This stuff is wonderful. I have tried several products that claim to reduce acne, but this stuff really works. Even my husband, who occasionally will get a pimple and ask me for whatever current acne spot treatment I am using, has been raving about the product after one night of use. My only qualm is that the stuff runs out quickly for me (it becomes too thick in consistancy) and I have to repurchase every month or so. That being said, I do have very acne prone skin I use it daily. Regardless, it is well worth the money!

This product is not right for those like myself with oily skin. The shine factor on my face was undeniable- even my husband asked me why my face was so shiny. Needless to say, I returned the sunscreen.

Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Rose Lip Treatment SPF 15

I love this tinted lip balm. I alternate between this and the Korres Lip Butters, also a great product. I like that this lip treatment is not too glossy and it imparts the most natural flush on my lips. The SPF is a great bonus as well. This is the second time the actual lip treatment (not the package)has broken on me, which leads me to believe that the packaging is not as elegant and sturdy as it seems. Despite the inherent design flaw, I will repurchase!

Lip Treatments -Korres - Lip Butter

I love these lip butters. I have four of the colors and I love them all. I use tinted lip balms for everyday use (I keep lipsticks and lipglosses for special occasions because I do not like the feel of them on my lips as compared to that of lip balms). These lip butters moisturize quite well and give a great hint of color. Im not a fan of the pot, however, as I would much rather have it in a tube format. Nonetheless they are great.

Moisturizers -La Mer - The Moisturizing Gel Cream

I really love this product. It is great for my oily/acne- prone skin. I have not experienced any breakouts from the gel and I never look like an oil slick by the end of the day when I use this. I love that I can layer this if I feel I need some more in certain areas. My drawbacks for this moisturizer is 1) the exorbitant price, and 2) the jar packaging. I may consider trying Dermalogica Active Moist, which is a more economical choice. Ill update on my results.

Skincare - Face -Clean & Clear - Advantage Acne Control Kit

This system is terrible! I just dont understand how InStyle can rate this as their best beauty buy for an acne regimen. I should have checked on MUA before I made the purchase. Unless your skin is made of teflon, expect serious redness and flaking. Perhaps younger skin types can handle the harshness of the cleanser and spot treatment (the lotion is surprising light and feels comfortable on the skin). As a woman entering my 30s, my teenage years of using harsh products is behind me- my skin just can't handle it anymore.

Eyeliner -Tarte - Indelible Wink Liquid Liner and Shadow Set

As the previous reviews highlight, the application wand for this eyeliner is very hard to use. I agree that it is difficult to achieve a fluid line. However, if you have oily eyelids like myself, this eyeliner is a must! I have tried many eyeliners looking for something that would not smudge on the bottom of my eyes within a few hours of application. I was marginaly content with the Bobbi Brown eyegels, and even less with the Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils. This eyeliner surpasses both products in terms of staying power. However, Im not a fan of the Shadow part of the eyeliner, as when I smooth it over the eyeliner, the shadow will fall and smudge to my lower lids. Nevertheless, anyone that has oily eyelids should definitely try this product.

I really like this product. I use this serum day and night, but only on my laugh lines which are very prominent on my face. I think I am going to try to use the serum all over my face and see what happens. I have acne prone skin that tends to be dehydrated during the winter time. I will update the post.

Sunscreen -Sofina - Perfect UV (UV cut milk Extra Block) SPF 50 + PA +++ [DISCONTINUED]

Im on my fourth bottle of this stuff. I use the Lucent version- I have also tried the Nuance Up version, which gives a subtle pink hue. Personally, I think the Lucent version looks more natural. This sunscreen is the best for my oily, acne-prone skin since it leaves me matte all day. I recently tried the La Roche Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid, which is intended for those with combo skin. It was such a horrible product- I was oily from the start. I have never felt greasy with Sofina. My only concern with the sunscreen is that I am unsure whether it provides adequate uva protection (many makeup and skincare products, such as the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer, that are labeled as having spf protection, do not provide adequate uva protection- only uvb protection). Since the product's information is entirely in Japanese, I am unsure. If anyone can verify that the product also protects from uva rays, please let me know. But nonetheless, I love this stuff!!

Sunscreen -La Roche Posay - anthlios 60ultra-light with cell-ox (us version)

This product is terrible for my oily skin, despite the bottle I purchased specifying that it is for normal to combo skin. I look like an oil sheen the moment I put it on and the thick sheen lasts all day. I bought this because so many dermatologists rave about it's excellent uva/uvb protection. Nonetheless, my favorite sunscreen continues to the Sofina Perfect UV Sunscreen SPF50- this is truly an excellent product for those with oily skin. The only reason I tried Anthlios in the first place is because I am unsure whether Sofina actually protects from uva rays (Japanese packaging makes it difficult for me to know).

Wow people. This product works! I have been using the Thermaclear device for about eight months and I have definitely seen a difference in the time it takes for a pimple to clear up. Many times a pimple will not get to the large swollen stage if I can zap the upcoming zit in time. I have had no adverse reaction to the heat distributed by this product- and I have fairly sensitive skin that hyperpigments very quickly. That being said, I still get the normal pigmentation that I experience with a pimple which I have left alone.

This is such a beautiful color and it has such a great staying power. The color is this beautiul greenish/brown that really compliments my dark brown eyes and medium-tan skin (Mac C-4).

Eyeliner -Guerlain - terracotta kohl in Oriental Metal

This is an amazing kohl!! It has such a great staying power- normally if I wear any type of kajal/surma in my eyes, it gets all other the place within a few hours. This kohl lasts a long time before it starts smuging (not to say that it does not smuge). Also, the color is very beautiful. I have dark brown eyes and medium-tan skin tone (Mac C-4) and this color really brings out my eyes. I really like it because it is more subtle than the darker alternatives.

Wow. This is a great brush. For my eyeliner gels, I have been the Bobbi Brown eyeliner brush. It is a good brush, but this is much easier to apply.

Lip Treatments -Palmers - Cocoa Butter Stick

This product is excellent. It really moisturizes my lips and gives them a nice sheen. The price is great too and I love the large tube.
