Mac is well known for their vast array of lipsticks in different finishes and a multitude of colours.I've wanted an everyday lipstick but all the nude-ish pinkish colours did not appeal to my mom but this one did.It's a lovely plummy colour that suits my Middle eastern complexion.It goes on smoothly and has the typical Mac vanilla scent which I adore.On the downside it does not last long at all and I have to keep reapplying it during the day.

Mascara -Essence - Multi Action Mascara

The number one best selling mascara by essence,I can certainly see why.The mascara is really good it delivers ample volume,rich black pigmentation and truly defines the lashes well.The brush is just the ordinary thick brush that is really nice as well.I love the way it makes my lashes looks which is pretty compareable to high end mascaras.The only downside for me is that the formula is quite watery which makes it a bit difficult to apply multiple coats,and you have to be extra careful to prevent the mascara from transfering onto your lids.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

This is my first gel liner purchase and I'm liking it so far.I've spent a great deal of time debating on which to get I've considered Mac,Bobbi brown and the Inglot one but this is much cheaper than those so I chose it as well as having read many reviews that claim it's just as good as them and the fact that everywhere I go it's sold out in my country so it must be good right.The eyeliner is very creamy and goes on smoothly,it makes perfecting the cat eye much more simpler.It has good pigmentation and staying power.I use the brush that is supplied with it to put on the liner on my lid while for the wing I use a thin angled brush.Will surely repurchase once it runs out.

Mascara -Boots - 17 Va Va Voom Mascara

This mascara is very affordable and really works.The packaging is what drew me in initially although it kind of rubbed off now that I had it for a couple of months now.Multiple coats of this give me very volumised lashes with negligible clumps.The brush is a bit big but I have no problem with large brushes,the formula is good a bit on the wet side unlike my other mascaras which I really like.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #217 Blending

This is my first MAC brush,I've wanted a multi use brush since it's very expensive especially in my country.It's very soft,fluffy but firm at the sametime.I can see a difference in my eyeshadow application.I've only used this for eyes since it's newly purchased but I can see myself using it for application of concealer as well as to contour my nose.Really good brush,I already want to buy a backup.

Russian Red,how I love thee.I love this lipstick very very much it's the perfect red for my middle eastern complexion.The staying power is very good as well.It's matte but not super drying like Ruby Woo,while on the quest for which red lipstick to buy I'm glad I chose this.

Everytime I walked into Sephora I just had to smell it and spray a bit on me until I caved in and bought it reccently,it's scent is addicting to be honest.I adore floral fruity gourmands and this fits the bill it's very very sweet and those who like these types of fragrances will adore this as well.I think people who are into more mature woodsy scents will find the scent to be sickeningly sweet while others like me will love it.It smells just like cotton candy and I can notice some caramel notes.The only complain I have is it's lasting power which isn't very long due to it being eau de toilette I would love if there is an eau de parfum version to make it last longer.

Where has this product been all my life?It's really great.I live in the Middle East so it's very hot and humid there,I leave the house with my hair perfectly straightenedI can't spend 5 minutes without it frizzing up and looking like an absolute disaster but using this there is a noticeable difference.I like the scent but again it's just my personal preference.I only have a small size right know which I got just because there was an offer on it,but now that I discovered this product I will surely get a full size and will keep repurchasing.

I love this blue eyeliner it has a gorgeous colour and it suits my dark brown eyes well.The pencil lasts for quite sometime on my waterline but I do experience some smudging.It applies well without any tugging and is quite pigmented.Will buy it again if it runs out which will take a while.

Lipstick -Rimmel - Moisture Renew - Nude Delight

This lipstick is creamy and smells heavenly it applies smoothly with a bit of a shine.The packaging is nice but I prefer a sleek black packaging but this purple is pretty as well.The colour I feel sometimes washes me out and the lipstick isn't that very longlasting but overall it's worth the price I like to layer it with a peachy lipgloss which gives a nice effect.

I love this mascara to death,it's pretty amazing it volumizes my lashes like no other and lenghtens a bit as well I have long lashes so I do not need that much length.It might clump a bit as you layer it more but the way your lashes will look is really worth it.You can always brush through your lashes to get them perfected.Will buy it again for sure.

Primer/ Corrector -Inglot - Under Makeup Base

This is my first ever primer that I've used so I don't have anything to compare it to.It is relatively inexpensive compared to other face primers from MUFE,MAC,Benefit and others.It makes my makeup applications smoother and helps a bit with oil control.I already use a heavy coverage long lasting foundation from Kryolan using this in addition makes it even more so and it lasts till I remove it myself but if I use it with my Bourjois healthy mix I see no difference in relation to longevity.

I have this eyeliner in black,and I really like it.I have purchased it more than once and will continue to do so since it has a fair price.It's creamy but not overly so,and it applies smoothly especially on the waterline.It's lasting power is the best I've seen especially set with eyeshadow.It does smudge a bit but better than some others that I have tried.

My mom got this for her but since she doesn't use liquid eyeliners she gave this to me and I adore it.The thing I love the most is it's staying power it says on forever.The packaging is really pretty I love the silver colour.Another point is it's glossiness which I wasn't really loving it at first but got used to it later also you can go over it with a pencil liner to get the matte look.The downside is it's price which is to expensive but hey it's Christian Dior what do you expect.Would buy it again if I get some extra cash.

Powder -Maybelline - PureStay Powder Foundation

This powder foundation is utterly amazing,I love how it feels when I apply it on my face using the sponge it glides on easily and makes my face looking soft and smooth.It offers pretty good coverage.The only thing I'm not to keen on is the packaging I mean grey seriously as well as the mirror that was present broke from the container after I used it for a couple of weeks or so.Other than that I love it and I will re-buy it again soon.
