As other reviewers said, this is very moisturizing. I have combination skin and I only use a tiny tiny dap for my face. i try not to put too much or just don't put on my T-zone. I worry about break out from this, so I only use it in the winter,too. Overall, I think it a bit heavy for me, don't care too much about this product. so i won't repurchse. But I would recommend it for people have dry skin. This product have a good protection layer for your skin. I know after I apply, my skin is smooth and supple, but take a while for it totally sink in my skin. I didn't feel a big magical improvement, but I am only in my mid twenty so do visible winkle yet. Just got it for prevention matter. Valmont has many anti-aging stuff targeted at different stages. Overall, Valmont products are very gentel so don't worry it you have sensitive skin. The other complain is the price. $135 for a jar. oh well, it does last a long time, but still expensive.

Cleansers -Valmont - fresh fall

This is a gel cleanser. The gel is light and all most watery once you apply to your face. It doesn't foam up. It's pretty gentle on the skin and leaves a nice cool feeling afterward because of Menthyl lactate in the ingredient. The scent is a typical Valmont smell, hard to describe, but it's light and pleasing. However, it doesn't throughly cleanse the face. If you have makeup on, don't expect this to do it. I usually use it in the morning when I know i don't need too much harsh chemical or foam to clean my face. If you use it at night, I would doubt if it really cleanse my face. The general experience is pleasent. But the price is too high for a cleanser. I think it's $60 retail price. heo... I got it a lot cheaper on ebay or otherwise I wouldn't send this type of money on a cleanser. I got it becuase I was curious about Valmont in general and wanted to try the "royal" cosmetics treatment. I don't think it will purchase it again for the price. I might still try other valmont product. Their product is very claiming and gentle in general. I have never had an allergic reason to any of them. I have very sensitive skin.

I have used two of these. This is a great firming body cream. i got it in the first place because it got very popular in asian as one of the great product for keeping your butt firm and tight. I don't exercise and have problem with very sad flate butt and decide to give it a try. I used it faithfully for a while and it deifnitly help. I mean, my butt didn' magically look grat not, but it firmer for sure. However, you need to apply it faithfully and using their special massage method. Need to massage it or there is no help at all. If you want firmer butt and thigh area, lift exercise these areas coupld times right after you put this on will help. Beaware not to massage for too long, since it get absorbed very fast and it you keep massaging, it will start to flake. The scent is pleasent for me and last a long long time. I don't put on perfume so i am not sure how that will work together. Beaware, this is not a porudct to target for moisturizing. i have very very dry skin on legs and arm. flackly all year round. This firming cream only left a protected layer on top of my skin, i don't feel it is deep moisturizing like shear butter does. I only use it on places I want to firmer ountur line such as thigh, butt and upper arm. It's expensive too so this way it last longer for what it need to do. overall, the best firming produc tI have ever used, i always though these "firming" product were just marketing trap. oh well, not sure about other product. Please tell me if you have used other great firming body product.

I got the RD254(FLFH) color in Asian. this is one of my favorite lipstick. It's moisturizing, doesn't dry my very dry lips. The color is great too. Light with peachy toward muddy color, still look natural. There is a bit shimmer in in, but not overwhelming, still great to wear during the day or work. Always a safe color to wear for different ocassion. I will repurchase again.

Lipstick -MAC - Cosmo Lipstick

I got the cosmo A16 Amplifield. this is my first MAC lipstick and I am very satisfy with it. I like the color on me. It's natural and not overly done. It make me looks more professional for my face. My lips are very dry and this one doesn't dry out my lip though not fantastic on moisturizing either. I guess because it's a matte color finish instead of these oil or butter riched lip gloss consistency. However, since it's matte, it last a lot longer than these glossy lip stick type. I will buy this again or try different color. I think MAC no dout has the best color and type selection for make up. other suggestion are Dior(best glossy lip stick and package), Chanel, make up forever, nars, smashbox.

I had this a long time ago, the package even changed. This is my first make up fundation ever. I was very happy I made a good choice. It's light and dont' clog your pore. I hate fundation that will go on and looks heavy on you, but this one never does that for me. The shade matched my asian skin tone well too (cann't wear pink undertone). I haven't try a lot of other fundation from drugstore brand, but this one has special place for me.

I got a travel size from sephora before. It provide a decent spf, matter finish but still hydrate your skin. I don't care about moisturizer with spf of 15. those are too low to protect anything. I usually use a sunblock seperatly from my moisturizer. However, there are times I am lazy to put on layers of skin care poruct and this is a good alternative to that. I used this travel pack continusly and lasted for a while supringsly for the travel pack. It's not drying compared to other "matte" finish product. There is a smoothing effect in this porduct. My skin get to be very smooth to touch afterward. I guess it would be great to used before fundation (I didn't try this since I rarly put on makeup). the scent is pleasent too, not oo strong. I don't remember the shine control power is great, so try it out is you have very oily skin. The ingredient is packed with anti-oxident product, such as Pomegranate extract and vit-c. very good. The yeast extract is one of the main reason I got this, it the a gentler alternative to AHA for reducting pore size and clearing pore. i cann't tell the long term effect since i didn't use it for months. Overally, a nice product. it's just the price is a bit high.

