Deodorants -Unlisted Brand - Crystal Body Deodorant Stick

Ok, here's the thing with this deodorant - you have to keep your expectations in check. It's not a fancy, scented antiperspirant. This is not one of those deodorants you can use to get away with not showering that day. You are not going to smell like flowers or cookies or fruit if you use this! That was my mistake the first time I tried this. Basically all it does is keep bacteria in check - you are still going to sweat, and it doesn't last forever - but I find it does last all day, most of the time. I came back to it not long ago because I had an itchy reaction to my go-to antiperspirant. (Itchy armpits - awkward!) I read up on this one and decided to give it another go, and I didn't really notice its effects at all at first. But I started to notice, on days where I forgot to wear it I definitely had some funky BO by the end of the day. It's been about a year using crystal deodorant (not necessarily this brand, and sometimes the liquid version) and I don't think I will go back. I find the liquid version is much easier to apply (and you can get scented versions if you like) but the solid crystal will last much longer and travels well. I just turn on the tap, dip the crystal in the water, turn off the tap, rub it on my clean underarm until it's not wet anymore, and then do the same on the other side, and I'm set for the day!
Styling Products -L'Oreal - EverSleek Humidity Defying Leave-In Cream

I tried this product on a whim and I'm impressed! It gives my (thin, long, 2A/B) hair soft definition without making it crunchy or weighing it down. I only use HALF a pump for my long hair (down to my bra), since it's thin and gets weighed down easily, and this seems to be just the right amount. It has a nice scent too. The bottle seemed expensive, but you get a lot and use so little at a time that it will last a long time. To apply I squirt a TINY bit into my hands, rub my hands together, flip my hair over and apply, starting with ends & underneath, towards the top layers and crown, scrunching lightly to distribute the product. Then I flip my hair over, finger-style, let my hair air-dry.
This is one of my go-to moisturizers. It's cheap and cheerful, and has nothing extra in it - it's designed as a base cream for pharmacists to mix with. A little goes a long way, and I like that it's unscented.
Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Spectro Jel for Blemish-Prone Skin (Fragrance Free version)

This is my go-to cleanser. It's super gentle and leaves my skin feeling soft. I've been using it for years! It's the most gentle cleanser I've ever tried, including cetaphil. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist when I was struggling with acne, and I've never turned back.
Concealers -L'Oreal - True Match Super-Blendable Concealer
Twiga 7/22/2012 12:33:00 PM
I have bought this concealer over and over again. One little tube lasts a long time, and it's easy to blend and looks really natural, all day. It can crease a little, but not as much as others I have tried. I keep coming back to this one!
this is my HG mascara. If they ever discontinued it I would be SO sad. I love it because it's completely water- and smudge-proof and lasts ALL DAY, and yet you can remove it just with a little bit of water and pressure! One downside is sometimes it's a little thick and spider-y looking, but it's the only mascara I've ever used that didn't smudge and give me raccoon eyes by the end of the day, and I don't have to buy special make-up removers :)
Conditioner -L'Oreal - EverCreme Nourishing Conditioner
Twiga 7/22/2012 12:27:00 PM
I like this cone-free conditioner. I have been using it with the corresponding shampoo. I think I notice the positive effects of the shampoo more than the conditioner, but together they are a complete package - my hair is soft and clean, with a nice vanilla scent. I will continue buying this set.
This is my current HG. After trying a few different sulphate-free shampoos, I finally found one that leaves my hair feeling clean, and soft. I also love the vanilla scent!
Moisturizers -Jamieson - Vitamin E 30 000 IU Rich Moisturizing Cream

I love this moisturizer. It's intense moisturizing, so you only need a little. Some may find it greasy/heavy, but that's what I like in a moisturizer - and they have a lighter version for those looking for a lighter effect. The only thing I don't like about it is the "baby powder" scent - I would prefer an unscented version, so I only gave it 4 lippies.
Love the concept of solid shampoo and conditioner...but the reality just didn't live up to my hopes. I would just rub Jungle the bar in my wet hair after shampooing, but it didn't have any slip and it was very difficult to judge whether you'd got any in - so also very difficult to judge whether you'd rinsed it out! So there have been a few times that my hair would dry naturally afterwards and look "chunky" because there was still conditioner in! Also, very strong scent - overpowered the scent of the shampoo completely and lingered for days. Smells herbal, like rosemary. I've been using this to shave my legs instead.
Like everyone else said - smells amazing, but I don't find the scent lingers AT ALL. Not at all conditioning, either, but cleans well. Love the concept of solid shampoo...Just wish I could find a solid conditioner I liked as well (Tried Jungle...not so much) EDIT: After a while of using this, I find it too harsh, like using dish soap on my hair...Sure, it gets squeaky clean, but it's also gets stripped and over-dry. Also I found it wasn't ideal for travelling, since once it gets wet it really needs to dry before you put it away in the tin, or it will get "soggy".
