this Product is good, i like applying it to sun burned skin it seems to sooth the pain of a sunburn,and makes the area of the skin feel cooler.. i applied this to my husbands back one year and he said that he felt like it really helped ease it..it was a pretty bad burn as well.. so i'm glad it was really handy the cream lasts for a long time.. and i love the smell , it's a real summer smell. i use to apply it to my face sometimes after a shower when i was 16 i cant remember if it helped or not since it's been awile since i've used it.. this product was given to me as a gift both times.. my husband was the last one to use it. i think i also use to use it to remove makeup. i loved using it all over because of the smell..

These have to be one of the best lip balms i have ever tried. they dont dry out my lips they come in different smells and have a bit of shimmer to them..lips become very moisturized I have flavors in Apple Cider and another one in Ginger Bread the scents are not over powering , i wish they kind of smelled stronger actually.. the Ginger Bread one smells exactly like ginger bread and the scent is much stronger then the Apple Cider one.. it's unfortunet because i love Apple cider ( non alcoholic) the packaging: Both have a shimmery cap the apple one is green with sparkles and the ginger bread has red sparkles. it comes in a normal upright lip balm tube and hello kitty is wearing a cute bear hoody and there are snow flakes in the background. the product itself is white with small bits of sparkles in it..but not to many this goes for both of them. i think these were limited addition ones, they are pretty cheap you can get 2 for about 2 dollar something american... i bought these off ebay from a british ebayer since i'm currently living in england. they have a online shop called Added Extras LLC they also have a walk in shop in New York. personally they beat lip smackers even though there smell is not as strong.. these dont wreck my lips like lip smacker ones do.

This Product Is Amazing!!! i'm so happy i found it,because i've been trying out moisturizers for years and now i have finally found one that is great, and i think i probably stick with it for the rest of my life or as long as there selling it at least. it's an ''all over'' cream which means you can use it on your face. this moisturizer is creamy easy to spread on the face with out using much of the product. the smell reminds me of my grandmother slightly baby powder smelling like old lady night cream lol.. but in a good way i like the smell. can be used to take makeup off. this product is great in so many ways more then nivea or ponds because this stuff is no greasy at all.. at first you think it might be greasy because it feels really fluffy-ish on your hand.. but once you put it on your face, you just get instant smoothness and no resadue no greasy film on your face the skin absorbs it pretty quickly to, but slow enough so that you dont have to worry about thinking of having to apply another coat. it comes in a pot contaner, i just wash my hands first before using it ( i'm the only one that uses this cream though,so i dont have to worry to much..but if your going to share this with your family i suggest you use a Q-tip/ earbud to get the cream out and just dot it around your face then smooth it out with your hands ..that way your not puting your fingers in the pot) i have read some reviews that some familys have been using this cream and passing it down through there family.. kind of like how some people do that with ponds or nivea.. but i cant stress enough how Astral is so much better then both of those.. i dont know why i've never heard of it before.. maybe it's more of a europian cream, i'm originaly from canada. i picked up Astral from Superdrug the hole range is currently half off.. which is amazing! i got this for 1.70£ and you get 200ml but i can see this lasting a long time for me as you really dont need much product. it's normaly on sale for 2.99£ you can also get a 500ml pot thats about 3.80£ at the moment but originally it's about 7.99£ you can also get it at boots but it's not as cheap. i really have to get an extra pot before the sale ends there are 2 versions of Astral ''original'' and ''Light'' i chose light because i thought as it being a ''all over cream'' that the original might be too much moisture.. but i still have read great things about both versions. Astral Light is really hydrating it's truly the best things i've come by.. i applyed it in the eavening before dinner yesterday and i woke up today and my skin is still extra mega Soft. it's like whoaaa, because i havent had skin this soft since i was 11 years old xD. even after i used soap and glorys rub your nose in it scrub mask.. the moisturizer was strong enough to tame my skin and calm it down plus make it soft as hell. the only downside is that it reminds me of my grandmother and it makes me miss her because i dont live near her anymore. so i truly recommend this to you! especially if you got dry sensitive skin.. or just sensitive skin.. also i think the light version would be good for oily skin to. just please remember! dont use to much, you really dont need much.. add a bit at a time on your skin.. like rub in one side of your face at a time..then you can better manage the amount your puting on.. because its easy to over use a product that comes in a pot.

