I realize that my review is going to contribute to the hype for this product, but after using "They're Real", I needed to share my results. I received a deluxe sample of this mascara from my Sephora birthday reward and I honestly believe that it is the best mascara that I have ever used! First off, the packaging is adorable and a full-sized bottle contains 0.3 oz of product which is relatively reasonable considering the expensive price. Additionally, the brush has a a rounded edge in which one can easily add volume in a precise manner. Also, the brush is a thick with plastic bristles which work nicely in separating lashes. Secondly, the product itself is very rich in pigment and can build incredible volume and length. Normally, mascara brands which advertise a "false eye-lash" look hardly come close to actually achieving their guarantee; however, I can honestly contend that Benefit's "They're Real" mascara gave me eyelashes which looked false. Of course, I applied a few coats of the mascara, but I have never achieved such excellent results with a mascara. Thirdly, this product does not flake, smudge, or fade throughout the day. I always have issues with my mascara irritating my eyes throughout the day, but I have never noticed any of that with this product. In conclusion, I am extremely pleased with the performance of this mascara and I am absolutely willing to spend the $22 at my local Sephora as soon as my deluxe sample runs out. I would recommend buying the deluxe sample size first because they are only $10 for 0.14 oz. I suggest this because the full size bottle is so expensive that I would rather one test the product first before splurging on a single tube of mascara. Otherwise, I would recommend this product to anyone.
Considering how huge of a fan I am of the original Naked Palette, it is no surprise that I absolutely adore the Naked 2. One initial impression about the palette is the packaging design. The case is metal and is quite durable as opposed to the velvety material covering the Naked 1 palette. The palette also includes a travel-sized Naked Lip Junkie which compliments the eyeshadow well. I am also a fan of the brush included; I am pleased that is posses a blending brush in addition to the standard eyeshadow brush. Furthermore, the overall color scheme of the eyeshadow hues is more taupe and greige, exactly how Urban Decay describes it on their website. Personally, I am a bigger fan of this color scheme over the bold browns and golds found in Naked 1 because it better suits the colors in my wardrobe. Also, the pigment is just as great as the original and it lasts all day when worn with a good primer. With 12 total hues to choose from, one has an infinite number of combinations for any look imaginable. From simple to dramatic and smokey, Naked 2 is an essential palette. I would recommend this palette to anyone, especially to fans of Naked 1.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Eden

Despite some of the negative comments, I am going to stand with UDPP in Eden. Eden's formula is similar to the original UDPP; the texture is silky and creamy. Eden does have a thicker consistency and it takes a bit longer to dry. Once dry, the neutral tint covers any veins or discoloration, and it instantly brightens your eyes. I know some ladies like the look of just a base or primer, so I would clearly recommend Eden for this reason. The greatest feature about this primer is how it creates a matte finish. I especially love how natural my eyeshadow looks and blends with Eden. In addition, Eden holds up against creasing just as well as the original. On the other hand, I would dare to say Eden controls oil better than the original formula. I have very oily eyelids so my eyeliner tends to smudge; fortunately, Eden solves this issue better than the original. My makeup doesn't budge with Eden; it has even withstood rain and watery eyes. Overall, I would recommend Eden to ladies who prefer a more natural eyemakeup look, have issues with smudging, and who have oily eyelids. I hope Eden benefits you guys as much as it has for me.
Lips -Urban Decay - Super Saturated High Gloss Lip Color ALL SHADES

I just bought this about two week ago and I am in love! I bought Super Saturated in Apocalypse because I figured the vampy berry shade would suit the fall season. The hue is beautiful and can be worn day or night. The color can range from being sheer like a lip gloss to opaque like a lipstick depending on how thickly it is built up. The staying power is excellent because I have noticed it can exceed five or six hours; considering Super Saturated is lipstick pencil, I am quite pleased with this result. In addition, there is a nice staining effect. The texture is very creamy and the pencil effortlessly glides on without any hassle. Likewise, the creamy texture is quite moisturizing and does not transfer easily. I've noticed that many do not like how Super Saturated must be sharpened; however, if you carefully use the UD Grinehouse Sharpener, hardly any product will be wasted. Super Saturated may seem expensive, but I am extremely pleased with it and it is definitively worth the money. I honestly recommend it to everyone.
I hate to be the downer here, but I really was not impressed with this eyeliner. The pigment is decent, but the texture is very dry which results in tugging during application. I have also noticed fading throughout the day as well as the inability of staying on my waterline. Lastly, the packaging is terribly cheap; the twisting applicator is quite flimsy. Overall, I feel Revlon Colorstay Eyeliner is simply a poor-quality drug store product. I'm going to stick with my Pixi Endless Silky Eyepencils.
I have purchased this twice and I have concluded that Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils do not work for me. I really love Rockstar's deep amethyst hue and its creamy texture, but I guess my eyelids are too oily. Even after using Urban Decay Potion Primer and the matching Rockstar eyeshadow to set it, the pigment fades and sometimes creases. I honestly believe my oily eyelids ruin this wonderful eyeliner for me. This is really unfortunate because I have never found an eyeliner which glides on as effortlessly when applied. Maybe I will try this again in the winter because my skin will probably be significantly drier. Overall, this is a really nice eyeliner, but I would not recommend it for people with very oily eyelids.
Eyeliner -Pixi - Endless Silky Eye Pen (all shades)

