Love it! My 2nd "bout" with Latisse. Used it last year, 2-3 tubes, worked wonderfully with only side-effect being lash line darkened a bit. No biggie. Quit for a year+, lost effectiveness of course, and just started again about 2 mos ago and lashes are sooooo long again. Posting this to tell everyone you can GET BUY ONE GET ONE FREE if you join LATESSE LASHPERKS at Latisse.com. I have my form coming for sure to take advantage of this offer!

Mascara -Chanel - Inimitable Intense Mascara

I, too, have wasted $$ over the years trying to find my HG mascara. I don't do drugstore brands; so every one I've tried has been pricey without doing the job (for me). I ADORE this mascara. Like another reviewer stated, it only takes one coat to lengthen, separate, and volumize, tho I carefully go over first coat very lightly. I will definitely repurchase.

Mascara -Jane Iredale - Longest Lash Mascara
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 11/11/2009 3:54:00 PM

I just purchased this mascara last night but can already see that I will like it. It's been on lashes since 7:30 a.m. and no flakes or clumps; even after just reapplying. Like another MUAer mentioned you can use as many coats as you wish without buildup, etc. E/L are soft and I love that. If there's one tiny fault it's that it doesn't keep the curl in my lashes but I'll try a base tomorrow and see if that helps. Lotsa product so I feel price is reasonable. I've become an Iredale junkie so keep me in mind when you want to swap your JI products :))

Foundations -Jane Iredale - Mineral Foundation
rated 5 of 5

Love-love-love this in Warm Silk over Dream Tint in Light-Medium. Coverage is flawless w/tiny amount of products used. Some say JI products are pricey but I feel for the quality and results achieved they're actually reasonably priced. My skin looks ethereal with perfect balance of health and glow obtained. I did not particularly care for the liquid minerals but for those that prefer very light coverage that product would be great...as it has the perfect glow factor as well. (My sister adores the liquid.) I have JI makeover class tonight and will see what's new and review those products later. Excited gal here!

Tinted Moisturizer -Jane Iredale - Dream Tint

I've tried dozens of high-end TMs and must agree with the majority here that this has to be THE best in makeup land. I use it under my JI loose minerals and the finish is ethereal...lasting all day...w/only 1 occassional blot session. My skin just glows. Most say it's pricey but for the quality of product and results achieved, I find it reasonably priced, especially since it takes only a tiny bit (for me) under my JI minerals. This TM in Medium-Light under Warm Silk minerals are my absolute HGs.

Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - The One
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 8/5/2009 11:50:00 AM

Just rec'd this in swap with lovely MUA'er, sprayed on wrist, and fell in love. With my chemistry it was not as sweet and powdery on me and I didn't smell much vanilla (my love). But the fragrance is still fab. I did some experimenting and layered The One with Ed Hardy's Love Kills and that was yum-yum as well. So, some days I'll wear alone; others I'll layer. If you have Love Kills try this combination. I think you'll be pleased as well. Overall, gorgeous fragrance encased in cute glass container that I like as well for easy application.

Powder -Lancome - Ageless Minerale Skin-Transforming Mineral Powder Foundation SPF 21
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 2/25/2009 12:25:00 PM

Like others, I have tons of foundations from Chanel, Lancome, EL, BB, YSL...you name it, I probably have it. This minerale powder is PERFECT and beats all the others hands down, including the Mercier mineral foundation I was using. My face looks polished, flawless, perfect. I haven't seen a kit with 2 different shades or anything; just bought the one jar and wanted the application brush but it was sold out. My HG foundation.....hooray at last! You'll see a ton of foundations on my swap list now as they'll have to go. Love, love, love!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Frost - Saturnal
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 1/22/2009 1:25:00 PM

I bought the lovely last year and stored it away for that rainy day then forgot where I stored it (duh). Came across it month or so ago and tried in in crease of my green peepers thinking it would never enhance them. Gee-golly, was I wrong. My Saturnal glided on very smoothly with no chalkiness whatsoever and the payoff is great. Fabulous crease color that you only need a tad of b'cause it's so pigmented. Love it!