i got this using a walmart giftcard i got for xmas last year... i have the color onyx smoke 800 let me just tell you something about my eyes first before i get into this review.. i got cher eyes, meaning- deep set big and round eyes.. i'm personally not a fan of any eyeshadows because i have so much trouble applying eyeshadow on my eyes even though i'm 24 years old...it just doesnt look right on my eyes, i look like a drag queen (even though drag queens are fabulous and prettyful, i'm a girl so i shouldn't look like one) and sometimes it just looks like someone punched me in the eye :/ even if i spent countless hours watching how to eyeshadow videos i still can't seem to achieve a normal eyeshadow look like everyone else... not to mention that no beauty gurus on youtube have the same type of eyes as me *shakes fist* lucky basta*ds :/ i tend to find myself watching drag queen makeup videos because men seem to match my eye shape more. but there makeup is a bit to over the top for me sometimes. anyway the commercial made it look easy to apply this ShadowBlast .. Drew Barrymore herself states ''smoky eye made easy'' ..yeah maybe if you have a makeup artist applying it for you. ok on to the review... This comes in a two end plastic tube on each end there is a light and dark color.. i got this product because i thought i could finally wear shadow like normal people. the shadows are like a solidified cream shadow. and the colors are both pretty shimmery now the steps on how to apply this makeup is written on the tube. it just tells you to use the rounded tip end first which is the light shade , you put it all over your lid, then you use the step 2 side and you use it in your crease and near the eyelashes. then you blend it in but once i was finished putting it on and blending, my eyelids looked greasy and nasty and even more messier then normal shadow. i checked reviews on youtube about it and it's not only me that thinks the eyelids look greasy after using it also even with good primer it still slides off your eyelids. after a couple of tries trying to make this product work for me the black shadow broke off.. but i still use the white shadow end for the inner parts of my eye as a highlighter, thats the only reason i'm giving this product 2/5

Wright's Traditional Coal Tar Soap Or should i say Coal Tar Fragrance Soap... Wright's Traditional Soap No longer has Coal Tar in it because European Union directives on cosmetics have banned the use of coal-tar in non-prescription products, so the coal tar derivatives have been removed from the formula, replacing them with tea tree oil as main anti-bacterial ingredient. This is unfortunet for certain people,because the original formula was used as a treatment of skin diseases.. or ease people with a condition called Psoriasis They may have changed the main anti-bacterial ingredience but it still smells and looks like the original bar of soap. Overall: i think it's still a great soap since it contains tea tree but i suggest only using it for your body not your face. it can still be bought in supermarkets and chemists worldwide in the UK it's 83pence a bar.

Advantages: affordible, makes hair soft light and hair air dries well, makes hair stronger Disadvantages: the smell is strong but when your hair is dry it smells fine this Stuff Is Great! Its The only non salon hair product that actually seems to have made a difference. Bottle: nice slick Dove bottle with a blue metallic tint color the cap is like your average flip up cap.. it says its for dry & damaged hair. Product: its white and creamy and smells really strong of dove soap..which is ok but i think it might be a bit over powering for some people. i have very long hair so finding a low priced shampoo and conditioner (sorry i forgot how much i paid for this i got it at wilkinsons) that actually makes a difference to my hair, it was such a surprise and delight. you see because my hair is long it becomes really fragile and dry half way down my hair( im on a budget now i cant get salon shampoos or conditioners too pricey) i recommend you buy both shampoo and conditioner of this range as they really work there best together. Use: i find the shampoo when you put it in your hair you can really feel all that gunk and stuff leave your hair and your hair feels lighter after you wash it out , after i put the Conditioner in i leave it on for a couple of minutes and then wash it out ( i use quite a lot but the bottles big and has lots of product so the product does last) After use: after i get out of the shower and ring my hair out ( i put it in a towel for 5mins to soak up water ) well when i take my hair out of the towel you have this instant light feeling , it really makes your hair and scalp feel light and soft and i still get that feeling and ive been using it for 2 weeks and a half.. it does not way my hair down, it makes my hair dry nicely too and its easier to brush my hair. i wouldn't know how your hair would react to styling after your hairs dry because i usually dont style i leave my hair down (as it is naturally straight) my fringe is nice and soft after use too and sometimes it drys in a way where i wont even need to use a straightener on it. Overall : it made it soft and light and it also made it stronger i've noticed my hair hasn't been falling or breaking as easily. Bonus : even my husband likes using it as the smell is unisex , at least to me (cause it smells of soap) i really recommend you try this product its Ace for the price!