I absolutely love this eyeliner! I have purchased Deep Plum before and I just bought Black Tulip yesterday. Black Tulip a gorgeous, deep indigo hue which is dark enough to appear black. The formula is very creamy with a hint of shimmer. Since I have blonde hair and fair skin, this does not look harsh and makes my blue eyes pop. The application is exactly the same as the Urban Decay's 24/7 eye pencils; the pencils seem to glide on your lids without any tugging. I would argue that this product is better than the Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils because the staying power is much better and they're a few dollars cheaper. I haven't really noticed any creasing or smudging all day so I'm very pleased. Many dislike how this pencil sharpens, but it works just fine in the Urban Decay Grindhouse Sharpener. I used to one of those people until I bought Grindhouse, so I would definitely pair the two. Overall, I very pleased with these eye pencils and I would recommend them.
I absolutely adore this mascara! I was a bit hesitant to purchase a mascara that promised a "natural look", but I was far from disappointed after my initial use. I have this in "Very Black" and I am very impressed with the incredible length I get without any clumping or flaking. Personally, I always have an issue with mascara clumping in the corner of my eye (by my tear duct) and fortunately, I have not had this same issue with this mascara. The mousse formula is extremely lightweight and it hardly feels like anything is there; however, it does take about a minute for it to fully dry. When removing, a gentle soup with water is all one needs which is great because it will not cause eyelash loss. Also, the plastic brush is small which allows precision. The packaging is quite adorable with the green organic details. I love this product and I personally recommend it to everyone.
This is the first metallic pink lipstick that I bought and I really like it. All of the High Wattage lipsticks are creamy and very moisturizing (especially Fairy). The color is very shimmery and sheer so it gives me adorable pink lips. I have found that the lipstick isn't too overpowering and it simply amplifies your lips. The pink is cool with bluish undertones so I would really recommend this to fair-skinned people. I am certainly beginning to become a fan of Kohl's Flirt! cosmetics line.
This is the first lipstick which I have absolutely loved. Snow White has a rich, blood red hue which makes my lips look seductive; this lipstick is definitely a go-to for evenings. The rich red works wonderfully with my fair skin and dirty blonde hair, but it would flatter any skin tone. The biggest perk about this product is its ability to stay on all day. Even when I eat or drink, the product does not rub off or transfer. Also, the color does not fade, it remains a vampy red until it is removed. I am amazed NYX's lipsticks are only $4 because Snow White is certainly worth much more.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow in Pomegranate Punk
aegriedl 4/19/2012 5:31:00 PM
This is the first cream/gel eyeshadow I have ever used, but I'm very surprised by overall good quality. Pomegranate Punk is a deep red hue with copper undertones which I love! This eyeshadow is very pigmented with a great color payoff. I can literally wear this for an entire day without noticing any smudging, creasing, or fading. I really like using this as an eyeliner as well; generally, I thickly line my eyes with this and finish the look with a very thin line of liquid eyeliner in black. This gives the look more depth I find. For such a low cost, I would strongly recommend this to anyone.
I have found my new HG mascara! I have always been a devoted fan of Covergirl's Lash Blast Mascara, but the large number Full 'N Soft's positive reviews drove me to experiment a bit. Initially, I was a bit skeptical when I bought this because I have never seen any advertisements promoting this product and the tube was so simplistic. After my first application, I was surprised that Maybelline doesn't advertise much for this product because it made my eyelashes look perfect. I found that this truly make my lashes fuller and softer. My lashes have felt healthier since I have begun using this and I haven't experienced clumping or flaking at all. The brush itself is thick, isn't messy, and separates lashes efficiently. It stays on all day, resists smudging, and easily washes off. For the price, everyone should run to their local drug stores and pick this up!
I love dark colored nail polishes so I bought this as soon as I spied it. The color is a dark raisin hue. Personally, I have received dozens of complements on this rich purple color whenever I wear it. I was expecting the color to be a more of a deep, rich plum; nonetheless, I am still very satisfied with my purchase. The polish itself isn't too watery and it applies smoothly. Surprisingly, this polish went weeks without any chipping. I'm not sure if that is because of the new top coat I used with it, or the actual polish since my polish usually chips after a few days. Regardless, I absolutely love this nail polish.
I absolutely love this liquid eyeliner. I buy this in Blackest Black and the color is definitely true to its name. The color is rich and does not smudge or fade at all. The finely-pointed brush glides on smoothly and is great for precision. The Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner has a department-store brand quality but is only $4.95 at some stores. I would recommend this to everyone.
I absolutely love this sharpener, it is definitely a must have! I have never used an eyeliner sharpener that sharpens so smoothly without breaking or wasting product. Every time I sharpen my eyeliner, they end up finely pointed like they were brand-new. For only $10, everyone should purchase this.
