The coverage was great, the finish was nice, and it stayed on...unfortunately, it clogged my pores and made me break out BIG time by the second use. Went back to Colorstay, and it stopped. :(
Very pretty, WARM toned pinky beige. Lasts well, like other NYX glosses, love it!
Lip Gloss -NYX - Lip Gloss with Mega Shine - Plush Red

I wouldn't buy this again simply because this is a really blue-based red that kinda clashes with my yellowy skin tone. It's great as far as staying power and opacity though, I just with that NYX made some bright red gloss with a warmer undertone (haven't come across any yet).
Great color that matches my natural lip color, just punches it up with some shimmer and shine. Would go with anything, which is a plus. I've been stocking up on NYX glosses, mostly in the more nude and natural shades, and have been loving every one. As with the other NYX glosses I've tried, it has good lasting power.
Yeah, it's great for a smokey eye but I found NYX shades that I actually like better for that purpose. On its own though, it's a beautiful nude color that can go with anything, and has great staying power for a gloss. I usually wear Colorstay clear lipliner underneath and it holds up even better.
I think this actually enhances your natural lip color. It looks nothing like the crazy bubblegum pink that it appears in the tube as on your lips. Just know that its nothing dramatic, just a nice, soft tinge of pink.
I love this stuff. It's a beautiful neutral with oomph, it makes my lips look huge, has good staying power, and looked pretty kick-butt with the brown smokey eye I was wearing today. Like another poster stated NYX is b2go free at Ulta this week, so I'm stocking up. And This color is fabulous. Though I can see the porn star look happening on some! It just give a really pouty full look. I have fairly light skin with yellow undertones if that helps. I like this even better for smokey eyes then the much coveted shade Smokey Look.
You can't rub this in like you do with UDPP or TFSI, you have to pat it on and let it set and dry. If you do that, it works pretty well, actually. Once I figured that out, it made this stuff worth the purchase. Also, glad to not be blowing big bucks on the high end stuff.
Lotions/ Creams -Eucerin - Aquaphor Healing Ointment

My dear mother in law, who's a nurse, gave me a tub of this recommending I use it for my rough feet. I also like to use this as an eye and lip cream (my fine lines seem to vanish, honestly) and on my feet at night. For the foot treatment, I glob it on after Ped-egging and then put on socks overnight. Best stuff for that purpose. I only have the 3.5 oz jar, and it's lasting a really long time. I really havent used it for anything else save the occasional dry skin patches, but the eye-lip-foot combo is working beautifully.
Wow, I'd been looking for this forever...the Walmarts in my town don't stock it and I only just located a box when I was out of town at K-Mart. (there's no K-marts in my city!) So I snatched it up. At first I just used it over my foundation, which worked out nice. Then I read the bottom and it said you could use it as foundation, so I figure I'd try to use it like a mineral foundation, applying it with a kabuki brush and all (leftover brushes from my failed attempts at using mineral foundations). Well....it was pretty amazing. It looked better by a long shot than any MM I ever used. (I've tried all different kinds...BE, EM, W'nW, Pur, Ulta Brand, L'oreal, Sheer Cover....just to name a few.) It has coverage out the wazoo, and yeah, it's highly luminous...which my skin seems to enjoy. I even snapped a few pics of it on my face with my digital camera expecting it to come out ghostly and chalky....but it did not. It looked good, better than with my usual Colorstay and powder, and that was WITH my SPF moisturizer beneath. I just have to exfoliate prior, it does accentuate any little dry spots, but as long as you take care of that...I gotta say, I'm amazed. Now I just have to find a store in my town that stocks it. :(
Well...this mascara didn't do a heck of a lot to lengthen or thicken my lashes, but what made me happy about it was how BLACK it was...I mean, it made my lashes blacker than anything I've ever tried while adding a hint of definition. That's what made me like this. It kinda has this lash dye effect for me. My lashes are dark anyway but my eyes popped withg that added blackness. It wasn't all grayish or shiny in bright light like most other black-black 'scaras I have. BTW I am reviewing the waterproof formula which I got on sale for 2.50. I would repurchase even if only to coat a more dramatizing formula with that rich, deep black.
I used to use this full strength and let it sting my skin, thinking it worked better that way. It didn't of course and ended up making my skin worse. When I wised up and started diluting it (about 2 parts juice to 1 part water) It started giving better results. After a couple of weeks my skin was more glowy and my omnipresent nose pores looked smaller and cleaner. I do use this alongside Alpha Hydrox's glycolic cleanser and 10% aha lotion, and so far, no ill effects...in fact it could be upping the effectiveness. I don't know really, but like a previous reviewer I use all that plus the aspirin mask and it seems to work well. I've had less breakouts now than I've ever had in my life. Also, for anyone interested, I just read a tip online that you can use the actual lemon peel (rubbing it on your skin...I would guess that it would be the pith side rather than the outside part) and that's supposed to actually combat dry skin and flakiness...haven't tried it yet, but if that works...hoo boy...what else can I say about the lemon than....hg!!! (I also know that rubbing the pith on your teeth can help whiten them as well).
It's a good nude color on me, but I also bought the Colorstay lipstick in Smooth Nude at the same time which is a near identical color, however that one was both more moisturizing and it lasted longer. So while this is slightly cheaper and pretty much the same actual color, out of the two I preferred the Colorstay. However this could work better if you really want a nude lip with less luster.
I bought Nude Attitude Matte and this at the same time. Honestly theres very little difference in the color, but after testing them both this definitely held up better and lasted longer. The color was great-honestly the first drugstore nude that actually came out nude on me. Out of the two this one's my preferred DS nude lipstick.
I tried it with the BC powdered aspirin. Anyone who thinks the regular aspirin is too grainy and abrasive should really give this a shot. It has a wonderful very fine texture, much like a baking soda texture. You don't have to worry about little granules scratching your skin! After 1 use, my skin was noticeably smoother, and get this-my acne scarring faded. After 1 use!! Not enough time has elapsed for me to give it another go yet (I'm aiming for twice a week) But the results from just 1 use was absolutely amazing. Even my pores shrank, literally (not dramatically, but the difference is there) I am amazed. It's truly working for me.
