Absolutely, hands down, my new favorite nail polish. Such a beautiful color. It is retro, modern, sophisticated, fun, glamorous, edgy and classic all at the same time. My old favorite was Hot Blooded by Jane. I would describe this as the higher end version and so amazing! Thank you OPI!!!

Self Tanners -L'Oreal - Sublime Bronze Luminous Bronzer Self-tanning Lotion

FINALLY!!!! A self-tanner that works for me! I have very pale skin (think The Cure pale). I have tried so many different self-tanners to give my pasty-white legs some color. This tanner did it. No orange, just a beautiful bronze color. I only use it on my legs and the result is nothing short of amazing...and very natural. The smell is great and it does not linger like others I have tried. I made sure to exfoliate really well first. Then I applied a small amount of lotion/moisturizer to my knees, heels and the top of my feet. Then I applied the tanner in a circular motion (like waxing a car). The next day I had a beautiful tan. Some spots were missed, but that was my fault. Two days later, I repeated the process and was thrilled with the results. The second coat gave me an even nicer tan. I plan to repeat once a week and see how it goes. I would absolutely recommend this tanner!

Self Tanners -Nivea - Sun-Kissed Beautiful Legs (shave minimizing)

I bought this product with high hopes for achieving a natural, sun kissed look for my super pale legs. The smell in the tube was very nice, but turned into that funky self-tanner smell on my legs after about an hour. I normally do not have issues with the smell of products, but this one really bothered me. It did give me a very nice streak-free glow after the first application. After the second application (the next day) my legs turned orange. Sorry to report this did not work out for me. Back to Bare Escentuals faux tanner. That really seems to be the only one that smells okay and doesn't turn my skin orange.

PF Mineral Wear Powder, will you marry me? Yes, it is that good! Bare Essentuals' foundation gave me red, itchy patches (caused by the ingredient bismuth I believe). Despite that experience, I was still hooked on the mineral makeup concept. So, the search began. Based on the rave reviews here, I purchased this in Medium Translucent. My complexion is cool-toned, light to medium with brown eyes and dark hair. Medium Translucent is the perfect shade. It evens out my skin tone beautifully and imparts a nice glow. It looks so natural. My skin, but way better! I couldn't be happier. The price is awesome and the quality fantastic. HG!!!

I have to say that the first several nights I used this, I hated it. It felt thick like Elmer's glue and had a less than pleasant smell. However, I stuck with it and have been using it every night for three weeks. All I have to say is this stuff works! The lines and darkness around my 30-something eyes have disappeared. No kidding! I have not tried this around my lips, but maybe I should??? Thumbs up for this one!

Hair Color -L'Oreal - Color Pulse [DISCONTINUED]

I so wanted to like this! I have dark brown hair and purchased the Electric Black. The package promises a black color with a bit of a purplish-blue tint (thus the 'electric' part). It smelled really nice going on, but barely changed my hair at all! It looks a tiny bit darker, but I'm not seeing even a hint of the 'electric.' It was basically a waste of time. My hair looks the same. This one's just not worth the trouble.

Something amazing happened today! A product actually lived up to its claims!!! I lined the inner rim of my eyelid with this...AND IT STAYED ALL DAY!!! I have never been able to find anything else that would work! Holy grail eyeliner!

This is truly the BEST red polish I have every come across. It just always seems right. Cannot recommend this enough. I thought UD's Gash was my favorite until I stumbled across this gem. Don't miss out!

Lip Gloss -Christian Dior - Addict Lip Gloss- A Bite of Toffee-313

So I broke down and bought this over the weekend! While the price was appalling ($22), the color and shine were just too beautiful to pass up. YLBB with these really nice, tiny, flashes of colors that make your lips look fuller. There is a definite smell to the gloss, but it doesn't bother me after a few minutes. A serious splurge item since my idea of a good time is loading up on Jane eyezings! I wouldn't buy this again simply because I usually never finish a lipgloss and I will probably return to my senses by the time I've finished this one!

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm

Why haven't I reviewed this one yet?? Absolutely the creamiest, dreamiest lip balm in a stick out there! Stays on the lips and leaves you with a minty tingle. Very nice. I've also tried this in the metal pan, but it isn't as good. Definitely buy it in the stick! A holy grail item!

This is a winner in my book. I use it instead of foundation. During my "paler" months, I mix just a bit with a bronzing powder, then apply. I wish it came in a pressed form, but I'll deal with it. MV really does give me that candlelit, soft-focus look. Yeah BE!

I absolutely love this shower gel. Smells so great and clean. My skin feels soft, moisturized and happy. What more could a girl ask? This could definitely pass for a higher priced gel (i.e. Bath & Body Works). Try it, you'll like it!

I seem to be in the minority here. I just couldn't make these colors work for me (MMM brown hair/eyes). I returned the palette and bought the Holidazzle 2003 pink lip palette instead. Love that!

This palette is everything I was hoping the Viva Glam palette would be. I originally bought the Viva Glam palette, and I just couldn't make the colors work for me. I have brown hair/eyes and cool-toned MMM skin. A little voice kept saying this palette was for me. I am so glad I ordered this! The range is beautiful from very sheer/light pinks to darker plums. Colors are: Junior Miss, High Strung, Creme De La Femme, Captive, Fluid, Tulle lipglass & Vintage Violet lipglass. The quality is outstanding. Grab this one if you can still find them!
