Top/Base Coats -Seche Vite - Dry Fast Top Coat

This topcoat is the most frustrating product I've ever used. I want to love it; it dries quickly, hides flaws, and is easily the most gorgeous crystal clear top coat I've ever used. Then two days later it chips. Badly. And it doesn't repair well. I'm at a loss, I love and hate this topcoat.

I wanted to love this color, I really did, but even someone who loves Gone Gonzo and the other Muppet glitters, I just could not make this work. It was my first love from that collection, and still the prettiest bottle on my shelf, but for the life of me, as an actual polish, I just can't make this color work. Tried a dozen different base colors, going bare, and just layering the crap out of it and it just never quite worked.

Polishes -OPI - Ski Teal We Drop

This is currently my only one coat OPI color. Everything else needs a minimum of two and generally more. Normally colors like this bore me, but it is such a nice shade, with beautiful shine. Its a beautiful no nonsense, low maintenance color even a glitter fiend like me can appreciate.

My absolute favorite winter color! I put this over Birthday Babe and it looked like a snowstorm on my nails, I loved it! It is less wintery over a blue and more just a bright, cheerful universal combo that I plan to use year round.

Polishes -OPI - Austin-tatious Turquoise

Being from Austin, I might be biased, but I love this color. If you are willing to jump through a half dozen coats (a common OPI problem), this color comes out great. Of course if you aren't, this is a pale, watery disappointment.

The color is perfect, the polish is not. Its thick and globby and dries a bit dull. However I love the color so much I took the time to thin it out a bit, and finish with a shiny top coat.

Top/Base Coats -OPI - Natural Nail Base Coat

OPI has been my go-to brand for years, but this base coat just drives me nuts! My nails seem to chip more quickly, and once I remove the color my nails are yellowed in a way color alone has never done. I love OPI colors and their top coat, but something about this base just doesn't work with my nails.
