I have this on over two coats of OPI Let Me Entertain You. This is the first bar glitter I've tried and I didn't really like how some of the glitter hung over the edge of my nails, so I filed it down in a couple places after it dried. My biggest disappointment was that it dried kind of matte and needed topcoat to bring the shine back. I like it though and like having little rainbows in my nails :)

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked 2 Palette
rated 5 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/7/2011 11:34:00 AM

I'm one of those super cool-skinned palies that a lot of browns turn orange on. As such I had just given up and stuck to a diet of light purples and silvers with black for my eye m/u. Predictably, this got boring. I would feel like mixing it up a little every once in a while but would give up long before finding three coordinating shades of brown. I got the first Naked after the hype wore me down but I could only wear about two of the darker colors in it, and didn't love them enough to justify the price so I sold my palette. Enter Naked2. I ordered mine as soon as I got the email and received it Monday. By then I'd seen some bad reviews, mostly in comparison to its predecessor. I didn't even open the box until many hours later, but when I did I was very cautiously excited. The whole right side of the palette is made up of wonderfully pigmented rich COOL BROWNS that have enough shimmer to be pretty and workable but no glitter. First time ever that I've been able to do a subtly smokey brown eye look on myself. A+ on the packaging as well.

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HiP Metallic Duo - Platinum
rated 5 of 5

I loooove this silver, especially for holiday parties and opportunities to do a special look. It's foil-ier than any PF or MAC silver shadows (I've tried all of their silvers) and has the best color, a true platinum clean shade. The black is kind of a pain IMO, I much prefer to use MAC Carbon.

Fragrances -Demeter - Frozen Margarita

This smells just like BBW's True Blue Spa Need a Margarita body wash! I had been wanting a fragrance just like this for a long time. It could last longer but as the other reviewer said, it's hardly a chore to refresh it. I feel summery and relaxed just smelling it.

I love this smell!!!!! But it is really light. I've had it on about 3 hours and I can still smell it on my wrist but barely. LOVE the scent though.

Lip Gloss -Philosophy - Peppermint Patty Kiss Me Lip Balm
rated 5 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/29/2010 4:52:00 PM

I've used this for a year and I still love it. I agree with woodyoriental below that it is impossible to get it out of the tube when it's cold. I remember getting the package off the porch last winter and being freaked out that I couldn't squeeze any out. BUT that little quirk aside, this has been my favorite lip balm for a year and it's one of those purchases I might actually use up entirely. Great flavor and longevity.

I love this stuff. It IS mattifying so your skin won't look or feel oily in the least. I haven't been using it as consistently as I should but that's on my list of New Year's resolutions. Will update.

Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Pink Grapefruit Body Butter
rated 5 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/28/2010 4:48:00 PM

ITA with AvaRoses below, this scent is wonderful to layer with your perfume. I love to bring out citrusy notes and I also use BBW's White Citrus lotion the same way. Pink Grapefruit is robust and stands out and smells very true to life. I love to layer it with Versace Bright Crystal.

Skincare - Body -The Body Shop - Sweet Lemon body butter
rated 2 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/28/2010 4:40:00 PM

I'm really curious if the body butter I received had something wrong with it. Mine didn't smell like lemon; I mean it did but that part was completely drowned out by the cloying farmy lanolin smell. I couldn't stand it. I don't have a store near me so someone CP'ed this for me, and it's not like I can stop by and compare and see if mine is rotten. Oh well, I do usually love citrus scents.

Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Gingerbread Girl - 3in1 Foaming Bubble Bath/Shower Gel
rated 4 of 5

I wasn't terribly impressed with this scent, but it was okay. I thought it would be spicier but it was pretty lightweight and didn't last very long.

Polishes -Orly - Winter Wonderland
rated 5 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/28/2010 4:21:00 PM

I really like this. It's a unique color that makes me think of vanilla ice cream, and it's WAY sparkly. It needs to be layered over something, even though the color underneath will barely show through.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Secret Wonderland
rated 4 of 5

I had wanted to try this scent really bad based on the name and description, but I couldn't get over to the mall for a long time. FINALLY I did and as usual, my nose shut down after 30 seconds inside the store. I was super brave and purchased the EDT (with the full-size lotion for free) and since I had a $10 off $30 coupon I spent about $20 for both (I threw in a PocketBac to make it a full $30 so the coupon kicked in). SW starts off with a nice strawberry scent but then it settles into an amber-type darker scent. As another reviewer said, it finishes similar to Twilight Woods. I find the amber to be a LITTLE cloying but it hasn't stopped me from wearing this scent yet. And the EDT bottle is SO pretty that I keep it in the box and everything. Until I get the top of my dresser perfectly cleared off so I can display the bottle ;)

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Japanese Cherry Blossom body splash
rated 5 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/28/2010 11:46:00 AM

My grandmother had this shower gel years ago and I did NOT like this scent. Someone gave me this body spray for Christmas though, and I absolutely LOVE it. It's sophisticated without being heavy, and feminine while being neither young nor old. It smells clean but not soapy. The only downside is that it's so popular it's likely to be recognized.

Fragrances -Juicy Couture - Peace, Love & Juicy Couture
rated 2 of 5

Not a smell for me. I liked the greener notes but the dry down had a very synthetic scent to it, and it reminded me of household cleaners. Starts off strong and fades very quickly. I found this to be less obnoxious than Couture Couture though.

Styling Products -Garnier - Fructis Style - Smoothing Milk
rated 3 of 5
UltraPremiumDeluxe 12/1/2010 4:24:00 PM

WOW I did not expect much from this product at all and it works better than any of the mid-price range stuff I'd been using. Soft, straight, frizzless hair that has a bit more body and life than if I'd flatironed. A+++ EDIT: Subtracting 2 stars because it abruptly stopped working. I'm suspecting this leaves a waxy buildup that works at first and then hits critical mass and is worthless.
