin. Most EVOO on the market is not Extra Virgin but is labeled as so. Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - HIP Shine Struck Liquid Lipcolor 360 Turbulent

I wanted something fun for when I go out but I never wear lipstick because of how it dries out my lips. This seemed more like a gloss with it's sponge applicator. The color is a bright deep cherry red which looks amazeballs on my slightly yellow but tan skin tone. My friend knocked this out of my hands when we were dancing at a club and I couldn't find it on the floor so I went out and bought it again because it's the perfect red! Feels smooth and doesn't dry out my lips. It's very shiny when I apply it and the color seems to last all night long! I also like the smell because it smells like vanilla cookies.. I always get compliments whenever I wear this!!

If you are a San Francisco Giants fan you gotta buy this color!! It's a bright tangerine orange color and looks really juicy on my nails.. Super shiny and looks great even without a top coat! You have to apply 3 coats and even then it's not totally opaque but I kind of like that.. This color is from the OPI Texas Collection. I love the cute name of this nail polish! Fun color for summer and baseball season!!!

Conditioner -Aussie - catch the wave mouse+leave-in conditioner

I have wavy but frizzy hair. I used to straighten it a lot but the heat is horrible for your hair so I decided I had to start doing something else.. This mousse is light and smells yummy! I like the fact that it has a leave-in conditioner as well. My hair does feel soft and not crunchy or flakey! It's also dirt cheap at Walmart or Target. I got this for $3! My hair is defined and wavy but soft and not frizzy.. Great for after I shower at the gym too. Super easy to apply on damp hair and go! Love this mousse!!

Smells amazing!!! I got this from Target for $3!! Mostly because of the smell but also because it was new.. Absorbs really fast and moisturizes well! Left my skin super soft.. It would be an awesome lotion for the summer! I tried this on my hands and went back to buy it the next day because I loved the smell sooooo much!! Only downside is that it contains mineral oil which is not ideal for some. I have been trying to use only organic products for my body and hair but I figured this was worth trying. I am addicted to the smell of this lotion!!

Polishes -OPI - Pompeii Purple

I don't like pink at all but love this OPI color!! It's a fun and bright hot pink magenta color with purple undertones. Not purple at all like the name implies. I am pretty tan and it looks great with my skin but think it would be awesome on anyone! REALLY shiny so you don't need a top coat but I like to because it makes my manicure last longer. Another great OPI color!!

LOVE THIS STUFF!! My client got this for me and I am in love with it! A black nail polish that dries cracked and shattered?! It looks amazing with a white colored nail polish underneath! Zebra shatter!! It also really makes a bad color great and seems to last a long time with a top coat! Must use a top coat! It gives it more of a pop and this polish dries matte.. If you can find this, pick one up! No regrets!
