I really love this color because it is so natural looking. Don't let the word "brown" fool you or scare you away. This product gives me a very clean and polished effect with just the right amout of color...and I have rather fair skin with neutral undertones. It warms up the skin without being bright and noticeable (I think part of it is due to the loose powder texture). Its my everyday daytime cheek color...I only wish it came in a pressed version for touch-ups!

Awsome color! A pinkish lip gloss with just a hint of brown that makes it a really natural looking color. It has no shimmer and its just glossy enough, so its perfect for daytime. I use it as my everyday gloss and I'm very happy with it!

I know this foundation has won many beauty awards. And if there is anyone who is a good candidate for an oil-free foundation that offers good coverage due to high pigmentation...its me, but this foundation just doesn't live up to its reputation. Its too gummy for my taste and it doesn't spread well at all. Once you have wrestled with it and managed to achieve even coverage, you're left with a rather heavy makeup look and feel on the skin. Way too much work and not enough pay off for me. Plus I never seem to be one exact color, I'm always in between, which means that I'd have to buy 2 colors and mix them to get a perfect match...no thanks! I'll stick with my Armani. It may be more $, but thats because its a far superior product!

Primer/ Corrector -Laura Mercier - Foundation Primer Oil -Free

I've always liked the idea of a foundation primer, but unfortunately they never live upto what they promise...at least in my experience. I noticed absolutely no difference in the smoothness, longevity or overall performance of my foundation with this product underneath...it was like I had added nothing new at all to my usual makeup routine. I wouldn't use this if it costed $1, let alone $30! I returned it after trying it out for a week...not because it was a bad product, but simply because its a completely unnecessary product.

Loose Powders -Laura Mercier - translucent loose powder

Great powder...definitely a staple in my makeup case. When they say translucent, they really mean it! It literally adds no color to the face, which I love because it prevents me from getting that "overly made-up" look. Plus it doesn't have that pinkish-grey tinge that some translucent powders have. It sets foundation perfectly and its also perfect for touch-ups because it zaps oil without looking cakey or layered. I have really noticed a difference in the longevity of my foundation since I started setting it with this powder...it works so well that I've even purchased the pressed version for my touch-ups...its that good! Its so light and finely milled...very luxurious! The only complaint I have is that the velour puff that is supposed to be used with it for setting doesn't come with it...you have to buy it seperate for $12 (what's up with that?!) and it is much bigger than the container's cap, so that makes it a little more difficult to maneuver, but its not enough to take even 1 lippy away from such a superior product!

Cleansers -Neutrogena - All-In-One Makeup Removing Cleansing Wipes

I absolutely love these cloths...they take off everything! Plus they are so convenient because they remove all types of makeup, which lets your cleanser do a better job afterwards since it has much less to cut through. It does take a couple wipes before eye makeup comes off, but the cloth is big enough to handle it all...I've never had to use more than one at a time. And they don't have a strong scent, so they don't irritate my extremely sensitive skin. I would repurchase (and do so regularly!).

Gels/Soaps -Aveeno - Stress Relief Body Wash

This is a great body wash! The scent really does relax me, and it doesn't linger once the shower is over which I like because that way it doesn't mix with my perfume. It foams nicely but doen't dry the skin out and doubles as the most amazing shave gel. I would definetly repurchase. Using this product followed by the daily moisturizing lotin gives me the softest skin! People compliment me on it all the time. It just goes to show you that products don't have to be super expensive to work well. Aveeno is an extraordinary line!

Lipstick -MAC - Cream Lipstick in Dubonnet

I just recently got into the whole dark lipstick thing after wearing natural looking pink colors for my entire makeup life. I've been looking for a great red and this lipstick has allowed me to finally finish my search! It is a such a classy and wearable red and the finish is so creamy and rich! I feel like a Hollywood starlet from the 1950's when I wear it! I'm kinda shy about attracting attention to myself, but this lipstick looks so good...I'll deal with it!

This is a great lipstick! Its a sheer nude-pink that gives the "my lips only better" effect. I have fair skin with neutral undertones and dark brown hair and eyes and it looks great on me. The texture is what makes it so amazing... its so light and moisturizing. Its the perfect daytime color because its so natural, but its also awsome for nighttime because its the perfect compliment to a smokey eye. And by the way ladies...did you know that this is Angelina Jolie's lipstick of choice??? And who has better lips than her???

Liquid -Giorgio Armani - Luminous Silk Foundation

Ok...I know this foundation is super expensive ($55), but believe me when I say that there is NOTHING better out there. After using this I could never switch to anything else (and believe me I've tried!). Nothing beets the finish of the foundation, the colors are so natural and the coverage is amazing without looking heavy at all (it even covers my red acne scars!). Plus, it spreads so evenly and smoothly across the face...it gives an airbrushed quality to the skin. Even though I have rather oily skin, I still you the "luminous" instead of the "matte" version and my skin doesn't need much touching up at all through my 8 hour work day...I just put it on in the morning, set it with some translucent powder and it literally lasts through the entire evening with only a blot and re-powder after lunch. The only complaint I have about this foundation is that the bottle's pump doesn't unscrew, so when the bottle is almost empty you can't try to get every last drop out, which would be nice considering the price. But thats minor considering all this products does! Armani really out-did himself with his cosmetics line!

Fragrances -Narciso Rodriguez - Narciso Rodriguez for her EDP

I never thought that I'd love any fragrance more than Narciso Rodriguez EDT...but then along came the EDP! Ok maybe I don't like it more, but I definitely like it just as much! Its a heavier, sweeter version of the original and I get just as many compliments on this one. I spray myself constantly and its never enough!

This blush is lovely. A berry pink with a hint of shimmer that gives a healthy glow to the skin. I wear this color everyday, it goes perfect with my coloring (light-medium complexion with yellowish undertones, dark brown hair and eyes) and with my signature lipstick that happens to be the same color. Love it!

Hair Styling Tools -Mason Pearson - Popular Bristle & Nylon Brush

This is a really great brush, but wow is it expensive! I justify the price by telling myself that I'll have it forever (whatever works, right?). I have very long, very thick hair and this brush does a great job of getting through all of it. I took away one lippy because there are times when my scalp gets a little irritated from the bristles, I don't know if I have a sensitive scalp or what? But overall, the brush does a good job of smooothing the hair and distributing the scalp's oils. My hair always looks shinier and feels cleaner after a good brushing. In fact, since I only wash my hair a two or three times a week, I find that using this brush in between makes the hair look fresher and gits rid of the flat, oily scalp look. Its worth the money.

Moisturizers -Origins - Night-A-Mins Lotion

My all-time favorite moisturizer! I don't use a moisturizer during the warmer months because my skin doesn't need it, but as soon as Fall comes around I reach for this stuff. Its fabulous because it sinks into the skin right away and thoroughly moisturizes without being greasy or leaving a residue on the skin. And yes, the smell is amazing! Another plus is the fact that it comes in a bottle and not a jar, that way there is no bacteria accumulation from your hands. I can't stop feeling my face after I put this on and my skin does look healthier since I've been using it...brighter and more even-toned. I love it!

Polishes -Chanel - Black Satin

I am definitly NOT the type to wear black nail polish, but this color is just too good to pass up. Its such a classy black, the hint of shimmer really helps. I planned on just wearing it on my toes, but its so nice that I wear it on my hands too! I find myself looking at my nails all the time now. Its a nice change from the pinky neutral I usually wear and perfect for fall. A little pricy, but this color along with the legendary Vamp are definitly worth the money. I would repurchase if it wasn't limited edition!!
