The reviewer that said this is like liquid plastic was spot on. I can't believe that a company can advertise this as a "clean," smell...unless you're a newly-packaged plastic toy! Horrible! I have not had much luck with the CLEAN fragrances. I don't mind Ultimate, Warm Cotton or Provence but the rest are just awful and synthetic-smelling. Really surprised there's not a better "nose" at the Clean company that can spot a bad fragrance before it's sold for $69!

What a shame. I LOVED this the first few days and thought I had found the fountain of youth--my skin was supple and radiant. Fast forward a week and my entire forehead was broken out and every morning therafter when I woke up after using this the night before I had new blemishes EVERYWHERE! It's going to take a long time to get my skin back. Very disappointed.
I thought I found my HG but unfortunately that was not to be the case. My skin looked flawless and the Clinique foundation brush made application so easy. I was actually getting compliments on my skin and I felt great UNTIL my entire face starting breaking out and I was crushed. I just can't seem to find a product that will not irritate my acne. Oh well, my search continues...

HORRIBLE! I'm sitting here writing this review with cystic acne all over my face due to this horrible product. I have no idea what's in it but STAY away from this if you have any problems with your skin. My skin is RUINED! I have worked so hard to have clear skin with my skincare routine and this ruined everything. I have never had such a bad reaction from any other product as this one--run from this!

Very disappointed with this one. It does NOT live up to all the hype. My skin looked, patchy and sallow (not radiant as they claim), after using it. It wore off soon after and for the price it is not worth it at all. By lunchtime (or sooner), I looked in the mirror and my skin looked horrible! I want a foundation that will last all day and make my skin look flawless--this is not the one. I'm going to try the new Lancome Minerale.
Great blush. If you're looking for a dewy, natural, fresh look than this is it. I have fair skin and it just picks my whole face up. You don't need a lot. I just put a little on the apples of my cheeks. I have had the same tube for 2 years! Well worth the price. As far as the "tacky" feel some reviewers mentioned, it's not a big deal--it dewy and that's nice. The gel goes on your skin and then it blends in so it's not tacky after application. I have tried TONS of different "stains" but this one is the one that I always come back to--great "flushed" color (not a cotton candy pink), and long lasting. Does not break my skin out either.
Where has this been all of my life?? I had heard great things about this foundation but was a little hesitant to get it because I have really acne-prone skin and every foundation seems to break my skin out. I also could not find a long-lasting, fresh-finish liquid foundation out there (I had been using EL's DW and it looked like a white, clay mask on my face!). I finally decided to take the plunge and I am so glad I did. The Sephora SA suggested LORAC oil-free and I insisted that I wanted THIS foundation so I got the lightest shade--this MELTS into the skin--perfect shade and fantastic natural finish (not matte and not greasy). It stays put all day and just for a little added insurance I bought the MUFE fix spray for face to set my makeup--I am SO happy with this. Only cons: the weird consistency and the glass bottle--wish it were in a squeeze tube. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I really wanted to like this and used the whole bottle so I wouldn't feel like I was wasting more $$ BUT like the other reviewers stated, it makes you look artifical like you're wearing a mask. The only good part is that it does stay put all day. I like to look healthy and natural with all-day coverage but this looks bad. I walked into a store that had very bright lights and I glanced into a mirror and was horrified! I felt and looked years older than I really am b/c this stuff accentuates any lines you have and gives a stiff, old-lady feel. Sorry, EL :-(
I can't believe that I have never tried this eyeliner before. I have tried every black, brown and navy liner out there (pencil, liquid and gel), and this one is my HG!! Hooray! It's dark enough that it doesn't look obvious but light enough that it doesn't make PPP girls like myself look gothic and severe. Just perfect. I wouldn't even describe this as navy--more like a deep oceanic blue. Highly Recommend!
Liquid -Lancome - Photogenic Lumessence Light Mastering & Line-Smoothing Makeup

Expensive, yes but well worth it. I really didn't want to shell out so much for just a small bottle of foundation but as the other reviewers already mentioned, it is superb. I was using EL DW Light and it made my face look polished all day BUT showed every line around my eyes and felt like I was wearing a mask that was going to crack. I moved away from the EL counter and saw this at Lancome. I am so glad I splurged--light but covers, feels so smooth and the colors are a nice range. You don't look "made up," but you do look glowy and polished. EDIT: This fantastic foundation broke my face out terribly. I kept hoping that it wasn't the Photogenic but sadly, it was :-( The Lancome SA gave me Dual Finish powder and I'm loving it. Unfortunately I just can't wear "glowy" liquid makeup with my acne-prone skin...
Lipstick -Clinique - Different Lipstick - Iced Ginger

Good basic color. This will work with any other blush or eye colors since it's a pinky, peachy blend. Pretty light on so it would be better for day wear. Moisturizing and gives lips a healthy sheen.
I'm in LOVE!!! I used to wear Samsara and Realities and this is like a combination of the two. Also, a bit like Elizabeth Taylor's Forever. Love it. Perfect Fall fragrance. Warm but not manly. Feminine and sexy. A true winner from Estee Lauder.
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Parlux - Jessica Simpson Fancy
WillyWonka 8/9/2008 2:14:00 PM
Yikes! This is a drugstore, cheap-smelling scent that is just like every other "foody," "sweet," "carnie," fragrance out there. Smells like a poor man's Pink Sugar or Paris Hilton so if you like those than get those and skip this one. I can imagine that in a few months this "fragrance" will be sold on the shelves of Big Lots or the Dollar Store so save your money until it comes down to a buck. I'm usually not this cynical but I was insulted by this cheap, Pink Sugar dupe. Come on, Jessica. Give us all a break with your products and just go back to singing.
Peachy is a great color. It's not too peachy that it's orange--it's a great balance between pink and peach. I can wear this blush with a brown-based lipstick or with more of a rosy, blue/red lip. It "adjusts" to whatever other colors you have on your face. Well worth the $ since I will proabbly have this stick forever. Very versatile and easy to apply. I am not a fan of blush in pots, etc. This stick makes application a breeze. I highly recommend.
Foundations -Almay - Almay Pure Blends Mineral Makeup

Almay, how could you? I usually like Almay products but this one is a real loser. The bristles on the applicator just fall right out. The powder itself is a big mess that does not serve any purpose (no coverage whatsoever), and there are much better finishing powders out there. Shame on you, Almay!
