Eye Primer -Too Faced - Shadow Insurance, Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer

I am Asian-American & reside in Florida (HUMID!), therefore, you can imagine that I have a big issue with eye makeup creasing. This product has resolved that! I apply it every morning before I apply my eyeshadow, and by the end of the day, it has not stopped doing its job. I have not noticed any creasing on my lids since I've used it; but I have noticed a little smudging in the outside corners/underneath my eyes - and it's probably b/c I forget to apply it there sometimes. The only other times I've noticed smudging is after I workout or after I accidentally fall asleep in my make-up (but that doesn't really count, and it's still only the outside corners/area underneath my eyes!) I'm never sure how much to apply though (I use a tiny drop on each lid), but my one tube has lasted over 6 months now (I use it 5-6 days a week depending on the days that I wear make-up/go out). I only reapply if I wash my face to reapply make-up. I have not tried another primer so I cannot compare this to any others, but this one does it's job so I have no complaints! The color of the primer blends in well, and also brings out the pigments in eyeshadows more :)

I really do love this perfume because it is so sweet, and so unlike any other perfume I have smelled before. My boyfriend loves it, and when I walk into the room, I get compliments all the time on what people are smelling. "Oh, what is that? Something smells like caramel!" or, "Mm, someone smells like cotton candy." It's really nice to be able to say, "Yeah, that's me," and to have people ask what I'm wearing. I don't actually tell them, though. (;

Crème -Revlon - ColorStay Whipped Creme Makeup

I've never been a fan of foundation but this has completely changed my mind. I purchased after reading so many positive things about it and they are all true! This is super easy to apply just using your fingers. It blends really well and looks like bare skin. The texture is lovely and really light considering it's a cream. There's no shimmer and it truly lasts all day even with my shiny t-zone. It leaves my face looking smooth, matte, even and healthy without looking made up. I am pretty fair with a golden undertone and Buff is perfect. It photographs well and doesn't settle into my little lines or pores at all. Revlon is really on a roll with their new launches and I hope they keep it up! This is a definite winner!

BB Cream -Bobbi Brown - BB Cream SPF 35 PA+++

The main properties of the product are brightening dull skin, moisturizing, reducing dark spots and discolorations, boosting collagen, preventing fine lines and wrinkles, and reducing redness while protecting skin with an SPF 35. A quick glance at the box doesn’t display a ton of anti-aging ingredients but there are a good deal of plant extracts that are good for your skin. The formula is a medium thickness that’s not too creamy and not too thin. The creamy texture has a soft buttery texture that blends into skin easily without looking greasy or oily. It offers a very nice hydrating finish thanks to the water base of the product. I find it wears like a second skin without fading or oxidizing. It’s so incredibly comfortable and luxurious feeling, like a drink of water for my skin. Coverage is sheerer but manages to ease dullness incredibly well, conceal smaller problems, and create a smooth, flawless, healthy complexion. I love how my skin just glows when I have this on. Overall, Bobbi Brown’s BB Cream isn’t a traditional Korean BB Cream by any means but it takes things to a very new and exciting level in the BB Cream category. The water base has such a smooth, creamy feel that melds so beautifully well with skin creating a healthy, flawless look that’s very natural and oh so fresh. It surprises me that MAC’s version was such a terrible fail yet Bobbi Brown’s version with many of the same ingredients proves a huge success for me. How odd!

Fragrances -Christian Dior - Hypnotic Poison Eau Sensuelle

I've been a long time user of the original version of this scent and was just gifted a bottle of this one. It is smoother and more subtle than the original Hypnotic Poison, with shades of Deep Red but longer lasting. I suspect this will become a favourite very quickly! Delicious and seductive, another CD hit in my opinion :)

Concealers -Laura Mercier - Secret Camouflage

I chose this when I wasn't tanned and it still works on my tanned skin! A makeup artist at Sephora told me to dab the shade on the right on the dark spots first, then add the shade on the left over it. What I do though is just mix the shades with my fingers and then dab it under my eyes. Really brightens my face and makes my eyes look bigger.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

The price cannot be beat since a bottle will last a longggg time! Smells great! A little bit of this scrub goes a long way, and the beads really wake me up in the morning. Great product!

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal

I did a lot of research about which drugstore-type mascara would be best, since I am now on a tighter budget, and I decided to try this one. The key is to use a small amount on the brush, and use thin coats. Pumping the wand is not necessary and will probably be way too m uch. It stays on all day, is very lengthening, and adds a lot of volume because the formula is rather thick. It can be a little bit stiff feeling, so if you're looking for softness and a natural look, this is not the one for you. It's not uncomfortable or irritating to my sensitive eyes. You will need some eye makeup remover to take it all off. This mascara is a suitable replacement for the more expensive mascaras, and in some ways it's even better.

Lip Treatments -LUSH - Mint Julips Lip Scrub

OMG, this is the best lip scrub I've ever tried! It's so finely milled, but it's still rough enough to sluff off your dead skin. It leaves my lips super smooth and kissable, and the abraisivness kind of plumps them(: AND IT TASTES LIKE THIN MINTS! OMG THIS IS ACTUALLY DELICIOUS! Whenever I'm done scrubbing my lips, I lick it off! Anyone know how many calories this is? :p On the downside, the smoothness doesn't last super long if you don't seal it with a lip balm. Since the scrub is kind of dry, you REALLY need to moisturize after if you want it to stay that way for a while Overall, I loveloveloveeee this product and so does my man ;)
