Treatments -KMS California - moistrepair restructuring therapy

I love KMS. I have fine dry hair and their products are usually great for it. I say usually because the moisture repair products did not work for me. I usually wash my hair twice a week but when using these products I end up washing my hair more due to it looking and feeling quite oily. In the end this makes my hair even more dry. Maybe someone with thicker hair would benefit more from product but for me it just doesn't work.
BB Cream -L'Oreal - Age Perfect BB Cream Instant Radiance
UnderThePink2008 4/28/2013 9:12:00 PM
I bought this BB Cream in the lightest shade and it was orange on my skin. It was horrible. I looked like Ross from FRIENDS in the spray tan episode. Not only did I look ridiculous the cream was very thick and cakey looking on my skin. Awful!
If you are looking to spend more money on a BB Cream this is the BB Cream for you. It has light coverage and by light coverage I mean it does actually provide some coverage. If you are looking for something light weight and with light coverage this a good find because unlike other BB Creams or foundations this feels really light and non greasy on the skin. It blends very nicely and it lasts. This is a BB Cream you can apply in morning and wear it for the day. I find it does a nice job at evening out skin tone and it adds some coverage to redness and dark spots. I would have given this product a five but $44 plus tax is pricey for a BB Cream. It is a great product. I recommend it to all skin types, just the price seems a little steep for a BB Cream.
I have dry skin so extra moisture is always a plus but this particular BB Cream feels and looks like I have had a major oil spill on my skin. My skin looked and felt very oily. Even with dry skin the formula of this cream was much too rich and photo ready I was not because my skin was shining like a beacon. The only way this would be wearable would be with an extra powder and I feel that if you need the extra powder you should save your money for a foundation or a high end BB Cream where you will have a nicer finish. This BB Cream had no staying power. Only a couple hours later the cream had wore off. This was even with powder. Also the little powder I used gave it a cakey look. The coverage was what one would expect for a tinted moisturizer. I choose the lightest shade and found it still too yellow. I paid $12 for this product and I do feel that $12 was too much. I think $8 or below would have been more reasonable. Most products I buy are higher or high end. At $12 with tax it came to about $14. For the quality of the product I would have rather put my money towards something else. This product is awful. Truly awful.
Hair Color -Ion - Color Brilliance - Demi Permanent Hair Color
UnderThePink2008 11/21/2012 9:53:00 PM
I had lovely light blonde hair and like always I darken the color with a demi in the fall until spring or less damage to my hair in the dry winter. I used a medium blonde and my hair turned black! I used the right amount and it I let it in my hair for the right amount of time. I have used this brand before without issues but this is unacceptable.
Conditioner -Moroccanoil - Moisture Repair Conditioner

Everyone had been raving about this conditioner so I thought I would give it a go. I have dry and damaged fine hair and to be honest I didn't find this product that great. It is far better than a conditioner you would pick up at your local grocery or pharmacy but to me it isn't worth the money. I have used better quality salon conditioners for cheaper. The repair mask is quite nice but the shampoo and regular conditioners are nothing special.
I have very sensitive skin and this product is just wonderful. It does not irritate my skin and it does not have a horrible smell. I will use it for sure again.
I really liked this product. It is way less harsh on your hair than regular brands of dye. The color was very pigmented but a little dark. I expected something closer the color sample but ended up very something darker. I would buy this again because the color is nice and I was impressed with the product I just wish that it had turned out closer to the color I had desired.
I have seen many negative reviews for this product but I have to say that I really liked this product. I naturally have very warm red tones in my hair and it can take on an orange hue. I normally have a darker auburn hair color but sometimes I like to lighten it up. I usually I choose a cooler or more neutral shade of blonde to lighten my hair and usually I use the same brand and color but this past time I tried something different which left my hair looking like a pumpkin. I had seen this product and I knew that the reviews weren’t that great but I still thought I would try it. I was impressed. This product turned my pumpkin like hair into a really attractive dark strawberry blonde. The color really suits my super fair skin. I did find that the product dried out my hair but nothing more than another other regular home hair color I have used. My hair still looks shiny and healthy but yes it is on the drier side. I would use this product again. I paid $15 for this at my local pharmacy but in my opinion the results were worth the money.
I have been disappointed by OPI in the past and this polish has just been added to my list of OPI let downs. When I was a young teen I found a polish by Cover Girl that gave a shattered effect and I loved it so when I saw that a similar polish was coming out I had to buy to it. I bought both black and silver shatter and they both barely give a shattered look. When I use the silver I can barely tell that there is a shattered effect. The black is more obvious but just barely. The Cover Girl polish from years ago was far better. Your nails actually had an obvious shattered effect. I highly doubt I will be trying any more polishes from OPI, and I will probably end up giving the silver polish to my daughter as fun glitter polish to play with. This polish was definitely not worth the amount of money it cost.
I know there are many people that do not like this shadow but I really like it. I have very fair skin and I like to use this shadow for a more natural look. I do have to use a base under the shadow to give it staying power but it does compliment my skin tone very nicely. This color does a wonderful job of opening up my eyes and giving them a little color. I have found that many people who are not a fan of MAC matte shadows don't particularly like this shadow. Some say it can be difficult to blend. If you want a shadow with a hint of pink for a more natural everyday look than this shadow is quite nice, but if you're looking for a playful pink shadow then I would skip this.
I have reddish hair but my brows are very blonde. Without a pencil they look sparse because not only are my brows very blonde but they are also have really fine hairs. I have tried many pencils and powders and I have yet to find one that works as well as this pencil. This pencil fills in my brows quite nicely without giving them a drawn on look. I have found that many pencils give you a drawn on look unless you use an extremely light touch. With this pencil it takes very little time to fill in my brows and I don't have to worry about making super light tiny strokes. The color works well with my skin tone and hair color. I have very fair skin and even with reddish colored hair this color still looks natural. I have yet to find another brow pencil in a blonde color that actually looks blonde. I find most blonde colored pencils look far more brown than blonde. I really like this pencil.
I was completely amazed. I had heard many mixed reviews on this mascara. For me though it really works beautifully. My lashes look great. I have never seen my lashes look like this. They look like they belong on a cover of a magazine. First of all the legnth is great. For me it gave me super length and it also had volume I found. I know many people have said that this is not a great mascara for volume and if you want super volume it isn't but for nice everyday volume for me it does the job. Secondly it separated my lashed and defined them very nicely. Thirdly I didn't have any clumps, or flaking. Also the brush was a nice size so I could get all my lashes. The only thing is that if you want to apply more than one coat you have to do it before it dries. I really like this mascara.
I haven't had Too Dolly for long but I have gotten a feel for it and over all I do have to say I like it except for the color Stately Black. The packaging is fantastic. The container really heavy duty and I love how girly and cute it looks. Everything Hello Kitty done right! I like that it comes with a mirror inside as well. As far as the colors go I like color yogurt it makes a great highlight. I like the color Romping. It is nice and bright. It wasn't exactly ehat I thought it would look like on my skin but it is nice color. Too Dolly is a great color. Seriously it one of my favorite MAC colors. I find the first three color go on well and blend well but Stately Black neither the color black or anything worth using. Stately Black goes on horribly. It blends horribly. Even after trying to pack it on I still hardly had any on my lid. The color looks more like a dark purple or a navy blue than a black. It reminds me alot of Black Tied appearance wise. I liked ths product overall.
Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet PLUS Matifying Foundation

This is nothing special. It is not worth the $44 I spent. I have spent less for the same quality. The coverage is okay, not great. I had to really build it up to get the coverage I need. It suppose to be med-full coverage which in my opinion this not. This really reminds me of a drug store brand.