The brand of soap first produced and sold in 1789! by Andrew Pears at a factory just off Oxford Street in London, England... ''Pears Soap was the world's first registered brand and is therefore the world's oldest continuously existing brand.'' Unfortunately it's no longer an English brand,Pears soap is now made in India by Hindustan Lever a company in which Unilever controls a fifty two percent of it. Pears Soap was often used by the elderly for its skincare properties, once again unfortunately Recent changes to the quality of the ingredients used in the manufacturing process have changed and made the physical shape of what pears use to be. today the bar is flatter rather than concave, and there's a difference in scent with the classic version. quote:''The aroma, which used to be a characteristically mild, spicy fragrance, is now a very strong frankincense-like smell. Again, in the UK the same has been noticed in 2009 with a scent almost like coal tar and with a reduction in the moisturizing properties, and in a differently shaped bar.'' it now comes in two new sizes: 69g and 119g...Now this soap comes in three co lours, the classic amber, the green, and mint (blue color),each one with a different aroma. I don't understand why they changed it in the first place..pears was popular back then why change something that wasn't broken to begin with? The original version was completely free of industrial cleaners, free of synthetic colours and (apparently) free of synthetic odorants. hopefully someone in England will buy back Pears and bring it to its original glory as a herbal soap. i bet it got changed because it's cheaper to make chemical soap. anyway i give this extra stars for the original formula and for the sake of the pears name and old reputation.. for the modern soap i give 2.5 stars.

Advantages: Gets rid of the oil, keeps skin clean,smells good,good price,lots of product Disadvantages: makes skin too dry at times,over use can irritate acne Fist thing i have to say is that the Advertising is so unique compared to other acne commercials! it's really what made me buy it :P it's so cool! and there unique slogan '' It's Not Magic It's Witchcraft'' totally makes any Fantasy SCI-fi freak buy into it. you can see what i mean if you go to youtube and type in ''Witch Exfoliating Face Wash TV Ad'' Although,i think the witch company, looking at there site now has changed quite a bit since i last visited, they may have changed the formula or even have new company owners but hopefully there still the same..the packaging has changed. anyway on with the review: i personally like the smell of this facial scrub, smells half artificial and half herbal..if that makes sense lol.. like most facial scrubs its got little blue bead things in it and the color of the ''gel paste'' is blue as well.. it lasts a very long time and the price tag is very affordable, you don't need much product on your face for it to do its job. if your face is very oily this will completely get rid of it,if you have dry or combination skin make sure to put moisturizer on if you feel your skin tightening. i don't think this product reduces blemishes but it may stop future pimples from forming...if you want to target spots i recommend Witch's 'Witch stick' it works well and it gets rid of the bigger pimples in just a few days,but you need to apply twice a day. Overall : this Witch Exfoliating Face Wash keeps your face clean and dry and soft,you will notice the skin around your pimples will look glowy and healthy as well. my only problem with it ,is that its drying a bit to much (i have sensitive skin) so apply generous amount of moisturizer afterwords. also there is not much witch hazel in the product unfortunately. It's a all round good Facial scrub

Advantages: can be subtle to in your face lashes, set to 1 subtle enough for men even. Disadvantages: none..but some people might not be able to get away with it set on 3 I Received This Mascara in the mail, as i won a Free full size sample of the product on Rimmel London site awhile back ago, and i'm not really big on mascara to begin with, but this product is very handy and easy to use compared to others. the bottle is much thicker but shorter then most mascara tubes. the bottle has the numbers 1-2 and 3 on it which you can twist to the number you want depending on what thickness or how ''long'' you want your lashes to be. when you first get it there's a sticker that warns you not to turn the bottle past 3 otherwise the bottle falls apart..which tells they have tested this product before putting it on the market. the cap is semi long and when you pull the ''wand'' out the end looks rectangular and has a thick ''brush''. i personally always set mine to 1 but will turn it to number 2 if i'm going out.. because my lashes are not very thick and i dont want to have too much product on them otherwise my lashes look like spider legs...but for people with full lashes or wear fake eyelashes i think they could get away with setting it to number 3. when i use number 1 it really makes my eyelashes look naturally fuller with out making it look like there's actual product on them. (i use it from root to tip,not just at the end of the eyelash. ) it really gives a subtle look i also definitely suggest curling your eyelashes a bit before putting it on if you have straight pointed downward lashes. in the end this product is workable, and very customizable. and the tube looks great not tacky. i definitely recommend you get one as i think its worth the price 7.99 pounds at boots and superdrug , it's definitely cheaper online i think , if you look around. the product lasts a long time as well, so you are getting something that is worth the money. at first when using it it might take you 1 or 2 tries to get use to how to apply it properly ..as sometimes i'd apply an extra coat too many and would have to start over again.. it does a good job lifting you eyelashes as long as you don't over coat your lashes..otherwise it gets weighed down by the product. also if Boys/Men want to use this product to give your lashes a bit of a lift , if you set it to 1 , its really subtle so you could probably get away with using it as it looks so natural..just when applying it don't be too heavy handed, do it in one full clean sweep, if it doesn't look right, remove it with makeup remover and try again.

