An ok blush. Faux Pas is a cool, bright pink that would work on may skintones, form very pale to darker. The Aphrodisiac is peachy with shimmer that may or may not work on aging skin. I like the concept of pressed mineral blushes, but they do get that hard shiny surface that you have to scrape off. That part I don't like. Very pigmented, I only need a tap to get enough color, which also make it harder for me to apply evenly. Otherwise, good. Expensive here in Sweden...
I added a new one here, as the other Yves Rocher Luminelle lipstick reviews are a mix of the new ones that came out in 2012, and the previous, very different formula. I have the coral shade. Sheer, cool, orangey color, that can easily be built up to a more intense color. Light citrus smell. It's a pretty good lipstick, but drying on my lips. Would not buy again for that reason.
Powder -Clarins - Skin Illusion loose powder foundation

I am 43, and look like 63 when using mineral foundations. This one is an exception. It evens out more than covers, but blurs lines and especially large pores. (Worked in selling makeup, that's how I know about the pores) Stays on well and doesn't change color. If you, like me, have dark undereye skin, you may want to use a separate concealer. Packaging is pretty, but if you want the shiny gold to look good, you have to wipe the fingerprints off every time you use it. I am very pale, most brand don't make foundations pale enough. 103 Ivory is right for me, but it's not available in Europe, ordered from strawberrynet, in Australia. (Guess they use sunscreen over there) Will rebuy if I ever run out, quick and easy product. I just put some powder in the brush, then swirl in the protective cup that covers the holes to the powder. Pleasant violet scent.
Fragrances -Stella McCartney - Stella- Eau de Parfum

Beautiful rose scent that (quoting SO) is perverted enough to be interesting. Most perfumes give me a headache or nausea, this one doesn't. Have bough several times.
I have dry skin on my legs, very dry skin on my feet. Legs are happy with many different lotions and oils, but I have struggled with the feet. After only being able to control the hard, dry, buildup and dry wrinkles on the sides with rigorous application of flexitol twice daily (something I usually don't have the energy for), I was surprised to find that this lotion makes my feet moisturized and smooth. And I don't even have to use it every day! Glass bottle doesn't emit anything toxic, I'm happy.
Pleasant smelling, pleasant consistency- thick, forms protective layer on lips. Doesn't dry lips, but won't do much if my lips are very dry and chapped. Works on semi dry days. Jar is well made and will be used for shea butter afterwards, but I dislike having to use my fingers for applying when outside my home.
When I bought this, SO said that I didn't have any cellulite. (i don't have a lot, but it seemed to multiply) After using it a couple of weeks he cheerfully remarked that it worked really well! Don't know if I see a difference, but it moisturises very well, smells good, and if others think it looks better, I won't complain. Like that it has few and good ingredients, comes in a glass bottle. I will rebuy and have rebought this several times. Only negative could be that I get oil on my towels, but that isn't really a problem.
Lip Treatments -Christian Dior - Addict Lip Balm - Coral
Zetaflickan 7/20/2012 1:50:00 PM
While I always loved how Dior Addict lip glow looks on others, it's too pink for me. This coral shade gives just enough sheer colour to brighten up my face. As a lip balm, it wont't help your chapped lips, but it is significantly less drying than addict lip stick, may even be ever so slightly moisturizing. Maybe. In sunlight, the shimmer is a little much, almost frosted, but indoirs or overcast it's just perfect. I've found that dior carries a lot of subtly perfect lip cplours in the addict range for fair skinned people. I am contemplating buying a backup. It's terribly expensive, but the colour is just so good.
Fragrances -Christian Dior - Addict eau fraiche 2012

Dior's new member in the Addict family is surprisingly fresh ( ok, the name is a hint).Francois Demachy. Top notes are bergamot and grapefruit; middle notes are lotus, freesia and pomegranate; base notes are musk and woodsy notes. My untrained nose smells grapefruit and peppery spices. Very light, fresh and summery, reminds me of Botherm's body splashes, with some spice. Like an updated light Eau Savage for girlish women. Watching the commercial I thought it would be sickly sweet, but a pleasant surprise. Stylish and aimed towards the younger market, but works as a summer fragrance for every age. Doesn't last that long on me.
Dior's website lists the top note as jasmin, heart rose de mai absolute, base note white musk. It's sweet and flowery. Sweet in a floral, not candy way. Sweet with some freshness underneath. I usually don't like white flowers, except jasmine, so I can stand this. Not a bad scent, just not for me.
This is a silicone based lipstick. It looks shiny at first, but the shine disapears quickly and leaves a pretty stain. To me personally, it's too dry. But the colours are beautiful. Perfect shades for lighter skin colours. Riviera is the only lipstick I've used lately that people ask me what it is and want to buy it (I work selling makeup). There are shades to fit most skin tones. They look nothing like the plastic knobs on the testers, have to be tried on. I wear it to sell it, but haven't made up my mind yet if I want to wear it on my free time. But I do have very dry lips (only comfortable lipstick for me is Bare Minerals and ELF mineral lipstick), haven't had anybody else complain about the lipstick.
Moisturizers -John Masters - Mandarin Maximum Moisture

I have very dry skin and often react with little bumps. This cream mousturizes my skin thoroughly with no adverse effects. I also liked the vitamin c serum. Would possibly buy again, but am mostly using organic shea butter and weleda almond cream right now. This is a bit on the pricer side for me, as I work selling cosmetics, but the company doesn't carry this line.
I work as a cosmetics salesperson, and we got this in about a month ago. It's a fresh floral scent, not at all candy like, refreshingly new, while still being appealing to most people. perfect for spring and summer. Everybody I showed the scent to loved it, and we quickly ran out. It did not work on me personally, I need darker ones and love the first one, Stella. Still marked as buy again, as I think it's a lovely fragrance on most people.
Eye Shadow -Christian Dior - 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow - Grege 734
Zetaflickan 3/14/2012 3:24:00 PM
Beautiful selection of shades that will fit everybody with scandinavian colouring, both pale and tan. The bronzey ( yes, I think it's bronzey) brown brings out blue eyes in a subtle way, the smooth shimmer does not highlight the texture of aging skin. I work selling makeup, and every person I put this on ends up buying it, very, very happy with the results. No other eye shadow applies better or stays longer- creaseless all day without primer.
Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow New Look Mascara
Zetaflickan 2/12/2012 4:15:00 PM
Very good lengthening and separating mascara. No super volume, but enough. I liked the new IsaDora precision mascara a lot, but this is a notch better, more length, similar brush. May get a 5, but I've only used it once so far. Removes easily soaking with warm water on microfiber cloth, no rubbing.