My first MAC blush/product. Very natural and light. though it's a shimmery blush, but you don't see any glitter or shine. very natural on skin. This particular shade is more peach toward orange color. I have a baby face and it make me more mature and professional looking. The disk is big too, you can use it for very long. Like it a lot. will definitely repurchase more MAC blush

Got it in a sephora gift set. Terrible item. I am very disppointed with smashbox with this item. The other items such as eyeshaw and lip palette are great. The color is pretty, however, it's too dry to put on my eye. Though it says it's "creamy", but i felt I was budding my poor eye lid with this. The color is hard to got on. though it's work if you try it on hand. I guess pencil liner isn't for me.

Average product. i am not sure how "exfoilating"it is, but it's very gentle. I got this because it's SLS free and parben free. My body skin is very dry so I am trying to keep away from these ingredient. This product is not dyring like a lot of other shower gel though his is hard to lather up. It's almost like a shower cream. I feel it takes a lot of wash the whole body. Also, the scent is a bit too heavy for me after a while. I am a big beauty junkie and there isn't nothign too special to hold my interest got his. i will continue to search on other product and brand

Bath Treatments -Jurlique - lavender shower gel

It's too expensive for the quality. It's a pretty standrad shower gel. It is more like clear shower gel. not creamy or moisturising. Acutally it a bit dry afterward for me. I have very dry body skin , flacky on my legs and arms. The scen't isn't very ricj after you foam it up and rinse. It's very similar to the L'occitane lavender shower gel. i was dissapointed seems I feel the Jurlique lavender hand cream is better than the L'occitane's lavender hand cream (jurlique's is more moistursing and hydrate for longer period of time) Overall, the same as the rest of organic or natural skincare line's lavender shower gel. I would get the same thing cheaper in the organic section in a grocery or drugstore.

Scrubs -Jurlique - Daily Exfoliating Cream

I got a small travel size tube, not goint to buy a full size. I dont' get this product, what does jurlique want this product to do. Basically, the "press and roll" is very hard to master. I am not sure if i am doing an effective job with this exfoliant. The consistency is very chunky, most of the cream get wasted during the process because it keep falling of my face. The tube will go bad very quickly too so be careful not to stock them. Mine changed its scent only after couple uses. I was very concern of it touching my face after that. I would say the ingrident is very good for natural skincare, rich with all type of nut, etc( be aware of nut allergy if you have history). However, I still don't see any difference than other scrub. I think it's fun in term of how you apply it, scent and the idea of very natural ingredient. Other than that, it's okay. don't worth me to spend the money, I think enzyme, peel, AHA or BHA are more effective if I have smaller pore. Also, regular drugstore scrub does the same or better job on exfoliating. If you are rich and only use natural skincare line, this is an option. Others,it's fun to try, but don't buy the full tube or in full price. One more advice, though Jurlique really push for the 5 steps regime, but I don't recommend using this too often, it's too harsh.

Toners -Jurlique - Rosewater Balancing Mist

One of the best hydrating toner I have ever used. I first get into Jurlique's product beacause of it's hand cream and was very curious on the natural skincare. I went to a Jurlique spa (standard treatment is exactly the same as the Jurlique five step skincare regime at home. don't recommended for the money). I got the travel size of all basic care. This is my favorate item in that pack. This mist is suprisingly hyrdating. Though it contain alcohol, I don't feel it taking away any moisture out of my skin. In fact, it leave a protection layer on my skin, My skin feel soft, clam and well hydrate. My skin don't get dry if I don't immediately apply a moisturiser like with other toner. This is also rich in the rose scent. I would say this is the best hydating plant/rose toner in the market. though I haven't tried a lot in the natural skincare category, but this product quality is suprime. The only con is the price, but I have paid more for toner before (many times)

Sunscreen -La Roche Posay - Hydraphase UV SPF 30

I have sensitive, ance, combination skin. I am a la roche posay lover, it is a great brand for basic and reliable stuff. However, I don't like any of ther hydraphase scent. It is too strong for me. I prefer the tolerant line better with no scent. Another reason that I won't buy this is that my skin is a bit sticky after apply this. I've tried a lot of sun block before so I have high standard. I guess the stickness is because of it's hydrating ingredients. It does disapear after a while. (forget how long) Personally, I like to seperate my sun block and moisturizer since I may reapply my sun block after couple hours but not my moisturizer. Thus, this is not the best fitted product for me. I have only tried a smaple of this product, so I cannot tell about the long term effect on acne and hydrate level. But with the above reason, I won't buy the full size product. However, If you are looking for something to put on in the morning for hydrate and high spf and you don't mind the scent, then this is the product you should try.

Gels/Soaps -L'Occitane - Organic Lavender Showergel

I got this incombination with the lavender lotion. The shower gel surprisingly doesn't have much lavender scent. It feel very 'clear'. The gel consistency isn't very easy to foam, too. You need help with a puff or you will feel you waste so much money by continuing puring this gel to try to cover your entire body. This is a good shower gel. It doesn't irrirate my skin and is not drying. However, I was disappointing since I was looking forward for a stong lavender scent because I like their lavender lotion scent so much. I won't repurchase for this reason. I will keep looking for other good organic shower gel with great lavender scent though my journey will be hard. Jurlique' shower gel have same consistency and result, and it doesn't have strong scent, either.
