Underage: The MAC MA warned me that this color would look like Pepto and, again, I thought I HAD to have it. Needless to say, someone on MUA swapped this item for me. It HAD to go! I couldn't make this color work for me. Better luck to you :)
Metalize: Not sure how to wear this. I've asked the MAC MA's (at the counter and online) and I still don't know if I've got it down yet. I know there's a way to pull off blue lipgloss but I haven't figured it out. Here's what I was told (maybe this will help you out): "Try applying Metalize over a Lip Pencil. The brush will pick up some of the pigment from the Lip Pencil or Lipstick and mix it into the M·A·C Lacquer, creating a new shade. Mix it with PLUM (neutral plum tone) or SPICE (neutral pink/brown) Lip pencils. Metalize adds a cool sheen to any lip color or pencil. To keep the look cool, sweep KRISP (icy light blue) or PINK FREEZE (intense light pink frost) Frost eyeshadows all over your eyelids and into the inner corner of the eye for highlight."
Polly Vinyl: Made me look like I just drank Pepto. Did NOT do wonders for my complexion. :(
Varneesh: Nice pinkish color. Hate the brush and the smell though.
Mlle Maraschino: At first I thought this would be a Pepto pink on me but I was wrong. It's a great color and it looks well with MAC's Blueberry Fizz lipstick!
Cocktail: I LOVE THIS COLOR. Purple is my favorite color so it works well with my purple clothes. I love the fact that you can wear it glossy or blot it for a stained look...a definite plus!
Lust: Swapped with an MUA'er for this color. I love it. I'm on a nude pink kick and this fits right in with that.
Succulent: I was trying to sell/swap this for a long time until I just decided to keep it. It's a nice color but I'm not a fan of orange and red. It does look good on me...maybe I should make an effort to use it more. I still probably wouldn't re-purchase it!
Crystal Beach: I only bought this because Eden Rocks came out on my birthday and I felt I needed as much as I could afford. It's an OK color but I have yet to figure out how to wear it. I KNOW I can only use this with a liner...I think that's what depresses me :)
Lychee Luxe: At first I didn't like this but I've since converted. I'm a fan! The coral color goes very well with summer colors.
Lure-X: Great color. Works VERY well with reds. I love this stuff!
Oh Baby: I didn't like the feel of the glitter on my lips at first but I do like the brown color.
Fool's Gold: This is OK. It was only a tester. A great MUA'er gave this to me. It's a nice gold color but I think I'm too dark to wear this. I haven't played around with it enough to really pass a big judgement on it but my first impression tells me to stick with Lure-X.
PRRR: Great pink color. I used to pair it with a darker brown liner...why...I have no clue! I tried it once without the liner and I've been wearing it that way ever since. I really like the slight shimmer it has.
Sun Ray: I usually prefer browns and neutral pinks but I HAD to buy this color when the new Eden Rocks colors came out. I LOVE it. I wore it in the Sun and just fell in love with how the copper shade really complimented my complexion (if I must say so myself) :)