Mascara -Prescriptives - Lash Envy

No, no, no! Please don't use this review for your own individual peepers but I purchased this in Plum. Applied 8:00 a.m. today and at 11:00 a.m. was falling down hallway to first aid because I could not see from left eye. Attendant took one glance while I was yelling "need eyedrops...the one in blue box...fresh tears...and while she panicked and threw everything out of first-aid drawer (except eye drops) my eye closed up and all make-up I had applied earlier was running down face. OK. Finally stopped the tearing and replaced eye shadow from limited stash at office. WHEW! THEN around 1:00 my right eye did same thing. As Fresh Tears comes in individual vials and she sent two with me...did same thing to right eye. Gave up on repairing eye color and threw this junk into trash. Don't know if it's the color PLUM or overall product but my eyes STILL burn after removing all traces of product at home earlier tonight. I hate to leave negative reviews, but this stuff almost blinded me...burned, burned, burned...and my pretty peepers may never forgive such as they're still burning (faintly...thank heavens) as I write this review. Sorry, peepers!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Helium Pigment
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 12/2/2008 12:12:00 AM

Sucker me...gotta have something...no matter what cost...so just bought Helium Pigment off Ebay for (don't ask what price but hint...$29.99 + shipping). Damn, I thought after using the convincing BIN feature...could have swapped on MUA, especially since this is not a favorite pigment of the MAC collectors. Well, Lordy Me! The best "outrageously priced" item I've been suckered into in long long time. I LOVE this pigment!!! I had to test right away of course without removing office shadow and it instantly became one of my very favorites, with one little brush and water (foiled) over old shadow even. As foiled application...no fall-out....no harshness...no nothing but a simply beautiful pink shadow (reminds me a little of my beloved pink opal without the irredescent effect) and a perfect match for EL's VERY expensive "pink ice" at less than half the price. AND, this jar will last until hell freezes over! Luv luv it! Wish I had swapped and saved the $$ but you know how we makeup junkies are....gotta have it and gotta have it now. Still, I'm proud to have it and will use it daily.

Eyes -Jan Marini - Marini Lash
rated 2 of 5
adollzone 9/26/2008 4:23:00 AM

Not for my peepers! Perhaps the reason is Talika has already done the trick in taking my itsy bitsy lashes to this time next year! I hear some folks have great results w/Marini but I (sob) took away my beloved Talika for couple of weeks and tried this extremely expensive product; my lashes became itsy bitsy again. Guess sometimes pricy dictates results but not in this case (for me). I've gone back to Talika and my lashes are lush and full again. On my lashes, Malini cannot hold candle to other e/l treatments.

Treatments -OPI - Chip Skip
rated 1 of 5
adollzone 9/4/2008 2:23:00 AM

Don't waste your $$ on this product. On my nails, that are ultra smooth and NO polish stays very long, I thought this would be a godsend. Well, not the case for me. It actually lessened the already peeling effect I get from all polishes. Into the trash it went.

Fragrances -Laura Mercier - Creme Brulee Eau Gourmande
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 8/30/2008 12:14:00 PM

Being the gourmand freak I am, bought this fragrance and fell in love immediately. Never have I had so many compliments on one scent; never had people following me while getting up the nerve to ask what I'm wearing. I spritz Falling In Love first then layer with Creme Brulee or LaVanilla. Maybe that's the difference...don't know...but I'm a luvin' it and will repurchase. (Also learned from this Board to spritz in hair; great idea!)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Blonde's Gold Pigment
rated 5 of 5
adollzone 8/30/2008 12:03:00 PM

I'm a luvin' this piggie! I used it over lid, then creased with the new Mauvement, then placed pink pearl directly over the blended crease line...right above and very lightly. Highlighted with pink opal and WOW, did my green eyes POP. Doesn't matter what piggie I'm wearing...always place that pink right above creased shadow and you would not believe the difference it makes in really, and I mean really, bringing out those peepers. My VBF tried it and swore she would never wear another shadow without the itsy bitsy rich pink (blended) touch. Try it! (My tip for the week.) Don't hesitate on adding BG to your piggie collection!

Mascara -Givenchy - Phenomen'eyes Mascara
rated 4 of 5
adollzone 8/18/2008 1:16:00 PM

LOVE and ADORE! No smuding whatsoever, no clumping whatsoever, no flaking....no nothing but gorgeous eyelashes that stay put all day (and late into evening with another application). I hate mascara that dries "hard" so another plus of this is the soft, natural lashes achieved when dry. No porcupine eyes with this baby. A bit pricy but worth every nickle to me. This and Cargo's Blu-Ray are my HGs forever! Will definitely repurchase and repurchase and will freak bigtime if Givenchy ever discontinues it. (Update: good review too soon; after a weeks use changed my mind entirely. Tho the mascara still excells over certain others I found it cannot compete with new Chanel on my peepers.)
