I don't recommend this if you have dry skin.. especially in the winter (I don't know what I was thinking!) It keeps me oil free, is just a tad bit darker than my shade, and gives a nice finish, but after I started using it I started getting dry patches everywhere! Might just be the winter times, but maybe.. I'll use this for a little bit after I get my skin back together. However, for the time being, I wouldn't buy this product again. PROS - -Mattifies -Nice matte finish -Fairly close to my shade CONS - -Dry spots EVERYWHERE.

My mom bought this for me after horrible breakouts (which I picked at) left really dark marks. I used it on and off for a bit, then stopped using it for 7 months - 1 year. I picked it back up about 3 weeks ago to fade some spots, and I've been using it every night. My spots are a few more applications from completely gone now. :)

I bought this in #2, caught in the act. It's my first blush. PROS - A little goes a long way Easy to blend With patience and being careful, you can use it for a subtle flush or more CONS - The price.. urgh. The pump can produce a bit of dried out product, occasionally So while I was in VA for Vacation, I was browsing sephora.com, and I stumbled across this. I was skeptical about buying it due to the price, and the hue. I went through the questions and a few people said that #2 worked for dark skin, so I bought it. My one and only blush, 'nuff said. I just wish it was cheaper (it costs around 26 - 29 u.s. dollars).

Primer/ Corrector -Revlon - PhotoReady Perfecting Primer (color 001)

I love this primer! Smoothes my skin out and blurs my imperfections a bit. It keeps me oil - free all day, and that's not easily conquered for me. All I wear now it this primer, and under eye concealer if they're really bad (only if they're really bad, as this takes out my small dark circles easily). Other than that, I'm all natural :D

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express One by One

Meh, definitely not the best but not the worst either. Clumped a bit, and couldn't really find a good technique to applying. It's an average mascara for me. I have my They're Real still with me, so I think I'll be returning this.

I bought this on a whim in CVS while I was shopping (also bought the one by one mascara.) The darkest shade is waaayyy too pale/light for me, makes my under eye area look dry and grayish, and personally I don't think there's enough pigment. it's staying power was decent.. not that I'd keep it on for that long. A little doesn't really go a long way for me with this. it might be great for other people, but for me? Not so much. Returning this today, and staying with Benefit's boing.

Mascara -BeneFit Cosmetics - They're Real

Best mascara I've tried so far (sorry The Falsies!) ! Separates my lashes perfectly, defines, lengthens & thickens! I have naturally curly lashes, so that's not a problem either. Yes No Gels/Soaps -Nubian Heritage - African Black Soap I remember my stepdad always had a supply of this soap, and we'd use them for our hands. If I knew that it was great for the face, I would've kept them well after being 9. xD We never used them for the face (or at least not me) but they always left my hands feeling soft and looking great.

Yes No BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream This is one of my favorite products. <3 I'm not allowed to were foundation (only on special occasions). Or at least, I don't like to. I feel like I'm hiding behind a mask. So tinted moisturizers and BB cream for me. This is great! The color I got (dark) is PERFECT for my shade, it blends in, and I forget that I have anything on my face! My mom and grandmother asked me what i was doing to my face, and said it had a 'glow' to it. It's sheer, so I might use concealer before I apply. Other than that, I'm glad I got it. :)

Yes No Treatments -Neutrogena - Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Gel I used to have constant acne on my forehead, by my eyebrows (ack!), on my chin -- everywhere! I started getting into the habit of using a face wash, and it cleared me up. However, every one in a while I'd get one or two pimples, so I went to the store and bought this product along with Persa-gel 10. I used persa-gel more often because it had more product at that time, but now I used it because it works better. I put it on at night, and in the morning the pimples I had are basically gone. I've had this for about 1 - 2 months, and I hated it when I first got it. I put it away and didn't use it for a while. A few weeks later I used it and it seemed to improve, and I've heard that you should give it time. Right now, I'm just waiting for it to become better. I have the washable type. Comes off easy, but use the right tools else it'll get in your eye. I bought this in Black/Brown, which I regret a bit. My lashes are pure black, so I might go back and get the waterproof type in blackest black.
Overall opinion : It's a good mascara, if you give it time.

Yes No Treatments -Clean & Clear - Persagel 10 This is my knight in shining armor when it comes to acne. It does dry up the skin though, so this is what I do before I apply it. -
1. Wash my face thoroughly.
2. Apply a moisturizer fairly generously.
3. What for it to air dry a bit.
4. Apply a thin coat of it.
