Primer/ Corrector -Estee Lauder - Matte Perfecting Primer

I have been using this for a few weeks now. So far no break outs and my face does not grease up in the afternoons like prior to using it. I think for the price though I was expecting a little more with regards to the matte coverage look. I would buy it again unless I come across a better product.
After only a week of using this and also the matching moisturiser my skin has started breaking out in small white lumps, flaking (especially around the T-zone area) and I have red patch under one of my eyes. Not sure which is the culprit this or the moisturiser - or maybe it's both combined, but I have had to stop using already. Have had good success with their body wash and lotions though and had no problems. Will try the ultracalming one with high hopes that it will indeed calm my skin down (and fast!).

I have been using this for over a week now along with the matching conditioner. I have to be honest and say I was expecting better results for the price it is. The smell is wonderful yes, but my hair feels a little dry since I have been using this. Probably won't be repurchasing either product again, but will still use the Creme de Coco treatment which is fantastic.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and are really liking it so far. It has a good coverage, though it does take you a while and a bit of practice to put it on evenly without making darker patches on your face. I really like the fact it doesn't turn my face into an oil slick and I do not need to reapply halfway through the day like regular foundations. So far no breakouts either (touchwood!). The only down sides are I find the liquid foundations easier to apply in order to get the consistent coverage and the packaging is a little flimsy.
I have been using this for a few weeks now and find it excellent for covering the dark spots on my face. However, it is not very good to use around the eye area as it tends to be become quite flakey and emphasises lines/wrinkles. Will continue to use for my dark spots, but I have gone back to my Estee Lauder Double Wear for around the eye area (which is not great for covering dark spots as it is not thick enough). It is a bit pricey too, but I think it is going to last a long time with a little going a long way.
Lotions/ Creams -Dove - Visible Beauty Body Lotion

I think I have finally found a perfect body lotion. I have dry skin and this product is just amazing. My skin feels so soft and moisturized without feeling sticky/tacky. A little goes a long way and it has a really nice, but light fragrance. Decent price also. Definitely buying this again!
This is a pretty good product to use before or after flat ironing. I have mainly been using after I flat-iron to keep my hair in place and to keep it smooth and to stop frizzing. I have also found it to be good if it is already on your hair and you need to use a flat iron for touch ups etc - the flat iron glides through your hair. As people have said before - you don't need to use too much as a little goes a long way (thank goodness as it is not exactly cheap). The only thing is it doesn't really have a fragrance, but then that could be a good thing when you don't want it to clash with your shampoo/conditioner. I would definitely repurchase.
Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverPure Sulfate-free Color Care Shampoo

I started using this product a few weeks ago after I had a Keratin treatment done and was advised to use Sulfate free products. I usually love L'oreal products, but this one has been pretty bad for me. The first few times I used it, I didn't like the smell that much and found it quite overpowering, but got used to it a little (smells like mint). The shampoo does smell better than the matching conditoner though and is not as potent. After about 4 washes, my hair started feeling very dry, my comb was ripping through it when wet, my scalp started itching slightly and my hair had no shine to it whatsoever. Definitely not a good shampoo to use of you already have naturally dry hair and colour it. I will definitley not be repurchasing or using what I have left of this product. The only thing I can say that I liked about it was the way the shampoo really lathered up.
This is a pretty good product. I have used for about 3 weeks now after having a Keratin treatment done. My hair is naturally dry and curly which I colour - now it is very easy to comb through after washing and has a lovely shine. Not sure if that is totally the result of the Keratin treatment though, but it has not stripped my hair of the treatment or the colour. This product has a nice smell and I will buy this again.
After hearing about all the hype from various places regarding this affordable product, I was excited and hopeful about using this on my thick, curly, coloured, frizz prone hair. It has been a week since I did this treatment and I have noticed very little difference with my hair. I have been using a sulfate and sodium free shampoo and conditioner (not the Organix one) since the treatment. The only plus I have noticed is that it seems to help my hair stay straight and softer a little longer once I have flat-ironed it and it is easier to comb through after I have washed it. It didn't change the colour of my highlights thankfully which I was worried about. I also only used half the bottle which was surprising as my hair is very thick and just past my shoulders. You do still have to straighten and style your hair and cannot just leave it to dry naturally like I had hoped. When applying this product the smell is quite pleasant at first (like toasted coconuts), but after a few hours it really started to get on my nerves as it is very sickly. On day 3 I just could not wait to wash my hair! Note - make sure if you use this treatment to change to old pillow cases. I am glad I did as it has left greasy marks on the pillow case which has not washed out so it will stain & ruin your good bedding. I think the slight result I that have ended up with is not worth the hours of blow drying straight & having to flat iron it afterwards at least twice on both days that you can't wash your hair. Also the lank greasy hair I had to endure and cannot even tie back is not worth it. To go through all that again I would want much better results. Won't be repurchasing or retrying this product again.

Not a bad product, though not the best I have used. It has a nice light fragrance, but I have used better on my dry skin. Probably a good one to use in the summer months though.
I agree with the majority of you all here. Not a good product from Avon. My hair is still frizzy in humid weather and this product makes my hair feel greasy. Will not repurchase this that is for sure!
Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear LIGHT Foundation SPF10
acarthur 11/1/2010 8:33:00 PM
I have been using this for the past few weeks and I have found it much better for oil control and all day wear than my previous Clinique one I had been using for years. So far no breakouts either. The only drawbacks are if my skin is a little dry this foundation shows the flakes more so I need to use extra moisturiser before use. It is pretty pricey too for such a small tube. I would buy again unless I find a better (and cheaper one) though as I am pretty happy with the coverage and texture.