Advantages: smells like vintage perfume mixed with soap Disadvantages: not to everyones taste, a bit simple i think mine was called Silk I bought mine at Wilkinsons for about 84p, and it is well worth the 84p, but if it were to be 1.50 pounds like other Deodorants i think I'd pass on it, it works well just like any anti perspirant should but the smell seems too bland and a bit simple(maybe thats a good thing) unlike the soap..i love there soap. Bottle: the bottle is 150ml and pink colored , i guess its a nice antique pink, it has 24 hour protection written on it, but i feel that when i spray it , it sprays too much out compared to others I've tried, and therefor allot of it is going to waste. Overall protection is good for mild to moderate B.O The smell: it's a bit hard to explain, but do any of you remember when spray antiperspirants just came out? the ones that were kind of unisex smelling? well it kind of smells like that but with a small hint of floral soap in it. i think its an all round okay antiperspirant, it kind of smells like you got out of the shower and put on old lady-ish perfume which is not necessarily a bad thing! i guess its a bit outdated and maybe slightly vintage and i guess thats what makes it a bit different from the other antiperspirants. its like you went into a shop and picked out a perfume at random because you know nothing about perfumes,and so you just wear it because it smells better then not wearing anything at all...if you get what i mean lol.. Overall it does the job its affordable and its made by imperial leather and imperial leather has a good reputation and a history which is a plus. i dunno, i guess i like it in a weird way, i'm still trying to figure out why lol,perhaps i'm old at heart? It is a product you can trust,just like it says on the bottle.

Witch Foaming Face Wash I Call This Bewitching Foam :p Advantages: Gives a Nice Glow to your face,Wakes you up in the morning,unique smell Disadvantages: Drying (make sure you have a good moisterizer) Witch foaming face wash comes in a 150ml bottle,but whats cool about this bottle is that it makes the liquid product turn into foam when you pump it,which Makes the product last for ages. my husband sent me a bottle when i was in canada, and i really loved the smell,and the fact that you only needed only one pump or even half of one just to wash your hole face was a bonus... The problem i was having with this at the time was that my face was getting really dry after use, even after i put moisturizer on (maybe it was bad moisturizer?). I still like this product even though it made my face a bit too dry...it does seem to work but it does nothing for black heads. so i switched to Witch Exfoliating Face Wash,and i could really see more of a difference using the exfoliant rather then the foam. I still use the Foam because i like the feel of it on my face and then washing it off seems more refreshing then the exfoliant...so i kind of mix it up (use one one day then the other another day ) but if you have acne and a good moisturizer and not so many black heads, go with the foam it really wakes you up in morning,gives a nice glow. Witch products usually only have about 10% witch-hazel in there products ( i don't know why they don't have more, i find this kind of a shame..) price 3.99£ (but that might vary depending on where) NO ingredients or face wash were tested on animals.

i use honey when i run out of spot treatment, it reduces the redness of my pimples and it seems to make the pimples smaller.. but i only apply it a couple of times then i just let it dry out on its own.. the problem is that honey where i live right now is really expensive.. but when i do buy honey i don't just eat it put i use it for other things, like moisturizer or in a face mask or like i said a spot treatment or lip treatment.

This Stuff is Addictive xD i looove the smell of this stuff, i use to always use it as a kid especially when i had a cold, or if i just wanted to smell it :P... i also love the sound the cap makes when you unscrew and rescrew it.. (goosh i dont know why lol) it's like a hollow sound. i recomend this to anyone really , also i grew up with vicks cough lozenges my aunt would always have some in her purse (her throte was always sore because she was a smoker) and i would always steel the orange flavor ones. in all i really do think Vicks brand is way better then any others like it, i just think other brands are unbearable they smell to strong or too medicated. vick smell is just right.

i agree with autumnsylver with this one, it is drying to the lips and your always re aplying ( i re apply lipbalm/chapstick a lot anyway though) i also think lip smackers has changed a great deal from when i use to use it as a kid, todays lip smackers are kind of bitter in taste and very drying i dont remember them being drying or leaving residue when i was a kid.. but who knows, what kid pays attention to that anyway? anyway, the only reason i still buy these is because, there are no other chapsticks that have unique smell that i can get localy from a drugstore.. i could get better flavors from a different brand online though... but that's always a pain especially when it's off ebay and your forced to bid against other people for it. damn you new founders of lipsmackers! fix it so it's not so damn drying and get rid of the bitter after taste ! :O dont get me wrong you have the right idea but jeez you got to fix the formula. oh by the way the lipsmackers glosses are even worse they make the skin on my lips peel off xO my favorite lipsmackers stick though was always Watermelon and Pink Lemonade. i think the company needs to start testing out the product on themselves not children...then maybe they will notice the damage that it makes on there lips.
