Lips -Chapstick - (All Flavors)

This stuff isnt too bad, although not the greatest. I got the Cherry cause i kept hearing that it tints your lips while it moisturizes. Well it does tint them a faint red/pink color and it moisturizes pretty decently. However I would only use this on lips that arent really dry as it doesnt do much for already flaky dry skin, I use this when i've rubbed the flaky skin off my lips then slap this on it give them some moisture. I'd like to try the Strawberry flavor since it's one flavor i havent tried.

Now I know why this is 0.99 cents. Its junk! The scent is kinda plasticy to me and doesnt have the chocolate scent like so many were hoping for. There isnt much cocoa butter in this but a ton of petroleum and a smuding of cocoa butter. When i put this stuff on..ooohh...its like slapping on an entire jar of vaseline on my lips. Just greasy and thick. This stuff would probably last for awhile but heck why wouldnt it, you get so much on your lips. Oh and moisturization.. Nil.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil

I'm kinda liking this stuff. Its not waxy and not oily. Its a mix between both so it's smooth application. The scent is nice like a pomegranate (duh), but its not strong nor does it have a sugary scent to it. It's doing a good job of keeping my super dry lips moist and it last for a little bit. My favorite Burts Bees is still the honey I guess cause its a little waxier and lasts a little longer. However this isnt bad if dont like waxy balms and a want subtle scent.

Bad stuff. This doesnt do anything at all. Its really oily and the stuff sits on the skin. It takes a bit to absorb but when it does, it doesnt do anything. Whats the point of this other than to makes lips glossy? Frankly, this stuff is junk and I would much rather put a beeswax lipbalm on that lasts for several minutes and actually moisturizes and protects lips from the elements. This stuff does nothing as was a waste of money for me. Bad Blistex on your crappy idea for lip moisture.

Lip Treatments -Carmex - LipBalm

Yuck! Very bad for skin especially if you dont have fever blisters or cold sores. This stuff does nothing but dries the heck out of lips. All of the ingredients Menthol, Camphor, do nothing but sap out moisture. This stuff is better left for spot treating sores near the mouth like Fever Blisters which this stuff helps for my husband. As for moisturizing dry, chapped lips.... well it makes it worse. I should know, since I suffer from it and this stuff does nothing. I say try a balm that doesnt have all the medicinal ingredients and save your lips the heart ache of getting even drier.

Fragrances -Clinique - wrappings

I've had this fragrance since college and since then I havent used it very much. It was because Clinique had discontinued this wonderful woodsy, floral, oriental like scent that i fell in love with. It's a scent where 1 spray will last you an entire day because its intense, yet the scents calms down and just lingers for hours. I just found out today that Clinique brings back this scent just for the holidays and I am so glad. I'm due to get a new bottle and pass my wonderfully aged wrappings to my mother.

Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Daily Pore Cleanser

A good average cleanser. Nothing spectacular but it does a good job for oily skin. It's kept blemishes at bay, yet i do get the occasional 1-3x a month or so. Blackheads are slightly less noticable yet I do still have clogged pores on my nose which I think will never go away. The scrubbers are nice and small and arent rough like you would get with St. Ives Apricot Scrub which can tear delicate skin. This cleanser doesnt dry my skin out and hasnt irritated my sensitive skin. This will probably be a staple for me if it continues to work well, which it better. I hate having to look for a product that prevents me from getting nasty pimples.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Honey Lip Balm

Everyone complains about the scent of this balm and i surprisingly dont think its that bad. It has a honey smell but its not like a kinda sugary scent you might think it has. Anyways, I have severly chapped lips that are constantly peeling and splitting not matter what the weather. This stuff has actually helpped with the drying and because its not flavored I dont lick my lips like i would with Bonne Bell. Because this stuff doesnt have spf, I tend to wear it at home. I have to say i'll keep buying this so long as it keeps the dry skin at bay.

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Color Juice in Candy Apple

Red lipcolors tend to scare me as I tend to be more comfortable with the all natural look with just a tiny hint of color. I picked up this gloss hoping to venture into color but with ease. This lipgloss is presently sheer despite the fact that it looks so dark in the tube. It makes my super pale lips a nice neutral pinky-red. The scent is fruity and so far I havent gotten sick of the sugary sweetness. Its kind of a nice change from the minty glosses that i tend to wear. Right now i am wearing it with just foundation and a little eyeshadow and loving the look. LLL, warm, dark hair, hazel eyes.

Lipstick -L'Oreal - Colour Juice Stick- Chai Love You [DISCONTINUED]

love the nudey-pink color of this "lipstick". It gives my very pale lips a hint of color that doesnt wash me out or look to dark. I pretty much wear it on my "doesnt look like I am wearing anything" days. My only gripe is that i wish it lasted it longer but i'm willing to reapply just for the color.

I remember my parents getting this stuff for me when i was a teenager. During the time that they just started out and hadnt ventured to Walgreens and other mass market stores. I still come back to this and brings back memories. I like that it's minty and cools my severly chapped burning lips. Also like that it has no petroleum in it too. The one downside is that peppermint can be drying to the skin which sucks cause i like the tingle. However it does make my lips feel good and makes them softer then without lipbalm. I just love using this stuff. **EDIT** This isnt cutting it anymore. I think its the peppermint oil in the balm that is making my lips drier. It was working before but now that the weather has gotten really cold and dry its not doing its job. I think i might reserve this for the summer when I dont mind the cool tingle. Right now, the cool tingle and the cold wind are taking a toll on my poor lips. Too bad Burts Bees, I've loved you since HS.

Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Nivea Creme

I love this stuff. I keep a small tin in my purse for when the tops of my hands get extremely chapped in the winter and one at home for pretty much anything. I use it on my hands, elbows, heels and if I dont have lipbalm I'll use this if i am in dyer need of something. Also using this on my belly during my pregnancy to help with the dryness. There is no difference between the Nivea made in German or the ones that you get in the US (Mexico). I dont get why people say there is a different when the ingredients are all the SAME. I have both and they both work the same no matter where they were manufactured.

Lip Gloss -Cover Girl - Fruit Spritzers-Watermelon Splash

This did have a little color to it. But wasnt enough to actually a big difference in my lips. It left them with a very sheer pinky/red which to me made my lips look natural. My lips were also super shiny and I like the fruity scent and flavor. This isnt a bad lipgloss, I just wish that there was a little more color. I might repurchase this color when i use my tube up.

I seriously thought that this would have some color to it when i put it but nope!. It went on clear for me but it did make my lips super glossy. I also like the scent and the flavor (fruity). I agree with the poster below that its a bit expensive for clear lipgloss, but i guess i'm stuck with this. I dont think i'll rebuy unless they make the color a little more pigmented.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash

I used to use this a long time ago and I now remember why i didnt continue using it. It made the skin around the mouth and my chin very dry. I didnt notice how dry my skin was until i put foundation on and it just magnified the dryness. I figured this product would help curb my oily skin and get rid of what pimples i have. All it gave me was red, dry skin.
