People expect this to be some miracle stretch mark eraser, but it really isn't. If you can afford to buy it and use it religiously (3-4 times a day) then yeah, it will help diminish the appearance of both scars and stretch marks, but like I said it is no miracle product to reverse stretched skin. I had used it for about two months on both scars and stretch marks in conjunction with Palmers Cocoa butter lotion, and I saw results slowly coming in. I only stopped because I got tired of spending so much money on lotions and oils. If you have the time and money, it works. It works even more on stretch marks if you combine it with weight loss and/or toning.
I don't understand the hype that was made around this foundation. The price is ridiculous, and I had several problems with this foundation. I found myself kinda convincing myself I liked it just to justify the price. It accentuated dry areas on my face and I tried several moisturizers (i don't really have super dry skin either) and the color looked really odd on me, I went back a couple times to get color matched but nothing really looked all that great. I also don't know why they called it sheer glow, it made me look matte. There is no way I would repurchase this product, I much prefer my naked skin from Urban Decay.
I was very excited when I heard about the product, but I waited a while before purchasing because it's a bit pricey (45$ canadian I believe) But, it really is a great foundation, the color matches me nicely (actually a couple of the shade options did) and it feels VERY light weight. The only thing I will say is make SURE you have a good moisturizer before you buy it, otherwise it might stick to your skin and look cakey in some spots. Primer would also be a very good idea. I tried applying it with a couple of different tools, and found that the brush that they advertised with it really is the best way to apply is, so that might be another thing to look in to. Over all, I would and will buy this product again.
Love this palette and use it almost everyday! The only way i could see this palette being any better is if there were a couple more matte shades to balance out some of the shimmer. The packaging is very cute, and I've had no problems with it opening or anything when traveling. The only downside to the packaging is it gets dirty looking, and then its hard to clean. But over all, this is a great must have palette for anyone looking for more 'wearable' colors.
